Nettie M. McKibbins
LAWSON, Ark. - Nettie Mae McKibbins, 76, of Lawson, Ark., died Friday, July 13, 2001.
She was born Dec. 29, 1924, in Urbana, Ark., the daughter of Frank and Jessie (Byers) Barnes.
Mrs. McKibbins was a member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Urbana. While in Ohio she was a member of the Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Herman Norman, John Lee and Raymond Barnett all of Ashtabula; six daughters, Emily Sue Coleman of El Dorado, Nettie Ruth King of Lawson, Mary Ann Cooper of Dayton, Jewel Lee Denton, Irene Coleman, and Jessie Mae Hayens all of Ashtabula; five brothers, Frank Lee Barnes, Raymond Barnes both of Urbana, Kenneth Barnes of Little Rock, Jessie James Barnes of Detroit, Mich., Robert Barnes of Ashtabula; eight sisters, Delose Ross and Dorothy Barnes both of El Dorado, Mediessia Thompson, Costella Malone and Ella Mae Billings of Detroit, Flora Ramey of Memphis, Tenn.; 33 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, Cather Rae Barnes, two husbands, George W. Barnett and King S. McKibbins; a brother, Eugene Barnes and three sisters, Pauline Gaine, Ella Ruth Gilbert and Big Barnes.
Service is today at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Urbana, with the Rev. O.B. Butler officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Calling hours will be today from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Andrews Funeral Home Inc., El Dorado is handling the arrangements.

Ernest B. Mittelstadt
MONROE - Ernest B. Mittelstadt, 66, of Monroe Township, OH, died at his home Thursday evening, June 19, following6_21_Ernest_Mittelstadt_eps a brief illness. He was born February 14, 1937, in Conneaut, OH, the son of Emil K. and Alma (Lowery) Mittelstadt.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of "C" Company of the 137th Armored Reserves following his discharge from the Army in 1962. He was employed for 10 years at the former Astatic Corp., and worked for 26 years at The Pittsburgh & Conneaut Dock Co. where he was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the New Apostolic Church in Conneaut. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing, reading, and being with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Sharon (Champlin) Mittlestadt whom he married July 2, 1960; his daughter Lisa Davis and husband Kenneth of Conneaut, OH; four sons, Ernest M. and wife Renee, Emil J. and wife Sharon, Eric and wife Julie all of Conneaut, OH; and Brad and wife Laura of Ashtabula, OH; two sisters Joan Hall of Greer, SC, and Alma Hanson and husband Ron of Taylor, SC; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Gregory K. in 1989; a sister Patyy Hepler; and two brothers at birth.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, June 23, and the New Apostolic Church, corner of State and Sandusky Sts., Conneaut, OH. Burial will be in Kelloggsville Cemetery, Monroe Township, OH.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family with envelops available at the church and at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, OH, which has charge of arrangements.

Newell James Williams
HARPERSFIELD - Newell James Williams, born July 29, 1915 to Edith May and Allen Palmer Williams in Harpersfield, Ohio, passed away June 20, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Frances (Klein) Williams; son, Jim Williams of Madison; daughter, May Hill of Sulphur, Louisiana; 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, brothers, Harry Williams of Harpersfield and Allen Williams of Geneva. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Powell of Madison and brother, Nathan Williams of Geneva.
Newell was a Madison resident since 1940. He operated Williams Plumbing and Heating.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1p.m., Monday, June 23, 2003 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison with the Rev. Luigi Miola officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneva. The family requests that donations be made to a favorite charity in his memory in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio.

Marjorie E. Anderson
MONROE Twp.- Marjorie E. Anderson, 83, of Hatches Corners Road, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002, in UHHS-Brown Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Conneaut, July 29, 1919, to Jay and Zella (Rhodes) Hogle, she had resided in the Conneaut and Monroe area her entire life. She was employed for several years at Monroe Elementary School as a cook.
She was an active member of the State Line United Methodist Church. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening and sewing.
Survivors include her husband, Otis, to whom she had been married for the past 61 years; a sister, Dorothy Bennett of Monroe Township; a daughter, Ruth Spaulding of Monroe Township; a son, David J. of Shippensburg, Pa.; six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a sister, Dorothy Bennett of Monroe Township.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, MaryJane Anderson; a sister, Elizabeth Aiken; five brothers, Paul, Clifford, Lloyd, Walter and Carl Hogle.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at the State Line United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ron Gamble, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Kellogsville Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, at the Thompson-Smith Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Conneaut. Memorials may be made in her name to the church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Mildred J. Ferrell
CHERRY VALLEY - Mildred Jean Ferrell, 70, of Route 193 in Cherry Valley died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
She was born Nov. 2, 1932 in Conneaut, the daughter of John C. and Mable Dora (Williams) Fogle.
She married Joseph Ferrell on Dec. 19, 1956.
Mrs. Ferrell and her husband moved back to Ashtabula County in 1971 from Baltimore, Md.
She enjoyed bingo, crafts, cooking, crocheting, fishing and reading.
Survivors include her husband; five brothers, Howard, John and Richard Fogle of Dorset, Robert Fogle of Ashtabula and Harry Fogle of Kentucky; and three sisters, Mary Gerrick of Andover, Ruth Fogle of Kentucky and Margaret Lewis of Dorset.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ronald Fogle; a sister, Ellen Fogle; and her twin sister, M. Jeanette Beckwith.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, at the Ross-Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, with the Rev. Julie Hanneman of the Cherry Valley United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Cherry Valley Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 10 a.m. Monday, until the time of service.

Reigh A. Krieger
DORSET TOWNSHIP - Reigh A. Krieger, 80, of Dorset Township, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2002, at his residence.
He was born March 2, 1922, in Cleveland, to George and Uhanas (Green) Krieger, and had been a resident of the Dorset area most of his life. He was married to Agnes E. Stupjancky, Dec. 4, 1954, in Jefferson.
Mr. Krieger was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force, serving in World War II. He also enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening.
Survivors include a son, James M. Krieger of Washington; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and three sisters, Margaretta, Evelyn and Lois.
No services or calling hours will take place. A cremation will take place at the Care Group Cremation Center, Jefferson. His ashes are to be scattered on his property.
The Fleming Funeral Home Inc., 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, is handling arrangements.

Pearl V. Beedlow
SILVIS, Ill. - Pearl V. Beedlow, 87, of Silvis, died Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2002, at Illini Restorative Care in Silvis.
She was born Feb. 14, 1915, in Cleveland, the daughter of Angelo and Philomena Giannantonio.
She was a restaurant owner and operator in Ohio for many years.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colona, Ill. In her leisure time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with family.
She married Joseph E. Beedlow on Dec. 12, 1934, in Riley, N.Y.
Survivors include two sons, Peter Beedlow of Colona, and Joseph Beedlow Jr., of Washburn, Wis.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph Giannantonio of Beachwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Graveside service is 11 a.m. Friday at Union Cemetery in Rock Creek.
Memorial contributions may be made to Illini Restorative Care, c/o Debbie Slater, 1455 Hospital Road, Silvis, IL 61282.
Family Funeral Services of Colona, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
