FLAT ROCK, NC - David Kenneth Curtis, 59, of Mountain Home, died in Flat Rock, NC, of cancer.
Born on April 25, 1944 in Ashtabula, he was the son of Lyle and Lois (Benjamin) Curtis. He is survived by his wife, Donna, and daughter, Jo-Anne both of NC; ex-wife, Nora of W.Va., and their children, Robert, and Melissa both of Florida; his parents of Orlando, Fla.; one brother; one sister of Jefferson; and several grandchildren.

MEMPHIS, TN - Harold Lee Herl, Jr., 47, of Memphis, TN, died Tuesday, July 22, 2003, of heart failure, in Methodist South Hospital, Memphis, TN.
Mr. Herl had previously lived and worked in the Ashtabula area.

Kathryn P Hervey, 86 of Geneva died Friday (January 16th) at Saybrook Landing in Saybrook Township. She was born December 29, 1928 in Ashtabula the daughter, of Henry B and Pearl D. (Reep) Hervey.
She was a 1947 graduate of Geneva High School and was an accomplished operatic singer and performer. She had sang with various bands and also had done some modeling and appearances on local TV.
She enjoyed music and her spiritual life was important to her.
Surviving her is her son Marc J. (Mardel) Sanzotta of Painesville; two grandchildren, Sebastian Sanzotta and Sabra (Jerome Huez) Sanzotta, a great granddaughter, Ariane Huez; several nieces and nephews including Jeanne Oplinger and Gerald Atkinson and a cousin, David A. (Carol) Hervey of Stowe, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be Friday (Jan. 23rd) at 11:00 AM at the Geneva Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 323 South Broadway, Geneva with the Rev. Bruce Hitchcock of the Geneva First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in South Denmak Cemetery.
Calling hour will be Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. The Fleming & Billman Funeral Homes are honored to serve the Kathryn Hervey family.
