Marjorie Jean Brennen

A private funeral service for Marjorie Jean Brennen, 75, of Dresden, will be held today at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, with Chaplain Tom Myers officiating. Burial will follow in the Dresden Cemetery.
Mrs. Brennen died Monday evening, Oct. 27, 2003, at her home. She was born May 8, 1928, in Zanesville, to the late E. Edgar and Anna Offinger Cox.
She was a member of the Trinway United Methodist Church.
A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Hindel of Dresden; son, Steven Brennen of Dresden; daughter-in-law, Judy Goetz of Dresden; eight grandchildren, Leandra Hindel and Kevin Hindel of Frazeysburg, Jerod (Cori) Brennen of Hilliard, Jeremy (Steph) Brennen of Dresden, Jessica Brennen of Dresden, Emily Brennen of Dresden, Elizabeth (Craig) Swingle of Zanesville, and Nathan Brennen of Dresden; two great-grandchildren, Michael and Joel Brennen of Hilliard; a sister, Marilyn (Russell) Kain of Wadsworth; and several nieces and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Max E. Brennen, who died June 20, 1973; a son, Michael Brennen, on May 16, 1990; a daughter, Lori Brennen, who died May 17, 1994; and a sister, Bonnie Coleman.
No calling hours will be observed.

Karen Elizabeth Gibbons
Feb. 28, 1955-Oct. 23, 2003
A memorial gathering for Karen Elizabeth Gibbons, 48, of Newark, will be held at 4 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Consumer Support Services Training Center, 444 S. 22nd St., Heath, with the Rev. William Wayt officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
Ms. Gibbons, a participant of LCB MRDD, died Oct. 23, 2003, at the Heath Nursing Care Center. She was born Feb. 28, 1955, in Cleveland, to the late Daniel and Mary Elizabeth (Hazen) Gibbons.
Ms. Gibbons was retired from LICCO and was provided care under Consumer Support Services.
Surviving are her cousins, Kim Ince of San Dimas, Calif., and Bernice Antal of Fullerton, Calif.; several other cousins; and many friends, co-workers and caregivers.
Contributions for a permanent memorial monument for Karen may be made to Park National Bank in Karen's name.

Robert O. Huber Sr.

A funeral service for Robert O. Huber Sr., 73, of Alexandria, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, with the Rev. George R. Carter officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Alexandria.
Mr. Huber died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003, at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born April 10, 1930, in Parkersburg, W.Va., to the late George and Pearl Beeson Huber.
He retired after 40 years as an automotive transmission specialist, former employee of the Northridge School District and St. Albans Township, member of the Army Reserve, former member of the Summit Station Baptist Church and the Mock Road Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Opal Ward Huber; children, Robert O. Huber Jr. of Alexandria, Judy Ann Summerson of Columbus, Beverly Jean Figero of Cleveland, and Gloria Rose-Gialdella of Johnstown; one sister, Althea Hayes of Circleville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Marlene R. Armstrong

A funeral service for Marlene R. Armstrong, 50, of Newark, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 67 N. Fifth St., Newark, with the Rev. William J. Rauch officiating.
Mrs. Armstrong was born on July 11, 1953, in Newark, to the late Lawrence Pratt and Ada (Fitch) Pratt of Newark.
Mrs. Armstrong was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church; was a 1971 Newark High School graduate; worked for State Farm for 27 years; was an avid reader and most importantly was a devoted loving wife and mother.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas L. Armstrong, whom she married on June 10, 1972; one son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jennifer Armstrong of Newark; one daughter, Sarah Armstrong and fiancé Eric Baker of Newark; one granddaughter, Abilgail Christine Armstrong; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Karen Pratt of Newark; two nieces; five nephews; one great-niece and one-great nephew; and her loving dog, Maddie.
She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents; and brother-in-law, William Armstrong.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Chapel.

Bonnie E. Wilson

A funeral service for Bonnie E. Wilson, 22, of Wadsworth, formerly of Adamsville, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Adamsville Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wesley Union Cemetery.
She was born January 5, 1981, and had been active in 4-H, in the Adamsville Cloverleaf and Adamsville Mixed Farmers clubs. She was a 1999 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Currently, she was majoring in business at Remington College.
Surviving are her parents, Glen and Lulu (Wilson) Lautzenheiser of Adamsville; her sister, Kassie Lautzenheiser of the home; and grandparents, Raymond Lautzenheiser of Adamsville, and Mary E. Wilson of Zanesville.

Mildred Louise Seymour

A graveside service for Mildred Louise Seymour, 82, of Hebron, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Kirkersville Cemetery, with Pastor Tom Myers officiating.
Mrs. Seymour passed away Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, at the Heath Nursing Care Center. She was born on July 17, 1921, to the late Leslie and Bertha Cox and was the last survivor of six children.
She was a loving and caring mother and wife. She and her husband owned and operated the I.G.A. Foodliner in Hebron. She was a member of the 8-40 Salon of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 285 and the Hospital Twig of Licking Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters, Elaine (Nick) Embrey of Hebron, and Cheryl Lusk of Heath; son, Ron (Susan) Seymour of Mission Viejo, Calif.; grandchildren, Todd Embrey, Traci Moore, Stephanie King, Greg Lusk, Brian Seymour and Brandon Seymour; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Seymour, in 1993; brothers, James Henry, Earl Henry, Robert Henry and Charles Cox; sister, Kathleen Gamble; and son-in-law, Fred Lusk, in 1989.

In loving memory of Marian Shirley Crouse of Whitewater, Colo., who was born June 10, 1920, and died Oct. 22, 2003.
She is survived by her son, Raymond T. Sizemore, his wife, Susan M. Sizemore, and grandson, Michael Sizemore; grandchildren, Raymond Randolph Sizemore of Denver, Colo., Cindy Hoffmiester of Louisiana, Kyle Crouse of Newark, and Richard Crouse of Newark; great-grandchildren, Crista Hoffmiester of Denver, Colo., Carl Hoffmiester of Denver, Colo., Joseph Sizemore of California, and Brandon, Brittany, Cameron and Adam Sizemore, all of Denver, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude R. Crouse; mother, Anna O'Conner; father, Thomas O'Conner; brother, Thomas O'Conner; son, Claude Christopher Crouse; and grandson, Claude Christopher Crouse Jr.
Arthur Edmund Coyne II

A funeral service for Arthur Edmund Coyne, II, 54, of Hebron, Ohio, will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, at the Kirkersville Chapel of Henderson, Van Atta & Johnston Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
Mr. Coyne, who served in the U.S. Army as a medic during the Vietnam War, died Oct. 30, 2003, at his home. He was born Dec. 18, 1948, in Newark, Ohio to the late Frederick Thomas and Jo Ann (Johnston) Coyne.
Mr. Coyne was a member of the Masons and the Thornport VFW. He also had many special interests and hobbies.
Surviving are daughter, Jennifer Coyne, of Newark; son, Frederick (Tommy) Coyne, II, of Hebron; sister, Nancy (Samuel) Klasing, of Bellbrook, Ohio; nephews, Kevin Klasing and David Klasing; and many other relatives and close friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home, 285 East Main Street, Kirkersville, and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Edward Theodore Corbette, Sr.

There will be no services for Edward Theodore Corbette, Sr., 74, of Newark, who died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003 at his residence.
He was born Feb. 16, 1929 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Booker T. and Hazel (Tate) Robinson.
Mr. Corbette was a self employed Artist and was well known through out Zanesville for his Artistic work. He was a member of the mass choir at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Zanesville.
Surviving are: son, Edward J. Corbette Jr., of Newark; step-daughter, Cindy Carpenter, of Newark; half-brother, Clifton Robinson, of Providence, R.I.; sisters, Betty Stephens, of Dayton, Ohio, Margaret McNairy, of St. Louis, Mo., Cynthia Robinson, of Atlanta, Ga., Juanita Mitchell, of Zanesville; Shirley Corbett, of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Temperence Corbette, Edward Corbette III, and Zachary Carpenter, all of Newark; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
