Jeremy Gabriel Waddle

A funeral service for Jeremy Gabriel Waddle, 23, of Hebron, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Licking Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lonnie Aleshier officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
Mr. Waddle, an installer for Arctic Air of Westerville, died June 9, 2003, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born Nov. 21, 1979, in Mission Hills, Calif.
Mr. Waddle was a 1997 graduate of Licking Heights High School. He attended Licking Baptist Church and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
He is survived by his parents, Danny L. and Donna J. (Weber) Waddle of Hebron; son, Nathan Michael Waddle of Hebron; daughter, Mariah Angel Waddle of Reynoldsburg; brother and sister-in-law, Dan Jr. and Kimberley Waddle and their children Daniel, Sarah and Andrew, all of Pickerington; sister and brother-in-law, Susan K. and Steve Tuggle and their children Jessica and Randal of Hebron; paternal grandmother, Betty Waddle of Columbus; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and fiancee, Michele Whitmer.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Heath Chapel of Henderson, Van Atta & Johnston Funeral Service, and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church, 1380 Beaver Run Road, Hebron.

Sarah K. Anderson

A graveside service for Sarah Katherine Anderson, 82, of Newark, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wilson Cemetery, with the Rev. Douglas Lynn officiating.
Mrs. Anderson, a homemaker and member of Chatham United Methodist Church, died June 5, 2003, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 19, 1920, in Newark, to the late John A. and Mary (Livingston) Roberts.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Anderson of Newark; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Linda Anderson of Newark, John and Joyce Anderson of Newark, and Michael and Marina Anderson of Glenford; sisters, Nina Rees of Florida, Beverly Bradford of Oregon, and Lucille Graham of Newark; brothers, Clyde Roberts and Earl Roberts, both of Newark; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bryce P. Anderson, in September of 1961; sister, Thelma; and brothers, Edward, Orville and Carl Anderson.
There will be no calling hours observed.

Lucy Mae Homolak

A private graveside service for Lucy Mae Homolak, 84, of Granville, will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville, with Pastor Daniel Ruff officiating.
Mrs. Homolak, formerly of Strongsville and Medina, died June 8, 2003, at the Heath Nursing Care Center. She was born Feb. 15, 1919, in Uniontown, Pa., to the late Ilia (Trainor) and Edward Hunt.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Marsha and William Hanes of Granville, and Kathy and William Warren of Newberry, Mich.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William John Mesick, who died Sept. 23, 1950; and second husband, Steve Homolak, who died March 12, 2000.
The McPeek Funeral Home in Granville is in charge of arrangements.

Wayne Theadore Roosa

A funeral service for Wayne Theadore Roosa, 62, of Ravenna, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Wood-Kortright Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel, with the Rev. Harry Harvey officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Ravenna.
Mr. Roosa, who retired as head pressman at the Record Courier, died June 8, 2003, at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, Pa. He was born Aug. 30,1940, in Ravenna, to the late August H. and Charlotte Ann (Clark) Roosa.
Mr. Roosa was a member of Unity number 12 F&AM, a Civil War re-enactor with the 5th Texas Confederate Reenactment Group, and Sutler of Elizabeth Ann II of Ravenna.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Patricia Lue (Arnold) Roosa; daughters, Robin (Larry) Peppeard of Kent, Holley (Tavis) Blyler of Ravenna, and Heather (Martin) Smith of Newark; brothers, James Roosa of Ravenna, John (Beth) Roosa of Ravenna, and Russell (Cindy) Roosa of North Carolina.; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna.

A funeral service for Vanessa Dale Evans, 49, of Newark, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Newark Chapel of Henderson, Van Atta & Johnston Funeral Service, with the Rev. David Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Newark Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Evans, who was self employed with Evans Heating and A.C., died June 8, 2003, at her residence. She was born Dec. 23, 1953, in Newark, to James Sr. and Hazal L. (Terry) Wiley.
She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Evans; stepsons, Dustin R. Evans and Derek R. Evans; stepdaughter, Crystal D. Evans; brother, James Wiley Jr.; sisters, Wanda G. Gross, Mona L. Hindel and Linda K. Wiley; grandchildren, Owen R. Evans and Lexie R. Evans; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Overbey, who was a motorcycle mechanic for many years, died June 10, 2003, at his residence. He was born April 16, 1946, in Logan, to the late William A. and Harlene V. (Quick) Overbey.
He is survived by his wife, Mollie (Riley) Overbey; stepdad, Donald Marriott of Heath; children, William A. "Dub" (Christina) Overbey II of Fallsburg, and James Brian (special friend Julie) Overbey of Heath; daughter-in-law, Stacey Overbey, wife of deceased son Eric Overbey; sister, Lisa Evans of Kirkersville; brothers, Larry (Sue) Overbey, Steve Overbey, and Tony (Jackie) Overbey, all of Newark; nine grandchildren, Tiffany, Karie, Brandy, Jacob, Morgan, Taylor Joe, Angel, Shane and Erica Lynn; sister-in-law, Sue Overbey of Newark; stepbrothers, Donnie, Randall and Wayne Marriott; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
