HOWARD RHEINSCHELD
Howard Rheinscheld, 71, Winchester, Ind., died Monday, Jan. 31 at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind., after a brief illness.
Born Sept. 27, 1928, Vinton County, son of the late Arthur B. and Maude Pleukhard Rheinscheld, he was married June 8, 1950, to Mary Grace Amerine Rheinscheld, who survives.
A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from Anchor Hocking Glass in Winchester, Ind. After retiring, he worked in construction for J.D. Benson & Company. He was a retired farmer and a member of Anchor Hocking Sympathy Club.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. David (Karla) Hobson of Kenosha, Wis.; a grandson, David Hobson of Kenosha, Wis.; a granddaughter, Bethany Marie Hobson of Kenosha, Wis.; a brother, Floyd Rheinscheld of Mount Sterling; and five sisters, Rosalie Wengerd of Sebring, Fla., Alcadana Hartshorn of Logan, Juanita Ringhiser of Logan, Mavis Cronin of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mary Ebbrecht of Circleville.
He also was preceded in death by four brothers, George, Harold, Arthur and Joseph Rheinscheld; and an infant daughter, Deidre Jean Rheinscheld.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Walker Funeral Home, 248 E. South St., Winchester, Ind., with the Rev. Howard Castle officiating.
Burial will be in Fountain Park cemetery, Winchester, Ind.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Gardner Scholarship Fund in memory of Howard Rheinscheld c/o Randolph County Bank or to the Arthritis Fund.

VIRGINIA B. SHUTTLEWORTH
Virginia B. Shuttleworth, 94, Lancaster, died Monday, Jan. 31 in Pleasantville at the home of her dear friends and caregivers, Homer and Brandy Ward.
Daughter of the late Schyler and Emma Imler, she was the widow of Harold L. Shuttleworth.
She was a member of and last charter member of Faith Memorial Church. She also was a member of the Friendly Sixties.
Surviving are three sons, Delbert (Clara) Shuttleworth of Goldendale, Wash., Herman (Linda) Shuttleworth of New Marshfield and Lloyd (Sue) Shuttleworth of Lancaster; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Della Ayers of McArthur and Bernadine Shuttleworth of Enterprise.
She also was preceded in death by a great-grandson; three brothers; and four sisters.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Faith Memorial Church with Pastors Melvin Truex and Ed True officiating.
Burial will be in Imler cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster, and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
The family suggests contributions be made to Faith Memorial Church in her memory.

BONNIE JEAN FELCZAK
Bonnie Jean Clark Felczak, formerly of Carbon Hill, died Jan. 27 in Warren, Mich.
Daughter of the late Ira and Ida Clark, she was married to Leo Felczak, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Regina Klein of Madison Heights, Mich., and Dollene Frost of Battle Creek, Mich.; a son, Brian Felczak of Seattle, Wash.; nine grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
No calling hours will be observed.
The family suggests contributions be made to The American Cancer Society.

JAMES H. PIDCOCK
James H. Pidcock, 78, Fairborn, died Wednesday, Feb. 2 at Greene Memorial Hospital, Xenia.
Born July 28, 1921, Athens County, son of the late Hurley Wallace and Daisy Llewellyn Pidcock, he was married to Anna Grace Adams Pidcock, who survives.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, Nelsonville, with the Rev. Ray Rakes officiating.
Interment will be in New Marshfield cemetery.
Military graveside services will be conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

MORILL INBODEN
Morill V. Inboden, 80, Logan, died Monday, Feb. 7 at Sunbridge Nursing Home, New Lexington.
Born Nov. 12, 1919, Hocking County, son of the late Andrew J. and Jenny Wolfe Inboden, he was married for 51 years to Dorothy J. Windsor Inboden, who survives.
Former co-owner of the Inboden Marathon garage in Logan, he retired in 1979 as a mechanic for the Ohio Department of Transportation in Logan. He was a former member of the former Bethany United Methodist Church and a 1937 graduate of Logan High School.
Also surviving are three sons, Dean (Dee) Inboden of Chillicothe, Matthew K. (Cheryl) Inboden of Dresden, and Gregory V. Inboden of Columbus; three daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Diana) Huffman of Logan, Mrs. Ron (Kim N.) Koch of Lancaster, and Misti J. Clark of Hide-a-way Hills; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; and three brothers, Andrew "Woody" (Anna) Inboden of Lancaster, Kenneth (Maxine) Inboden of Logan, and Lowell Inboden of Lancaster.
He also was preceded in death by three brothers, Perry, Clark and Atlee; and four sisters, Forest, Glenna, Iva Daubenmier, and Mable Hockman.
Private graveside services will be at Oak Grove cemetery.
Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Combined Veterans Organizations of Hocking County.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home.

JOHN LEACH
John Edward Leach, 65, Logan, died Monday, Feb. 7 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus.
Born Sept. 8, 1934, Hocking County, son of the late John W. Leach and Mary L. Rarrick Leach Mundy, he was married to Donna R. Schein Leach, who survives.
An Army veteran, he was a retired mechanic from the former Cole Motor Sales in Logan. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church. He also was a member of Hocking County Democrat Club and a former central committeeman.
Also surviving are a son, Randy (Cherie) Leach of Marion; a daughter, Mrs. Rick (Sandy) Hunt of Logan; and three grandchildren, Brittney Hunt, Keri Hunt and Bret Leach.
He also was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Leach.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Wheeler officiating.
Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 Wednesday at Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan, and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
The family suggests contributions be made to Parkinson Disease Center, 371 McCampbell Hall, 1581 Dodd Hall, Columbus, Ohio 43210.

MELBA NELSON
Melba M. Nelson, 85, Nelsonville, died Tuesday, Feb. 8 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center, The Plains.
Born Oct. 9, 1914, Florida City, Fla., daughter of the late M.L. Williams Sr. and Mary Virginia Shulse Williams Parker, she was the widow of Wendall F. Nelson, who died Dec. 20, 1973.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville.
Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery, Nelsonville.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 today at the funeral home.

MARY GARRISON
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Drake Funeral Home, Kentucky, for Mary Margaret Wood Garrison, 52, Harrods Creek Road, who died Sunday, Feb. 6 at the Bourbon General Hospital, Kentucky.
The Rev. Darvin Chandler officiated.
Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Garden, Paris, Ky.
Casketbearers were Randy and Shawn Garrison, Mike Humphrey, Terry Fouty, Tim Collins, Jeff Wood, J.R. Fouty and James Garrison.
Born Sept. 18, 1947, Logan, daughter of Clarence William Wood of Ohio and the late Louise Pauline Tucker Wood, she was married to Charles M. Garrison Sr., who survives.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Nazarene, North Middletown.
Also surviving are a son, Charles M. Garrison Jr. of Paris, Ky.; a stepson, Robin Garrison of Columbus; two daughters, Mrs. Chad (Laurie) Dennis and Dawn Johnson, both of Paris, Ky.; a stepdaughter, Renee´ Garrison of Orlando, Fla.; four brothers, John Wood of Columbus, James Wood of Nelsonville, Don Wood of Athens and Tom Wood of Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister, Anita Fouty of Nelsonville; six grandchildren, Aleisha, Whitney, Krista and Tony Roland Jr., Ericka Johnson and Samantha Thompson.

DR. ROBERT HARSH
Dr. Robert C. Harsh, 83, died Thursday, Feb. 10 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Beaufort, S.C.
Born May 24, 1916, Oxford, Ind., son of the late Carl C. and Claudia M. Bishop Harsh, he was married to Clara H. Harsh, who survives.
A veteran of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, he was a pathologist. A graduate of Ohio State University College of Medicine, he was a member of the College of American Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathologists, International Association of Pathologists and Association of Clinical Scientists.
He was a Master Mason in Ohio, a member of Scottish Rite, a board member of Palatines to America, a member of Power Squadron and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Beaufort.
Also surviving are a son, David C. Harsh of Cincinnati; five daughters, Lynn Patterson of Warrenton, Ore., Rebecca Thornton of Cincinnati, Carol Blackwelder of Monroe, N.C., Deborah Vaughn of Gaithersburg, Md. and Dr. Claudia Harsh of Cincinnati; and five grandchildren.
He also was preceded in death by a son, Robert C. Harsh Jr.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Feb. 19 at First Presbyterian Church, Beaufort, S.C.
The family suggests contributions be made to First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1226, Beaufort, S.C. 29901, Friends of Caroline Hospice, 1110 13th St., Port Royal, S.C. 29935 or to the charity of one's choice.
Arrangements are by Anderson Funeral Home, Inc., Beaufort, S.C.

BETTY INGRAM
Betty Lou Ingram, 57, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, died Thursday, Feb. 10 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital following an extended illness.
Born Dec. 22, 1942, Union Furnace, daughter of the late Charles F. Edgar and Alma J. Largent Wyskiver, she was married for 40 years to Jack A. Ingram, who survives.
A 1960 Starr-Washington High School graduate, she was a former employee of Goodyear and a member of Union Furnace United Methodist Church.
Also surviving are two sons, Gregory A. Ingram and Scott (Robyn) Ingram, both of Logan; three granddaughters, Lindsey J., Stacie E. and Keely J. Ingram; a grandson, Dustin A. Ingram; a brother, Gerald "Buck" (Patricia) Edgar of Logan; three sisters, Mrs. Leroy (Phyllis) Danison of Maxville, Mrs. Lynn (Charlotte) Roberts of Logan and Mrs. Edward (Janice) Zimmerman of Mount Pleasant; a mother-in-law, Audra Ingram of Logan; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mike (Cheryl) Murray of Bloomfield, N.Y.; a brother-in-law, Phil Ingram of Wolford Heights, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by a stepfather, Harold H. Wyskiver.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. Carolyn Hoskinson officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Sunday with the family in attendance from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made to Hocking County American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 944, Logan, Ohio 43138.

ROBERT PRATER
Robert M. Prater, 88, Logan, died Friday, Feb. 11 in the skilled nursing unit at Hocking Valley Community Hospital following an extended illness.
Born Aug. 26, 1911, Carbondale, son of the late Sherman Prater and Ette Mae Martin Prater Arnold, he was married to Ada Belle Hill Prater, who survives.
He was a retired timekeeper with 23 years of service with the Hocking County Highway Department.
Also surviving are a son, Sherman (Regina) Prater of Logan; four daughters, Mrs. Darrel (Candy) Gastin of Logan, Mrs. John (Sue) McBroom of Logan, Sonja Sutton of Logan and Billie K. Hoke of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Maxwell Prater of Columbus and Homer Prater of Nelsonville; and a sister, Cynthia Auflick of Nelsonville.
He also was preceded in death by three sisters, Irene McDaniel, Lillian Doolittle and Alice McAfee; and two brothers, Joseph and William Prater.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Roberts Funeral Home with the Rev. Dixie L. Bauman officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 Sunday at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made in Prater's memory to Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 966, Logan, Ohio 43138.
