Roy Keplar, 74, Nelsonville, died Wednesday, April 12 at the Kingston Health Care Center.
Born June 19, 1925, Athens, he was the son of the late Tice Keplar and Malinda Patton Keplar.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Greenlawn cemetery, Nelsonville, with the Rev. Michael Thomas officiating.
No calling hours will be observed.
Arrangements are by the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, Nelsonville.
DOROTHY C. NASH
Dorothy C. Nash, 85, Newark, died Thursday, April 13 at the Health Nursing and Convalescent Center, Newark.
Born Feb. 19, 1915, Lancaster, daughter of the late Roscoe A. Collins and Margaret Eckert Collins, she was the widow of Adam (Peck) Nash.
She was a Lancaster High School graduate.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Tom (Phyllis) Lawyer of Newark, Mrs. John (Margaret) Mulholland of California and Mrs. Dale (Jill) Vorhees of Logan; two sons, Brian (Jan) Ward of Nelsonville and Jack Nash of Logan; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a twin brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. David Mitchell officiating.
Burial services will be Saturday at Oak Grove cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home until the time of the service.

HILDA K. MOULTON
Hilda K. Moulton, 76, Shawnee, died Thursday, April 13 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
Born Feb. 1, 1924, Morgan County, daughter of the late J. Harry and Laura Kate Sherwood Henery, she was the widow of Francis B. "Bussie" Moulton.
A Morgan High School graduate, she retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church and Rebecca Lodge.
Surviving are two sons, Francis Moulton of Shawnee and Danny (Annette) Moulton of Philo; four daughters, Mrs. Mike (Laura) Williams of Shawnee, Mrs. Steve (Jenny) Ott of Baltimore, Mrs. George (Mary) Barnes of McCunesville and Mrs. Mark (Polly) Spencer of Baltimore; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Shawnee United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernie Perkins officiating.
Burial will be in Shawnee cemetery.
Friends may call anytime after 2 p.m. Sunday at J.E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Shawnee, with the family in attendance from 2 to 4 p.m. and after 6.

O.B. BELL
O.B. "Skip" Bell, 56, Nelsonville, died Sunday, April 23 at his residence.
Born Oct. 3, 1943, Grantsville, W.Va., son of the late Bernard G. Bell and Gladys Marie Champ Bell, he was married
to Rosemary B. Bauer Bell, who survives.
He was a retired truck driver for Hocking Cartage.
Also surviving are two sons, Danny J. (Linda) Bell of Nelsonville and Tom J. Bell of Logan; two daughters, Patricia Ann and Russell Nutter of Hockingport and Laura L. Scott and Randall McCrady of Logan; a special grandson, Brant Wesley Bell of Logan; a former daughter-in-law, Lisa Bell of Logan; a brother, Joe (Anne) Bell of California; and four sisters, Mrs. Don (Sharlene) Ridgeway of Danville, Mrs. David (Lois) Boyd of Amanda, Mrs. Larry (Charlotte) Allen of Tennessee and Christine Bell of Logan.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan with the Rev. James R. Mathias officiating.
Burial will be held April 26 at Knollwood cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
DORIS CROW
Doris Jean Crow, 73, died Thursday, April 20 at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Austin and Garnett Marie Walton.
Surviving are a brother, George Crow of Logan; and three sisters, Nancy Persinger of Columbus, Marta Mae Taylor of Orlando, Fla. and Linda Fisher of Logan.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, James and Harold Crow and seven sisters, Hazel Sharb, Dorothy Crow, Julia Huntsman, Mary Wade, Beulah Crow, Margaret Belle and Anita Chambers.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Elk cemetery, McArthur.

MARY H. SMITH
Mary H. Smith, 93, Lancaster, formerly of McArthur, died Friday, April 21 at her residence.
Born March 12, 1907, Vinton County, she was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Doretta (Johnston) Smith.
She was a graduate of Allensville High School and from the Department of Home Economics at Ohio University. She taught 32 years in Vinton and Hocking counties.
She was an active member of the Lancaster United Brethren in Christ Church and a life member of the Women's Missionary Association, Women's Christian Temperance Union and Olivedale Senior Citizens. She also was a life member of McArthur O.E.S. No. 128, Allensville Union Grange, Vinton County Retired Teachers and Delta Kappa Gamma.
She is survived by two special cousins, Larry and Linda Mason, Lancaster, and many other cousins.
She also was preceded in death by her twin sister, Martha Smith Kruger, who died on July 26, 1994.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Halteman-Fett and Dyer Funeral Home with Rev. Robert C. Tussing and Pastor Henry W. Cadwell officiating.
Burial will be at Elk cemetery, McArthur.

JEAN ELLEN BROWN
Jean Ellen Brown, 52, Logan, died Monday, April 24 at her residence following an extended illness.
Born Sept. 27, 1947, Logan, she was the daughter of the late Harold Maywood and Theresa Margaret Kaiser Brown.
She retired as a customer service representative on Feb. 1 with Rocky Shoes and Boots, Inc. in Nelsonville after 35 years of service.
She was a 1965 Logan High School graduate and a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Surviving are a sister, Jane Brown of Logan; three brothers, Bill (Kathleen) Brown of Ashburn, Va., Tom (Peggy) Brown of Battle Creek, Mich. and Edward (Paula) Brown of Pickerington; three aunts, Margaret Mary Kaiser of Logan, Frances Kaiser of Marietta, and Luella Brown of Wapakoneta; five nieces, Mrs. Dan (Kris) Riggs and Marissa, Julie, Carrie and Jessie Brown; and a nephew, Aaron Brown.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Catholic Church with Monsignor James A. Geiger officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.

Elmer Lowry, 81, Glouster, died Sunday, April 23 at his residence. Son of the late Albertus and Maude Lowry, he was married
to Barbara Lowry, who survives.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Glouster Church of Christ.
Burial will be in Maplewood cemetery, Glouster.

MARCIA MEREDITH
Marcia Meredith, 69, Lancaster, died Saturday, April 22 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster.
She was the widow of A.L. Meredith.
She was an evangelist, a gospel singer and a member of Fairfield Christian Church.
Surviving are children, Lou (Gary) Kost, Nancy Poirier, Cynthia Foster, Marian Hadler, Frank (Jeri) Hadler, Donna Matthews, Greg (Jo Ann) Hadler, Don (Dawn) Hadler and Marcus (Lori) Meredith; 21 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John W. and Adrian Everett; a sister, Doris L. Arnold; and several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Everett; and a grandson, Jamie Matthews.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m. today at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, Worthington Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington, with Mark Barbee officiating.
Private interment will be in Fairview cemetery.

Kathleen Eckels Nutter, 89, Carbon Hill, died Monday, April 24 at Pine Hills Continuing Care Center, Nelsonville.
Born April 17, 1911, Colgate, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Martha Collins Eckels.

Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery, Nelsonville.
