Clyde Patterson, 55, Chauncey, died Friday, Aug. 11 at his residence.
Born June 13, 1945, he was the son of the late Willie and Eleanor Lowery Patterson.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Cardaras Funeral Home, Glouster.
Burial was in Beechgrove cemetery, Perry County.

RICHARD STEPHENSON
Richard Stephenson, 82, Nelsonville, died Friday, Aug. 11 at Doctors Hospital of Nelsonville.
Born June 17, 1918, New Town, son of the late George and Grace Mitchell Stephenson, he was married
to Dorothy Stephenson, who survives.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville.
Burial will be in Carbon Hill cemetery.
Military graveside services will be conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit.
BEATRICE R. FRALICK
Beatrice R. Kirtland Fralick, 88, Leipsic, died Wednesday, Aug. 9 at St. Ritašs Medical Center, Lima.
Born Aug. 13, 1911, Benton Ridge, daughter of Victor and Blanche Clymer Kirtland, she was the widow of Floyd B. Fralick, who died Dec. 8, 1988.
Retired from Leipsic Library in 1982, she was a member of the First Christian Church and the Order of Eastern Star in Lima.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James (Mary Lou) Stewart of Logan and Mrs. Glen (Janet) Steingass of Leipsic; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers, Ronald, Harry, Don and Norman Kirtland; and a sister, Ova Warden.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic with the Rev. Tim Eding officiating.
Burial was in Sugar Ridge cemetery, Leipsic.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Leipsic Library or First Christian Church.
HAROLD D.E. HOPKINS
Harold D.E. "Hoppy" Hopkins, 58, Amanda, died Sunday, Aug. 13 at his residence.
Born Dec. 24, 1941, Logan, son of the late Charles H. and Gladys Slater Hopkins, he was married
to Nancy Pack Hopkins, who survives.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a member of the AMVETS, the American Legion, VFW, the K.P. of Ashville, Tarlton United Methodist Church of Tarlton and was a dry wall finisher.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tammy Hopkins of Amanda; three grandchildren, Shawn R.D. Hopkins, Sonja D. Lemaster and Shylynee E. H. Hopkins; eight sisters, Mrs. Dave (Linda K.) Nelson, Blanche Pritchard, Mary E. Swackhammer, all of Lancaster, Margie Tubbs and Shirley Hopkins of Logan, Mrs. Bill (Martha) Poling of Orrville, Sharon Carter of Orlando, Fla., and Rosie Edwards of Pinehurst, Idaho; four brothers, Kenny, Bill and George Hopkins of Logan and Bob (Florence) Hopkins of Zanesville; several nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Joe (Carol) Wallner.
He also was preceded in death by several sisters and brothers.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. at Defenbaugh Wise Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St., Circleville, with Pastor Hal Keeton officiating.
Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Garden, Circleville.
K.P. of Ashville and AMVETS will have services at the funeral home.

Melissa D. Maffin, 20, Glouster, died Wednesday, Aug. 9 in Glouster.
Born July 29, 1980, Washington Court House, she was married
to Ronald Maffin, who survives.

Roxie B. Ogg, 77, Lancaster, died Sunday, Aug. 13 at her residence.
Daughter of the late Ernest E. and Ida Mae Pumpfrey Snider, she was married
to Ray T. Ogg, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Gregory A. (Sharon) Ogg, Tompkinsville, Ky.; three daughters, Mary Myers of Lancaster and Phyllis and Gail Woltz of Rockbridge; five grandchildren, Eric (Kelly) Woltz, Lenny (Missy) Woltz, Bob (Maria) Myers, Randy (Casey) Myers and Shane (Heidi) Ogg; six great-grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Seth Ogg, Morgan and A.J. Myers and Seth Hartsock; four brothers, Francis Snider of Lancaster, Robert Snider of Marathon, Fla., Dale N. Snider of Heath and Larry Snider of Livermore, Cal.; four sisters, Eileen Deyo of Canal Winchester, Dorothy Brite of Sevierville, Tenn., Janet Weaver of Lancaster and Sharon Freeland of Pleasantville; and nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by an infant son, Bruce Ogg; and four brothers, Dean, Lee, Harold and Lester Snider.

Roy Marcellus Thompson, 82, London, formerly of Logan, died Monday, Aug. 14 at his residence after an extended illness.
Born Dec. 21, 1917, Hocking County, son of the late William and Viola B. McClurg Thompson, he was married
to Freda Lucille Primmer Thompson, who survives.
He was a retired station engineer at the London Correctional Institute, London, a member of Newport United Methodist Church of Newport, Chandler F&AM #138, Royal Select Masons, London Council #41, Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, Adoniram Chapter #73, Knight Templer #82, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Lodge Council Chapter Consistory, Valley of Columbus, OES London Chapter #386, Madison County Senior Citizens Center and the Madison County Humane Society.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert Lee (Marcia) Thompson of London and David Michael (Debbie) Thompson of Glenrock, Wyo.; a daughter, Dorothy Sue Wallace of London; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Ruby) Blair of Logan.
She also was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Roberts Funeral Home with the Rev. Lu Ann Beauman officiating.
Entombment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Good Hope Township, Hocking County.

BRITTANY ANNE VISINTAINER
Brittany Anne Visintainer, was stillborn Sunday, Aug. 13 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster.
She was the daughter of Shana Louise Stillion and Michael Thomas Visintainer Jr. of Logan.
Also surviving are two sisters, Hannah M. Visintainer and Jordanna R. Stillion; maternal grandparents, Richard and Sandra Stillion of Logan; maternal great-grandmother, Helen Louise Clarke of Logan; and paternal grandparents, Michael T. and Cathy Visintainer Sr. of Logan.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Ebenezer Baptist Church cemetery, Monday Creek Township, Perry County, with Monsignor James A. Geiger officiating.
No calling hours will be observed.

LILLIAN FAYE QUEEN
Lillian Faye Queen, 74, Lancaster, died Tuesday, Aug. 15 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center in Columbus.
Born Aug. 23, 1925, Laurelville, daughter of the late Edward and Della Souders Cave, she was married
to Norman H. Queen, who survives.
She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Lancaster.
Also surviving are four sons, Daniel (Kathy) Queen, Donald (June) Queen and Robert (Elizabeth) Queen, all of Lancaster and Ronald Queen of Athens; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Louise) Cave of Melrose, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Home, 111 W. Main St., Amanda.
Burial will be in Amanda Township cemetery.

LOIE E. TATMAN
Loie E. Tatman, 98, Laurelville, died Tuesday, Aug. 15 at Berger Hospital.
Born Sept. 8, 1901, Hocking County, daughter of the late John and Virginia Mahoney Tisdale, she was the widow of Howard Everett Tatman Sr., who died in 1949.
She retired in 1971 as cook for the Laurelville School and was a member of the Adelphi Pocahontas Lodge.
Surviving are three sons, Everett (Carma) Tatman Jr. of South Point, Elmer (Shelby) Tatman of Columbus and Paul Tatman of Adelphi; three daughters, Ruth Ellen Bohn of Lewistown, Pa., and Mrs. Cecil (Joretta) Roll and Mrs. Harold (Sharon) Arter, both of Kingston; two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Delbert (Ruth) Tatman and Mrs. Melvin (Ruth) Tatman; special granddaughter, Kristal Smith; 34 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by three sons, Delbert, Charles and Melvin Tatman; two daughters, Mary Tatman Congrove Pence and Virginia Tatman Crosby; a brother; and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hill Funeral Home, Kingston, with the Rev. Raymond Welch officiating.
Burial will be in Green Summit cemetery.
