Robert R. Busler
Robert R. "Bobbie" Busler, 56 of North Ridgeville, Ohio died on Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at his home following a sudden illness.
Mr. Busler was born on April 28, 1948, in Cleveland, OH and has lived in North Ridgeville for the last 20 years. He was a retired machine operator for General Motors-Parma Plant.
He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of the F & AM Lodge 725 in Avon Lake and the North Ridgeville Auxiliary Police.
Mr. Busler enjoyed hunting and computering.
He is survived by a sons Bradley R. Busler of North Ridgeville, Robert R. Busler, Jr of Lakeland, FL, daughter Tabitha Kennedy of Parma, OH, brother David Busler of Cleveland, sisters Marie Sobchik of Wooster, Rita Large of Creston and Betty Harmon of Rankin County, Mississippi.
Mr. Busler was preceded in death by his parents Roy I. and Nellie L. (nee Beaver) Busler, a brother Daniel Busler in Jan 2005 and a sister Charlsie Cerny.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2005, at 10:00 am in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.Burial will be in the Masonic Section of Ridge Hill Memorial Park cemetery at a later date.
Wanda R. Brown
Wanda R. (nee Engle) Brown, 54 of Lorain died early Friday, October 28, 2005 at New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph in Lorain.
Mrs. Brown was born on November 4, 1950 in Harlan, KY but lived most of her life in Lorain. She was a graduate of Admiral King High School. She had worked as a cashier at both Walmart and Revco Drug Store.
Most recently she was a homemaker.
She enjoyed camping and taking the grandchildren to the State Fair.
Mrs. Brown is survived by three sons: Gary W. Brown, Richard A. Brown, Gerald A. Brown, Jr. all of Lorain, 5 grandchildren, mother Verda M. (Nee Simpson) Engle of Lorain, 4 stepchildren, and 12 step grandchildren, brothers Jesse W. Engle of Nebraska, William M. Engle of Lorain, Rodger K. Engle of Amherst, James H. Engle of Indianapolis, David of Sheffield Lake, sisters Phyllis Henderson of Amherst, Donna Jones of Elyria and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald A. Brown, Sr. on July 16, 2004 and her father Jesse Engle.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 1, ,2005 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Michael D. LeBuhn pastor of the Church Of God, Sheffield, officiating. Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township, Ohio.
Blanche E. Brass
Blanche E. (nee Breeden) Brass, 82, of Lorain died on Monday, April 18, 2005 at New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph in Lorain, OH following a long illness.
Mrs. Brass was born on August 26, 1922 in Pittsburgh, PA. She moved here as a small child and lived in Lorain most of her life.
She was a charter member of the former Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lorain and a former Worthy Matron of Eastern Star-Day Chapter.
Mrs. Brass had worked at the Lorain Public Library, prior to her marriage and had been a secretary at Lorain Products.
She enjoyed fishing and camping, her family and wintering in Florida for 20 years.
Mrs. Brass is survived by her daughter, Joy Kingsley of Lorain, son, John Brass of Leesburg, FL, 4 grandsons, and 3 great-grandsons.
She is preceded in death by her husband John J. Brass in 2003, her parents Raymond and Mabel E. (nee Adams) Breeden, brothers, Kenneth Breeden and Joseph Downie and a sister Pearl Morgan
Friends may call at the Schwartz Spence Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH, on Friday, April 22, 2005 from 4:00 until memorial service time at 7:00 pm. The Rev. Philip Kunz, interim pastor at the St. John's United Church of Christ will officiate.
Burial will be in Brownhelm cemetery, Brownhelm Township at a later date.

Robert Bischoff
Robert Bischoff, 84 of Lorain died on Thursday, February 6, 2003 at Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky, OH.
Robert was born on June 16, 1918 in Lorain, OH and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Lorain High School in the class of 1936A. He was a US Navy veteran, serving during WW II as a machinist mate. Following his tour of duty, he worked at the Lipps Tea & China Store for many years. He was the owner and operator of the limousine service used by many area funeral homes in the Lorain area. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, and served as the financial secretary for 40 years. Mr. Bischoff also was a member of AARP, Senior Fellowship Club, Paduan Travelers Social Club, and a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was an avid roller skater, bicyclist, traveler and enjoyed baking cookies. Mr. Bischoff is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bernice (nee Miller) Bischoff, his daughter, Doris Wenzel of Lorain , 5 grandchildren, and one great-grand child. He is preceded in death by his father Fred Bischoff in 1940 and his mother Ida (nee Gleason) Bischoff in 1978 and one sister Evelyn Wilson. Friends may call at Zion Lutheran Church, 5100 Ashland Ave., Lorain, OH on Sunday, February 9, 2003 from 2:00 pm until funeral time at 4:00 pm. with Rev. Kevin K. Saylor, pastor officiating. Family burial services will be later at Elmwood cemetery in Lorain, OH.

Odelia F. Berki
Odelia F. Berki (nee Young), 79, of Lorain, died on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at Ohio Extended Care Center following a long illness.
Mrs. Berki was born on September 19, 1925 in Lorain, OH living here most of her life. She was a 1943 graduate of Lorain High School. From 1973 to 1991she lived in Sun City, Arizona.
She was a member of the Senior Center. She enjoyed crocheting and was a seamstress.
Mrs. Berki worked as a bank teller at Wells Fargo in Arizona retiring in 1991.
She is survived by her son, Robert J. Berki of Lorain, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and brother William Young of Lorain, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Berki is preceded in death by her husband, Antone J. Berki, in 1979, her parents William and Florence (nee Smith) Young, and sisters Louise Boracz, Caroline Thiels and Lillian Post.
There will be no funeral home services for Mrs. Berki.

Helen Bennett
Helen (nee Beitler) Bennett, 89 of Graniteville, South Carolina died on Saturday, November 19, 2005, at the Aiken Regional Medical Center unexpectedly.
Mrs. Bennett was born in Canton, Ohio on March 6, 1916. She was a certified practical nurse. While living in Lorain, she was a housekeeper for Dr. Robert Benz and former Judge Floyd Harris.
She enjoyed sewing, flowers, gardening, her animals, and crossword puzzles.
Mrs. Bennett is survived by her daughter Jeanette E. Hartley of Graniteville, SC, son David L. Bennett of Lorain, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Bennett in 1968, son Donald Bennett in 2004, parents Edward and Frances (nee Smith) Beitler, brothers John, Bill and Edward Beitler, sisters Mary Swisher and Elizabeth Snyder.

Benjamin F. Bellisario III
Benjamin F. Bellisario III, 53, of Lorain died early Tuesday morning, December 27, 2005 in the home of his mother following a one year illness.
Mr. Bellisario was born in Lorain, OH on March 11, 1952. He was a 1970 graduate of Avon Lake High School. He had been employed by the Spitzer Hotel as an executive chef. He enjoyed gardening and watching football. He was a avid supporter of the Cleveland Browns.
He is survived by a daughter: Valerie M. Bellisario of Lorain, son: Benjamin F. Bellisario, IV of Lorain, 6 grandchildren, his mother Donna J. (nee Clark) Bellisario of Avon Lake, sisters Christine M. Boyd, Gina L. Bellisario both of Avon Lake, Debbie A. Sivert of Sheffield Lake, brothers Ken Bellisario of Ontario, CA,
Ron Bellisario of Lorain, Don Bellisario of SanDiego, CA, Mike Bellisario of Sheffield Lake and Bob Bellisario of Lakewood, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn A. (nee Shullick) Bellisario in 2002, his father Benjamin F. Bellisario, Jr, in 1994 and a grandson Benjamin F. Bellisario V in 2002.
