Edward C. Wingenbach III
Retired Lt. Col. Edward C. Wingenbach III, 63, of Hinckley Township, passed away Friday, March 4, 2005, at Hospice of Visiting Nurse Services.

He was born July 6, 1941, in Cleveland and was vice president of sales for Aleris Metals Recycling. He was a member of the R.A.H. Board of Directors, coached Highland youth football and baseball and loved to golf. He retired from the Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam.

Mr. Wingenbach is survived by his wife, Nancy (nee Gard) Wingenbach, Ph.D., of Hinckley; sons, Edward C. (Susan) Wingenbach IV, Ph.D., of Redlands, Calif., and Air Force Capt. Guy J. (Lee Ann) Wingenbach of Oklahoma City; daughter, Kimberly Lynn (Bill) Briden of Batavia, Ill.; mother, Doris (nee Doan) Wingenbach of Imlay City, Mich.; sister, Pam Knight of Almont, Mich.; and grandchildren, Mark, Tony and Madison.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward C. Wingenbach Jr.

Service: 4 p.m. today at Brunswick United Methodist Church, 1395 Pearl Road, Brunswick. The Rev. John Butchko will officiate.

Interment: Arlington National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Highland Foundation for Educational Excellence, P.O. Box 415, Sharon Center, 44274.

Carlson Funeral Home, Medina, is handling arrangements.

Wanda Browand, 78, of Holiday Lakes, Willard, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at her daughter's home.

Barbara L. Kramer
Barbara L. Kramer, 65, of Medina, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at her home. She endured a long, courageous battle with MS and succumbed to cancer in the past year.

Ruth Lance, 100, of Wooster, passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, at Wooster Community Hospital.

Agnes J. Bell Metz
Agnes J. Bell Metz, 85, formerly of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at Medina General Hospital.

Delores A. Ontolchik
Delores Ann Ontolchik, 60, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2005.

Michael Polk
Michael Polk, of Medina, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at Pine Valley Care Center in Richfield.

James D. Schaffter
James D. Schaffter, 72, of Sterling, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at his home, the same property adjacent to the house he grew up in.

Donna Belle Willennar, 90, of Wadsworth, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005.

George N. Frost, 76, of Burbank, passed away Monday, March 6, 2006, at Medina General Hospital. He now rests in the arms of Jesus.

Fred W. Ulreich Sr., of Wadsworth, pas-sed away Monday, March 6, 2006, at his home.

Audrey M. Fox
Audrey M. Fox, 69, passed away, Monday, March 27, 2006, at her home.

She was born July 24, 1936, in Ansted, W.Va., to Gilbert and Lillie (nee McHenry) Skaggs. She was a resident of Rittman for most of her life and was self-employed as a home care worker. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Fellowship Church in Medina.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra (the Rev. Gerald) Clevenger of Rittman; daughter-in-law, Vicki Fox of Doylestown; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (Keith) Foster of Clarkson, Mich.; and Hattie Hardy of Fayetteville, W.Va.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Rich-ard; daughter, Carolyn Heiks; and brother, Elmer Skaggs.

Service: 11 a.m. Thursday at Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown. The Rev. Gerald Clevenger will officiate.

Burial: Chestnut Hill Cemetery.

Visiting hours: 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Charles R. Dollison
Charles R. Dollison, 78, passed away Friday, March 24, 2006, at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.

He was born Oct. 23, 1927, in Salisville, Ohio. He was a school bus driver and maintenance man for 30 years and volunteered to mow lawns for the elderly. He attended the Bible Church. Mr. Dollison served in the Army in World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth (nee Goss) Dollison; son, David (Rosemary); daughter, Sharon Sprague; brother, Paul Dollison; sisters, Bonnie Dollison and Betty Wray; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Georgia (nee Reynolds) Dollison; brothers, Eugene, Robert and Don; and sister, Mary.

Service: 11 a.m. Monday at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville. The Rev. Fred Youngen will officiate.

Burial: Windham Township Cemetery.

Visiting hours: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Robert G. Hill
Robert G. Hill, 79, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2006, in Medina.

He was born April 16, 1926, in Detroit. He was a foreman for Ford Motor Co. for 30 years. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Ursula (nee Grassmann) Hill of Brunswick; daughters, Anke (Jim) Ganger of Houston, Karen (Gary) Halcik of Acworth, Ga., Lori (Jerry) Brewer of Cable, Ohio, and Kellie (Matthew) Malec of Cleveland; grandchildren, Bryan, Becky, Tim (Sarah), Alex, Claire, Haley and Miranda; sister, Betty (Ted) Sundstrom of Dearborn, Mich.; and sister-in-law, Betty Hill of Spartanburg, S.C.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Jane (nee Denen) Hill; and brother, Jack Hill.

Service: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Waite & Son Funeral Homes, Brunswick Chapel, 3300 Center Road (state Route 303 at Interstate 71). Pastor Scott Henderson will officiate.

Interment: Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, Brunswick.

Visiting hours: 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 5755 Granger Road, Suite 335, Independence, 44131, in memory of Robert Hill.

Thelma E. Johnson
Thelma E. Johnson, 85, of Medina, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2006, at Hospice at The Inn at Medina.

She was born March 6, 1921, in Mobile, Ala. Mrs. Johnson worked at Medina Community Hospital in the dietary department and for Medina County. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and American Legion Post 202 Women's Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter, Lydia Diana McClain of Medina; sons, James (Margrit) McClain of Las Vegas, and Michael and Stanley McClain and David Johnson, all of Medina; foster son, Dennis (Judy) Ferguson of Athens, Tenn,; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Henry L. (Constance) Bucey of Montebello, Calif.; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert V. McClain and James H. Johnson; son, Robert McClain; daughter, Emily Johnson; brother, Richard Bucey; and sister, Clarabelle Buchanan.

Service: 11 a.m. Friday at Second Baptist Church, 451 Bronson St., Medina. The Rev. Russell Burden will officiate.

Burial: Spring Grove Cemetery, Medina.

Visiting hours: 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Second Baptist Church.

Waite & Son Funeral Homes, Medina Chapel, is handling arrangements.

Wilda Vicsak passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006, at her home in Bishop's Glenn UCC Retirement Home in Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John.

There will be a committal and memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2006, in Pilgrim Hills, Fla.
