Ilo Debolt, 74, of Celina, died Dec. 21, 2003, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born April 28, 1928, in Rockford, to LeLand and Evaline Vantilburg Frysinger. Her husband, Eldon Debolt, died in 1981.
Surviving are a son, David of Spencerville; a daughter, Vicki of Celina; and two sisters, Vivian Beckstedt, Celina, and Pat Williams, Rockford.
A brother, LeLand Frysinger Jr., is deceased.
She was a homemaker and a member of Celina Wesleyan Church, where she was a church board trustee.
Services are 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bethany United Methodist Church, with James Kahler officiating. Burial will be at Mount Olive Cemetery, Rockford.

Edward Gallimore
Edward Allen Gallimore Sr., 24, Catherine Street, Wapakoneta, died at 10:32 p.m. Dec. 19, 2003, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
He was born Aug. 3, 1979, in St. Marys, to Joe and Carol Howell Gallimore. The mother and stepfather, Charles Voorhes, survive in Wapakoneta. On Dec. 6, 1997, he married Brandy L. Fleck who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Edward A. Jr. and Caleb Wesley, and a daughter, Akima Lynn, all of Wapakoneta; two brothers, Mike (Debbie) Tingler, Wapakoneta, and James Gallimore, Celina; and a sister, Cindy Heiss, Wapakoneta.
A brother, Charles, is deceased.
He worked with C.B.S. at Holloway Sportswear, Jackson Center. He was a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Dec. 27 at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.

Lois Hall
Lois E. Hall, 99, 11121 Circle Drive, St. Marys, died at 8:45 p.m. Dec. 20, 2003, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Aug. 27, 1904, in Montezuma, to Owen T. and Elizabeth Buxton Elder. On Aug. 1, 1925, she married Vaughn Hall who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Owen (Madonna) of Celina; a daughter, Ruthann (Eldon) Eichenauer, Celina; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Wendell Elder, and a sister, Lucille Bair.
A graduate of Findlay University, she taught in one-room schoolhouses and later was a case worker at the Mercer County Welfare Department before retiring at the age of 75. She was a member of the Neptune Church of God, where she was a Sunday School teacher and a pianist, the Shakespeare Club, the Public Employees Retirement Assocation, Business & Professional Club and the West Ohio Livestock Exchange.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the First Church of God, Celina, Richard Van Horn and Gwyn (Eichenauer) Stetler officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
A coffee reception will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Vaughn Hall Family Scholarship at Winebrenner Theological Center in care of the Mercer County Foundation.
Henrietta Heckman
Henrietta C. Heckman, 91, 12 Walnut St., Fort Loramie, died at 5:06 a.m. Dec. 20, 2003, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born March 23, 1912, in Fort Loramie, to Louis and Bernadine Bornhorst Barhorst. On Dec. 30, 1936, she married Ambrose Heckman who died May 4, 1974.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas (Mary Ann) of Troy and Jerome (Judith) of Englewood; a daughter, Karen (James) Bensman, Minster; a sister, Katherine Hemmelgarn, Dayton; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Three brothers and two sisters are deceased.
She had worked as a cashier at the former Willman's Store and Borchers Store in Fort Loramie. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, the Ladies Sodality, Catholic Ladies of Columbia and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 355, all of Fort Loramie, and a charter member of the Fort Loramie Historical Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Vivian McNamee
Vivian M. McNamee, 73, of Troy, died Dec. 21, 2003, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
She was born April 4, 1930, in Dayton, to Felix and Frances Monnin Goubeaux. William F. McNamee, her husband of 49 years, survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Michael (Becky) of Crittenden, Ky., Chris (Lynn) of Kohler, Wis., and Patrick (Margo) of Fishers, Ind.; three daughters, Deb (Mark) Didier, Versailles, Suzanne (Kent) Roush, Germantown, and Kathleen (Michael) Howe, Kettering; a sister, Shirley (Robert) Snapp, Troy; 13 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased are an infant son, a brother, James Goubeaux, and a sister, Nancy Roth.
A former employee of A.O. Smith Credit Union and Wright Patterson Air Force Base, she worked in the gift shop at the medical center, the election polls and the Corner Cupboard, Dayton. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, where she volunteered as religious education secretary. She attended Holy Rosary School and was a 1948 graduate of Tipp City High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church and burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Tipp City.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.

Benjamin Rupert
Benjamin Rupert Sr., 85, 107 Bayshore Court, St. Marys, died Dec. 20, 2003, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Dec. 22, 1917, in Auglaize County, to Alonzo and Alvina Anders Rupert. On Oct. 30, 1954, he married Elaine Rampe who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ben Jr. (Leslie) of St. Marys and Paul of Van Wert; three daughters, Elizabeth Ann Weitzel and Anita, both of St. Marys, and Rosemary of Delaware; a sister, Mary Miller, St. Marys; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Irvin and Wilbur, and two sisters, Katherine Tarter and Ruth Dyer.
Known as "The Blanket Man," he was the owner of Ben Rupert Blankets and Luxury Blanket Corp. A 1935 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, he served with the U.S. Army and was the former commander of the 148th Infantry Battalion of the Ohio National Guard based in St. Marys.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Americam Legion Post and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 767, also of St. Marys.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.

Julianna Schlarman
Julianna "June" M. Schlarman, 81, 232 North St., Osgood, died at 8:40 a.m. Dec. 20, 2003, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born May 9, 1922, in Yorkshire, to Clarence and Elizabeth Frantz Grilliot. On Jan. 30, 1943, she married Herbert H. Schlarman who died Jan. 14, 2000.
Surviving are three sons, Ken (Mary) of Troy, Mike (Bobbie) of Osgood, and A. Lee (Sue) of St. Henry; four daughters, Linda (John) Wuebker and Lois (Ted) Seger, all of Minster, Kathy (Ted) Mescher, Coldwater, and Sue (Mark) Klosterman, Ansonia; 26 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Other survivors include six brothers, Robert (Elsie) Grilliot and Elmer (Lois) Grilliot, all of Yorkshire, Paul (Joann) Grilliot, Delphos, Carl (Thelma) Grilliot, Florida, Clarence Jr. (Doris) Grilliot, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, and Louis (Kathy) Grilliot, Orange Park, Fla.; and five sisters, Evelyn Hull, Osgood, Patricia Harlett, Michigan, Catherine Simons, Versailles, Mildred (Dick) Goodell, Franklin, N.C., and Helena (Wilfred) Bruns, Tipp City.
Deceased are five brothers, a sister, a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Osgood American Legion Auxiliary. She was associated with The Way International, New Knoxville.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Dave Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.

Leo Schockman
Leo W. Schockman, 84, 303 Harbor Drive, (Northwood) Celina, died at 3 p.m. Dec. 21, 2003, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 16, 1919, in Coldwater, to Albert and Christine Huwer Schockman. On May 27, 1946, he married Betty Vian who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Carolyn L. Shaner, St. Henry, Gloria (Michael) Fortman and Joreen Gonzalez, all of Celina, and Janet (Michael) Kittle, Cridersville; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Candace Ann; four brothers, Walter, Carl, Clarence and Louis; and a sister, Pauline Geier.
He formerly owned and operated Wolff Tires in Celina for 28 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and the Knights of Columbus, all of Celina, and Osgood American Legion Post. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Henry Catholic Cemetery.

Harold Seibert
Harold D. Seibert, 90, of Spencerville, died at 10:47 a.m. Dec. 20, 2003, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville.
He was born Aug. 24, 1913, in Auglaize County, to Daniel Gilbert and Melissa States Seibert. On Aug. 23, 1941, he married Gladys Arlene Barnes who died March 20, 1978.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol Ann (John W.) Martin, Elida, and Janet Sue of Tallahassee, Fla.; four sisters, Carolyn Garwood, Celina, Retha Rohrbach, Lakeside, Vonda (Robert) Kohler and Norma (Lowell) Overholt, both of Spencerville; a sister-in-law, Lucille Seibert, St. Marys; two grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
Deceased are two brothers, Clifford and Victor; two half brothers, Gilbert Seibert and Eldon Gaberdiel; and a half sister, Esther Gaberdiel.
He was a farmer and a 1931 graduate of Spencerville High School. He was a member of Monticello United Brethren in Christ Church, where he had been a Sunday School teacher.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Andrew Atkins officiating. Burial will be at Kossuth Cemetery near Spencerville.

Richard Uhlenhake
Richard Uhlenhake, 81, 845 Dorothy Lane, St. Marys, died Dec. 19, 2003, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Oct. 27, 1922, in St. Henry, to John and Josephine Braun Uhlenhake. On June 18, 1946, he married Lucille Noonan who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Brad (Caroline) of Omaha, Neb., Steve (Beverly) of Spencerville, and Dan (Beth) of St. Marys; a daughter, Mary Jo (Greg) Bireley, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a brother, Herman (Bea) of Celina; a sister, Delores (Joe) Kuhn, Celina; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
One grandchild, three brothers and two sisters are deceased.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys, and worked as an auto salesman at Baker Auto and Potbury Ford before working at Kerns Ford. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, where he served as an usher, American Legion Post 323 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 767, all of St. Marys. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Battle of the Bulge during World War II. Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. David Heinl officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
