Melvin C. Richardson, 87, formerly of Delphos, died at 1 p.m. Monday at Wapakoneta Manor. He was born Feb. 3, 1917 in Allen County, to Alva John and Effie (Gallaspie) Richardson. In 1935, he married Zelma Dickman, who preceded him in death. He then married Collonetta 'Connie' Reichelderfer in 1964. She also preceded him in death. Survivors include five sons, Carl (Ellie) Richardson of McGuffey, James C. (Betty) Richardson of Fort Jennings, Paul G. (Becky) Richardson of Delphos, Michael R. Richardson of Columbus, and Rick L. (Janet) Richardson of Defiance; 15 grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Neva Fast, Ruth Edmiston and Dorothy Line; three brothers, Henry, Walter and Ellis Richardson; and a stepdaughter, Karen Battels. Mr. Richardson retired from Superior Coach in Lima after 39 years as a metal finisher in the school bus division. He had been an active ham radio operator and was a member of the Eagles and Orioles lodges in Lima. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Thomas E. Waldo L. Stetler

Waldo L. 'Whitey' Stetler, 84, of Ohio City, died at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at Van Wert County Hospital. He was born July 4, 1920, in Van Wert County, to Clarence Monroe and Rose P. (Hoverman) Stetler. On Nov. 16, 1940, he married Mary Ellen Custer, who died Dec. 21, 2003. Survivors include a son, Gary V. (Ann) Stetler of Delphos; two daughters, Donita (Richard) Loucks of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Linda (Ron) Metz of Rockford; and seven grandchildren, Trace Glosette, Tom Lyons, Chip Lyons, Adam Reidenbach, Brent Reidenbach, Tim Metz and Tami Metz; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Merl and Wayne Stetler. Mr. Stetler retired from Continental Can Corp. (Grief Bros.) with 44 years of service. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Ohio City. He was a 1938 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School, and served in the Navy in World War II on the U.S.S. St. Paul heavy cruiser. Ann Holden Davie, 62, of Sun City, Calif., formerly of Delphos, died at 5 a.m. Monday at Fallbrook Hospital, Fallbrook, Calif. She was born June 29, 1942 to John and Sally Holden. She married Don Davie in 1974, and he survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Molly Davie of Shelbyville, Ky.; a sister, Beverly Hickey of Delphos; and three brothers, John R. Holden of Delphos, the Rev. Robert Holden of Wauseon and Larry Holden of Bellbrook. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Ranchero Community Church.

David S. Brenneman

David Samuel Brenneman, 77, of Elida, died at 1:50 a.m. Monday at Vancrest Health Care Center, Delphos. He was born June 20, 1927, in Elida, to Samuel and Elizabeth (Powell) Brenneman. On Dec. 24, 1950, he married Clara Greider, who survives in Elida. Other survivors include a son, Stanley (Donita) Brenneman of Delphos; three daughters, Judy (Harold) Delagrange of Hicksville, Nancy (Michael) Drake of Knoxville, Tenn., and Susan (Byron) Brenneman of Elida; a niece that resided with him, Shirley Griner of Wapakoneta; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Beulah Brenneman and Florence Joseph; and two brothers, Clifford and Harold Brenneman. Mr. Brenneman was an auto parts delivery driver at Siferd-Hossellman Company, Lima. He attended Elida schools. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Pike Mennonite Church, the Rev. Ida A. Haber, 77, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Delphos, Middle Point and Van Wert, died at 4:25 p.m. Aug. 31 at Washoe Medical Center, Reno. She was born June 8, 1927 in Washington Township, Van Wert County, to Everett and Mary A. (Helt) Jamison. On Nov. 20, 1947, she married Gaylord Dempsey, who preceded her in death. She then married William Haber Jan. 15, 1959, who also preceded her in death. Survivors include three sons, Kenneth (Patricia) Dempsey of Reno, Jack (Becky) Dempsey of Nice, Calif., and Jim (Beth) Haber of California; a daughter, Kathy (Gene) Robertson of Nice; a brother, Doyt Jamison of Middle Point; a nephew, Roger Crowe of Delphos; a niece, Mary (Jeff) Miller of Delphos; cousins Doris Markley of Van Wert, Marilyn Oglesbee of Jackson, Mich., and Robert Miller of Delphos; numerous nieces and nephews; and 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Haber worked at Wilkinson Printing, Dolly's Restaurant and Borden's while in Van Wert. While in southern California and Nevada, she worked as a waitress and baby-sat small children. She attended primary and secondary school in Middle Point. In the fall of 1955, her family migrated to southern California. Later, she and her family moved to Reno, Nevada. Mark A. Hiser Sr., 43, of Van Wert, died at 10:18 a.m. Saturday at Van Wert County Hospital. He was born May 23, 1961 in Van Wert, to Kenneth and Lucille (Friemoth) Allen. They are deceased. He was adopted by Richard and Eva Hiser, who survive in Florida. Survivors also include a fianc', Marlene Grieshaber of Van Wert; two sons, Mark A. Hiser Jr., of Florida and Dustin (Jess Phinney) Hiser of Lima; a daughter, Tara (Shane) Waltmire of Van Wert; four brothers, Keith (Lori) Allen, Jerry Allen and Kevin (Debra Bashore) Allen of Van Wert and Paul (Cathy) Hiser of Martinsville, Ind.; seven sisters, Barbara (Steve) Miller of Decatur, Ind., Diane (Jeff) Kessler of Defiance, Donna Perry of Van Wert, Karen (Mark) Radabaugh of Latty, Kathy Zanes of Cleveland, Karen Evans and Ruth (Gary) Hook of Lima; several nieces and nephews; and two grandchildren, Courtney Waltmire of Van Wert and Chelsea Hiser of Florida. He was preceded in death by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Hiser had been employed in plastics manufacturing. James Brenneman, 61, of Spencerville, died Sunday morning at his residence. He was born Sept. 27, 1942 in Lima, to Richard and Helen (Hunt) Brenneman. His mother, Helen Brenneman Welsh, survives in Delphos. On May 29, 1965, he married Sharree K. Goetz, who survives in Spencerville. Other survivors include two daughters, Julianne (Chris) Barnett of Wapakoneta and Sarah (Jason) Pohlman of Delphos; two brothers, Marvin (Nancy) Brenneman of Delphos and Michael Brenneman of Cincinnati; and five grandchildren, Conner, Chloei and Kaylei Barnett and Emily and Kevin Pohlman. Mr. Brenneman was a Schwan's salesman for 10 years and was the Moo-Juice Express truck driver for seven years and a self-employed dairy farmer. He was a 1960 Jefferson High School graduate and a member of Masonic Lodge in Spencerville and a 32nd degree out of Toledo. He was a Private 1st Class in the Army Reserves. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home, the Rev. David Howell officiating. Jeffrey W. 'Pillsbury' Schimmoller, 43, of Ohio City, formerly of Delphos, died at 7 p.m. Thursday at his residence. He was born Sept. 19, 1961, in Defiance, to Thomas 'Chick' and Mary Ann (Waldman) Schimmoller. His father and his wife, Melody, survive in Delphos. His mother and her husband, John Dray, also survive in Delphos. On April 14, 2004
, he married Dora L. (Patton) Crisenberry, who survives in Ohio City. Other survivors include a stepson, Greg (Marie) Crisenberry of Glenmore; two stepdaughters, Yvonne Felger and Cathy Smith of Ohio City; two sisters, Tina (Steve) Kowalski of Jacksonville, Fla. and Jennifer Dray of Atlanta; five brothers, Travis Sherrick, Troy (Adrianna) Sherrick and Joseph 'Joey' (Nicole) Dray of Delphos, John (DeeDee) Dray of Pennsylvania, and Steve Dray of Atlanta; special friend Chris Simms of West Milton; and nine stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents. Mr. Schimmoller worked at the Ohio Department of Transportation for more than 16 years. He attended the Ohio City Church of God and was a 1981 St. John's High School graduate. He was a volunteer on the Ohio City Fire Department and member of the Van Wert County Outdoors Men, Delphos Eagles Lodge 471 and the National Rifleman's Association. He enjoyed boating, camping and was an avid gun enthusiast. Funeral services will were at 10:30 a.m. today at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, Pastor Matt Braun officiating. Anna H. Vondran, 89, of Delphos, died at 4:30 a.m. Friday at her daughter's residence. She was born June 11, 1915, in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Harry and Lillian (Nauman) Crede. She married John M. 'Micky' Vondran, who died Nov. 28, 1991. Survivors include a daughter, Beverly (Dale) Derrow of Delphos; a sister, Lillian Halter of Wapakoneta; four grandchildren, Julie (Doug) Fitch, Kathy (Steve) Vorst, Shelly (Fred) Hasting and Cindy (Kevin) Weitzel; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter, Harold and Harry Crede Jr.; and a sister, Laomi Crede. Mrs. Vondran co-owned and operated Mickey's Drive-in Cleaner for 30 years. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, the Delphos American Legion Auxiliary and the Elks Lodge Auxiliary in Van Wert. She was a charter member of the Ladies Club, formerly the Delphos Lioness. She enjoyed spending time at her cottage in Michigan. Viola Mary Kunz, 95, of Fort Jennings, died at 9:49 p.m. Thursday at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born Feb. 4, 1909, in Delphos, to Frederick and Helena 'Lena' (Moreo) Lause. On Nov. 19, 1929, she married Frederick J. Kunz, who died July 27, 1974. Survivors include three sons, Ronald (Carol) Kunz of Delphos, Larry (Rosie) Kunz of Lima and Steven (Pat) Kunz of Fort Jennings; two daughters, Winona Garmhausen of Bloomington, Ind., and Sylvia Vest of Lisbon; a daughter-in-law, Sue Kunz of Delphos; six sisters-in-law, Helen, Margaret, Pauline, Hope, Mary and Eileen Lause; 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Norman J. Kunz; nine brothers, George, Frank, Ralph, Eugene 'Ike,' Herbert, Norval 'Bunny,' Harold, Ernest and Donald Lause; two sisters, Lucille Crede and Coletta Metcalfe. Mrs. Kunz was a homemaker and loved to crochet and read. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Eileen J. Wilcox, 71, of Delphos, died at 6:10 p.m. Thursday at Vancrest Health Care Center. She was born Oct. 21, 1932 in Spencerville, to Henry and Johana (Baumgarte) Ernst. On June 26, 1971, she married James A. Wilcox, who preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Jerolyn (John) Benson of Silver Springs, Md.; two sisters, Coletta (David) Dray of Delphos and Annabelle (Jerry) Saum of Fort Jennings; two brothers, Carl (Vera) Ernst of Garden City, Ill., and Jerome (June) Ernst of Van Wert; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by six brothers, Albert, Eugene, Sylvester, Paul, Arthur and Francis Ernst. Mrs. Wilcox taught junior high history and business at Fort Jennings High School for 45 years, retiring in 1998. She was a Sister of Notre Dame for 18 years. She was a graduate of St. John's High School, Mary Manse College, with a degree in history and education and the University of Detroit, with a master's degree in business education and administration. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister and took communion to the sick in the nursing home and at assisted living. She was a member of the Ohio Education Association, the National Education Association, Fort Jennings Education Association and the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Rev. Charles Obinwa officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. James A. McCann, 57, of Delphos, died at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday at his residence. He was born April 25, 1947 in North Carolina. On Oct. 18, 1996, he married Sandy Coy, who survives in Delphos. Other survivors include four sons, Dennis (Angie) McCann of Lakeland, Fla., Gregory (Nichole) McCann of Winter Haven, Fla., David (Sarah) Wagner Jr. of Delphos and Mathew Wagner of Ottawa; two daughters, Michelle (Bill) Farler of Delphos and Mary (John) Sinsel of Philippi, W.Va.; a brother, Fred McCann of North Carolina; and 10 grandchildren. He married Grace Lucil Dunlap, who died Sept. 13, 1971. He then married Ida Nickerson, who died in 1985. Then he married Elenor K. Munsil, who died in 2002. Survivors include a son, Jack (Carolyn) Klausing of Columbus Grove; two daughters, Janice Price of Sabation, Fla., and Ann Lamers of Coopersville, Mich.; a sister, Ethel M. Clark of Tulsa, Okla.; 11 grandchildren, Kim (Jim) Kincaid, Cynthia (Robert) Hicks, Julia (Jason) Allen, James (Angela) Klausing, Tom Allen (Ginger) Price, David (Donna) Price, Karen (Dennis) Bockrath, Susan (Grant) Brosseau, Jennifer (Josh) McConnon, Meghan (Ken) Hershberger and Allison Lamers; 24 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was born Aug. 9, 1951, in Granite City, Ill., to Victor Michael and Nadine Florence (Fisher) Ropel Sr. Survivors include a son, Richard Hageman Jr. of Columbus; a daughter, Lisa Hageman of Columbus; a brother, Victor Ropel Jr. of Paris, Calif.; her former husband, Richard Hageman Sr., and an aunt, Florence Hughes. She was preceded in death by a sister. Mrs. Hageman worked at KP Industries and was a beautician. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 3035. Jeannie A. Moening Buchholz, 47, of Kalida, died at 10:20 a.m. Monday at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born Feb. 4, 1957 in Lima, to Donald 'Bub' and Ann (Meyer) Selhorst. They survive in Kalida. On Oct. 2, 1976, she married Leonard Moening. She then married Rick Buchholz on Feb. 14, 1998. Survivors also include three sons, Shaun, Shane and Wesley Moening of Kalida; a stepdaughter, Nicole Buchholz of Wauseon; three brothers, Kenneth Selhorst of Ottawa, Tom (Tina) Selhorst of Leipsic and Don (Beth Recker) Selhorst of Kalida; three sisters, Barb (Dan) Rose and Susie (Bill) Knippen of Cloverdale and Trista (Jeff) Krouse of Findlay; and special loved ones Trish Brinkman, Jenny Hopkins and Chandler Hopkins. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and a large circle of supportive friends. Mrs. Buchholz was a sales representative at Ashley Home Store, Lima, formerly worked at Kalida Hardware and was the owner and operator of Ayersville Carryout from 1989 to 1999. She was born Oct. 25, 1898, in Latty Township, Paulding County, to Benjamin F. and Nancy Jane (Newland) Goings. On June 26, 1915, she married Benjamin G. Teman, who died Feb. 27, 1975. Survivors include three sons, Bernard Teman, William (Eileen) Teman and Winfred (Eugenia) Teman of Delphos; a daughter, Virginia McKee of Delphos; 25 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren, 40 great-great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three bothers and six sisters; two sons, Cleo and Eugene Teman; a daughter, Ruth M. Karen L. 'Kay' Metzger, 49, of Fort Jennings, died at 10:23 a.m. Friday at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Care Center, Findlay. She was born Sept. 21, 1954 in Lima, to Gilbert and Florence (Brinkman) Maenle. Her father survives in Fort Jennings. On Aug. 15, 1975, she married John Metzger, who also survives in Fort Jennings. Other survivors include two sons, Keith Metzger of Toledo and Mark Metzger of Fort Jennings; two brothers, Ed (Joyce) Maenle of Winter Springs, Fla., and Bill (Darlene) Maenle of Ottoville; two sisters, Mary Lou (Robert) Ellerbrock of Leipsic and Pat (Steven) Kunz of Fort Jennings; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Metzger worked at St. Rita's Medical Center and Odenweller Milling Co., Ottoville. Kathleen A. Davies, 61, of Ottoville, died at 3:02 a.m. Monday at her residence. She was born May 23, 1943 in Ottoville, to Elmer and Dortha (Dick) Schmitt. On Sept. 11, 1965, she married Donald 'Don' J. Davies, who survives in Ottoville. Survivors also include six children, Brent (Valerie) Davies of Elida, Jeremy (Melissa) Davies of Napoleon, Stacy (Thomas) Shaw of Findlay, Melissa (Sean) Tidd of Lima, Paula Davies of Ottoville, and Jessica (Clay) Lytle of Van Wert; a brother, Kenneth Schmitt of Lafayette; a sister, Linda King of Delphos; and 11 grandchildren. Mrs. Davies was a licensed practical nurse, a foster parent trainer and was an actor and director. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville, where she was a communion distributor, a lector and on the Liturgy Committee. She was also a member of the Ohio Community Theater Association, the Van Wert Theater Association and Offstage Productions of Van Wert. Betty Jean Seffernick, 60, of Geneva, Ind., died at 4:50 p.m. Saturday at her residence. She was born April 29, 1944, in Geneva, to C. Eugene and Kathleen M. (Lybarger) Jones. On May 13, 1967, she married Joseph D. Seffernick, who survives in Geneva. Other survivors include two sons, Neil Seffernick of New Orleans, La., and Phillip M. (Tamara) Seffernick of Berne, Ind.; two brothers, Terry L. Jones of Bryant, Ind., and Von A. (Susan) Jones of Geneva; two sisters, Marsha L. (Dave) Hirschy of Geneva and Sue E. (Larry) Gilkison of Middletown, Ind.; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Jones. Mrs. Seffernick was a nurse at Jay County Hospital for 22 years and retired in 1988. She was a 1962 graduate of Geneva High School and a graduate of Elkhart University. She was an avid reader and enjoyed flowers. Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. today at Downing and Glancy Funeral Home, 100 N. Washington St., Geneva, the Rev. J. Bosco Perera officiating. Oscar F. Pieper

Oscar F. Pieper, 75, of Paulding, died at 5:20 p.m. Friday at Paulding County Hospital. He was born Aug. 2, 1929 in Allen County, Indiana, to Carl and Elsa (McCormick) Pieper. In 1953, he married Donna M. Goyings, who survives. Survivors also include three sons, Fred Pieper, Jeff (Ann) Pieper of Paulding and Tim (Rea Ann) Pieper of Cecil; two brothers, Wilbert and Melvin Pieper of Fort Wayne; four sisters, Ruth Ann Hootman of Auburn, Ind., Lucille Smithhart of Woodburn, Ind., Marcella Harrison of Wisconsin and Evelyn James of Payne; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Norbert and Raymond Pieper; and one sister, Dorothy Sailor. Mr. Pieper retired from La Farge Corporation, Paulding, in 1992. He was also owner of Pieper's Gun Shop and was a licensed gunsmith and firearms safety, hunting and trap shooting instructor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Paulding United Methodist Church, Paulding Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 587, the Paulding and Van Wert County Amateur Ham Radio clubs, was a lifetime member of the Paulding Fish and Game Club and coached the former Reinhart Chevrolet Pee-wee Baseball League championship team and was a pee wee and little league coach for many years. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, Pastor Jack Berry officiating. Clarence R. Kohler, 81, of Delphos, formerly of New Bremen, died at 4:25 a.m. Saturday at Vancrest Health Care Center, Delphos. He was born March 30, 1923, in St. Marys, to Andrew and Maude (Caldwell) Kohler. He married Dorothy Cross Diltz, who survives in Delphos. Other survivors include two sons, William (Virginia) Kohler of Middle Point and James (Kumcha) Kohler Sr., of Copperas Cove, Texas; three daughters, Phyllis Naill of Baltimore, Md., Marie Maier of Delphos and Irene Sprowl of St. Marys; stepchildren, Janette (Ron) Moreo, Etta Bell (Richard) Culp and Elaine Rose (Rick) Moore of Delphos and Retha (Harold) Cox of Middle Point; two sisters, Betty Weaver and Barbra (Wilbur) Brubaker of St. Marys; three brothers, Charles (Beth) Kohler of Wapak, Bob (Bonnie) Kohler of Spencerville and Roy (Stella) Kohler of St. Marys; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his previous wife, Faye H. Kohler; a son, Clarence R. Kohler Jr.; and three sisters, Mildred, Ethel and Mary. Mr. Kohler was an electrician at Minster Machine. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Eagles posts, and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bingo, traveling and spending time with his family. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home, the Rev. Wayne Prater officiating. Burial will be in German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen, with military graveside services conducted by VFW Post 6772 and American Legion Post 191 of Spencerville. Pete 'Anders' Anderson, 69, of Spencerville, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at his daughter's residence near Delphos. He was born Nov. 1, 1934, in Desplaines, Ill., to Peter Burger and Ila Louise Ransford Anderson. On July 10, 1954, he married Gloria J. Doty, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Jonathon A. Anderson and Jeffrey L. Anderson of Claremore, Okla.; two daughters, Darlene A. Anderson of Delphos and Donna M. (Steve) Illig of Landeck; a sister, Ila Louise Anderson of Middle Point; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Mr. Anderson retired as a mechanic for American Airlines and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Private family services will be held with no public visitation. Donald J. Geise, 78, of Delphos, died at 2:50 p.m. Friday at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville. He was born Feb. 13, 1926 in Van Wert County, to Edward J. and Hilda (Laudick) Geise. On Aug. 13, 1947 he married Margaret A. Swick, who survives. Other survivors include four sons, Anthony T. (Mary Joe) Geise of Findlay, Joseph (Jan) Geise, Mark E. Geise and Andrew M. (Nicole) Geise of Delphos; three daughters, Ann E. (Gary) Stetler, Carol Rode (Nick Reynolds) and Dona M. Osborne of Delphos; four brothers, James (Barbara) Geise of Lima, Thomas Geise of Loveland, Colo., and Roger (Celeste) Geise and Charles (Eileen) Geise of Delphos; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Reidenbaugh, and a granddaughter, Amanda Marie Branham. He worked maintenance at Central Soya of Delphos and retired after 19 years. Before that, he worked for Sheeter Motor Sales for 23 years. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, volunteer fireman for 20 years and was a member of Delphos Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3035. He enjoyed restoring tractors and refinishing furniture. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during World War II. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Gorman officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Roselyn J. LeHew, 55, of Mansfield, died Thursday at her home. She was born Jan. 20, 1949 to Dr. Burl G. and Marietta L. (Ellerbrock) Morris, who survive in Delphos. On Nov. 16, 1973, she married Robert J. LeHew, who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, three sons and their families: Julie and Morgan Steensland, and children Abigail Rose, Kyleah Belle and Sarah Rebecca Steensland of Johnsville; Josh and Angela LeHew, and son Braeden Robert LeHew of Columbus; Jason and Shanna LeHew of Mansfield; and Jeremy and Nicole LeHew and children Griffin Alexander Robert LeHew and Alania Nicole LeHew of Mansfield. She is also survived by her brothers and sister: Steve Morris of Bremerton, Fla., Dr. Roger and Trish Morris, Regina and Larry McClure, Dan and Roseanne Morris, Larry and Melanie Morris, Dr. Tom and Mary Morris and Ron and Cyndee Morris, all of Delphos. She was a member of River of Life Community Church in Butler, where she was a member of the Winds of Fire Worship dance ministry for many years. On Nov. 26, 1936 she married John T. Bair, who died Oct. 12, 1972. She was a graduate of St. John's. There is no calling. On Jan. 30, 1933 she married LeRoy Louth, who died in October 1978. Survivors include a son, Paul R. (Marilyn) Louth of Lima; five daughters, Joan Culp of Delphos, Janice (James) West of Middle Point, Karen (Richard) Fegley of Ohio City, Sandy (Daniel) Von Sossan of Fort Jennings and Bonnie (James) Fuerst of Columbus Grove; a sister, Edna (Paul) Botkins of Bradenton, Fla.; a brother, Harold (Lucille) Harpster of Delphos; 20 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Albert and Gary Louth; a granddaughter, Katie Fegley; a grandson, Bernard Fuerst; a son-in-law, Eugene G. Culp; and a sister, Mildred McKinley. She worked as a seamstress for over 30 years at Lion Clothing, at DWG Cigar Factory and Myers Cleaners. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and a 50+ member of Eastern Star. She crocheted afghans for her family, always baked a pie or cake on Saturdays and made walker bags and turbans for chemotherapy patients. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Murray. Bryan was a graduate of St. Rita's School of Nursing in 1941, and was employed at Van Wert County Hospital for 20 years before retiring in 1982.
