was about 19 years old and the daughter of Mrs. Belle CLEVELAND, a sister of
Mrs. D. NIXON. About three years ago, she was married to Dr. Harry WOODWARD
and their union was blessed with a son, now 18 months old....

Whose family resides in the 4th Ward of this city, cut his throat with a
razor on Friday evening and died on Sat. He was a miner, had been working in
the coal bank on Friday and had just come out of the bank, when he cut his
throat. He must have contemplated the deed when he left home in the morning,
as he took the razor with him to the bank...He leaves a wife and several
children in destitute circumstances - Meigs Co Telegraph.

Capt. Robert G. McGonagle was killed while felling a large cypress tree, on

Mr. Stephen Dillon, died at his home near Burlington this morning. Died from
a malignant growth on his liver. He was a farmer, at one time director of
the Second National Bank of this city and a stockholder in a company
operating Mississippi river boats. He leaves one son, Capt. W. F. Dillon, of
Shreveport, La., and sister, Mrs. Capt. Scovell, of New Orleans. Mrs. Jere
Davidson and Mrs. John Norton of this city are nieces.
