RIPLEY, Ohio - Mrs. Opal Hauke, 91, of Ripley, died Saturday, April, 30, 2005, at Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley.
Mrs. Hauke was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and the Rosary Altar Society.
She was born July 20, 1913, in Lewis County, the daughter of the late Elmer and Edith (Craig) Regenstein.
Mrs. Hauke was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, in 1998; four brothers, Kenneth, Delphin, Fontain and Layton Regenstein; two grandchildren, John Mark Hauke and Mary Polley; and one great-grandchild, Isaac Hauke.
Mrs. Hauke is survived by three sons, Dennis Hauke of Ripley, Donald Hauke of Russellville, Ohio and William Hauke of Washington; two daughters, Barbara Polley of Ripley, Ohio and Rosemary Mahoney of Cincinnati; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Hazel Kirk of Ripley, Donna Carney of Maysville and Cleo Scott of Columbus, Ind.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Ripley.
Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation is 9-10:45 a.m., Tuesday, at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley.

He is survived by his finance' Frankie Moman.

GEORGETOWN, Ohio - Vernon Leon Gregory Jr., 78, of Feesburg, Ohio, died Monday [Aug. 22, 2005] at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Jean (Hobbs) Gregory.
Services 11 a.m., Friday at Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Burial in Rosehill Cemetery in Feesburg.

MRS. HANSELMAN
GEORGETOWN, OHIO - Mrs. Barbara A. Hanselman, 67, of Georgetown, died Saturday, Aug. 27 [2005] at the Fairfield Mercy Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio.
Mrs. Hanselman was the secretary for ABC Tire Company in Georgetown.
She was born on Sept. 15, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Henry and Ada Sturgill.
She was also preceded in death by her stepmother, Lucy Sturgill; two brothers, Earl and Louis Haubner; and one sister, Emma Guzi.
Mrs. Hanselman is survived by her husband of 50 years, Tom Hanselman; two sons, Tony Hanselman and wife, Nancy of Georgetown, and Todd Hanselman of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Kelly and TJ Hanselman; two sisters-in-law, Frances and Freda Haubner of Georgetown; and several nieces, nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Peace Lutheran Church Cemetery in Arnheim, Ohio.
Scott Hennig will officiate.
Interment will be in the Peace Lutheran Church Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope or the Georgetown Life Squad.
Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown is serving the family.
MRS. ANDERSON
BROOKSVILLE - Mrs. Sheila Anderson, 48, of Augusta, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital South in Edgewood.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Cincinnati, Nov. 16, 1956 to Thrasher Smith and the late JoAnne (Stulz) Smith.
She was a housewife and member of the Bethany Church of Christ.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband Jerry Anderson; a son, Jamie Cooper of Augusta; a daughter, Colleen (Allen) Tidwell of Maysville; a stepson, Matt (Valerie) Anderson of Bardstown; and three grandchildren, Kayla and Jared Story and Ryan Tidwell.
She was also survived by two sisters, Sherry (Rodney) Merrill of Brooksville and Sandra Linville of Lewisburg; a brother, Joe (Randy Gish) Smith of Flemingsburg; four nieces, Samantha Linville, Gabrielle Merrill, Jordan Smith and Felicia Smith; and a nephew, Colten Linville.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shawnda Cooper.
Services are 1 p.m., Wednesday, at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville.
Burial will be at Powersville Cemetery, Brooksville.
Visitation is 6 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Memorial may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
MRS. JONES
GEORGETOWN, Ohio - Mrs. Maxine Jones, 82, of Georgetown, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown.
Mrs. Jones was a health care worker and a member of the Ripley Church of the Nazarene.
She was born in Fleming County on Sept. 28, 1922, the daughter of the late Lott and Lucy (Reynolds) Brammel.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mabel Hoy; and four brothers, Charles and Earl Brammel, and Cecil and Johnny Sammons.
Mrs. Jones is survived by nine children, Benny Jones of Dittmer, Mo., Beulah Bauer of Cedarhill, Mo., Judy Mason of Carl Junction, Mo., Hanson Jones Jr., of Ripley, Ohio, Karen Seip Tabeling of Georgetown, Donna Elfers of Georgetown, Vicky Eubanks of Hamersville, Ohio, Debbie Beckett of Seaman, Ohio and Jeff Jones of Hazelhurst, Ga.; 30 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Beulah Gray of Georgetown, Coleen Jones of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Betty Gilvin of Mishawaka, Ind.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2005, at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Rev. Clark Castle will officiate.
Visitation is from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Hurst Cemetery in Wallingford, Ky.
