FILLMORE -- Services for Tyler Nichole Wilson, 6, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sandy Creek Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Don Tims and Osborne Roberts officiating. Interment will be at Sandy Creek Cemetery under the direction of Corbin Funeral Home.
Tyler died Jan 6, 1998, in Oklahoma City. She was born Sept. 20, 1991, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She was a kindergarten student at Latta Elementary School.
Survivors include her parents, Richard and Emma Jean Wilson, Ada; a brother, Dustin, Ada; four sisters, Buffy Wilson, Latta, Jessie Zastrow, Lauren Craft and Atlanta Wilson all of Napa, Idaho; her grandmother, Gloria Zastro, St. Louis; great-grandparents, Junaita and Harrison Byars and Leona Wilson, Tishomingo.

Rachel A. Cone
DAVIS -- Graveside rites for Rachel Addie Cone will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Finis Steelman officiating.
Mrs. Cone died Jan. 5, 1999, in the Ardmore hospital. She was born March 26, 1908, at Fruitland, Texas, to Steve R. and Mary L. Stone Crowe.
She married Glen Cone Nov. 22, 1928, and was a member of First Baptist Church. Her husband preceded her in death March 8, 1965.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Maye, Fort Worth, Texas; a son, Glen, Eufaula; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Maggie B. Autry
MARIETTA -- Services for Maggie B. Autry, 97, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mahota Memorial Presbyterian Church with Dr. Glen Pool and the Revs. Lawrence Anderson and Ben Scott officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Kennedy Funeral Home.
Mrs. Autry died Jan. 6, 1998, at the local hospital. She was born Oct. 25, 1900, in Grapevine, Texas, to Augustus and Flora Coker Thompson.
A resident of Love County since 1918, she married Omri "Bud" Autry in 1920, at Marietta, and was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 30 years before she retired. She was a member of Mahota Presbyterian Church and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 15, 1981; a brother, Roland Thompson; and sister, Gladys Smith.
Survivors include a son, David, Blanchard; two daughters, Jane Brannan, Marietta, and Peggy Stafford, Norman; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Brooks Howard, John Brannan, Dr. Brannan Smoot, Eddie, Joel and David Autry. Honorary bearers are Eldridge Colston, Robert Hughes, Joe Pete Martin, Dr. J.T. O'Connor and Sonny Horn.
Virginia Pauline Norton Mortensen
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Memorial services for Virginia Pauline Norton Mortensen will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 1998, at the Scottsdale Bible Chapel.
Pauline died Friday, Jan. 2, 1998, at her daughter's home in Phoenix following a 7ð-year battle with cancer. Her husband, Mort; daughter, Terri Lynn Clarke; brother, Henry W. Norton Jr.; and a hospice volunteer were at her bedside.
She was born Nov. 28, 1936, at Mannsville, Okla., to Henry Wilson and Patty Virginia Saxon Norton.
Pauline graduated from Ardmore High School and from Draughn's Business College, Wichita Falls, Texas. On Sept. 21, 1962, she married Claude J. Mortensen in Waco, Texas. She was employed by Mountain Bell for 28 years and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Her other memberships included Beta Sigma Phi and the Pink Lady Volunteers of Guadalupe Valley Hospital in Seguin, Texas. She attended the Scottsdale Bible Church and actively worked for orphans and homeless children in Romania and Phoenix.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Terri Lynn Clarke, Phoenix, and Brenda Jo Woodward, Edwards Air Force Base, California; four grandsons, Trey, Brandon, Austin and Connor Woodward; her parents of Ardmore, Okla.; a sister, Wanda Whiteside, Guthrie, Okla.; brothers, Henry W. Norton Jr., Kingwood, Texas, and David Norton, Katy, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to M.D. Anderson Bone Marrow Cancer Research in Houston.
Raymond Palmer Jr.
Graveside rites for Raymond Palmer Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at McAlister Cemetery with the Rev. Melvin Palmer officiating.
Palmer died Jan. 6, 1998, in the local hospital. He was born Oct. 24, 1957, in Ardmore and had lived here all his life.
He is survived by a daughter, Telesa Palmer; his parents, Raymond and Millie Palmer; and five brothers, Jimmy, John, Winston, David and James, all of Ardmore; four sisters, Glenda Linderman, also Ardmore, Norma Higginbotham, Garland, Texas, Rebecca Collins and Lahoma Lowe, Tishomingo; and a grandchild.

Forrest "Sonny" Clare
DAVIS -- A memorial service for Forrest "Sonny" Clare, 65, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Chapel.
Born April 13, 1932, in Phoenix, to Forrest and Creda Blackburn Clare, he died Jan. 5, 1998, in Ardmore.
Mr. Clare lived in Davis most of his life. He was an oil field worker.
Survivors include three daughters, Belinda Diamond, Cheryl Eldred and Kathy Clare, all of Davis; two sons, Teddy Clare, Davis, and Owen Clare, Norman; several grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Eleanor M. Montgomery
TISHOMINGO -- Services for Eleanor Margaret Montgomery, 53, will be at 4 p.m. today at Corbin Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Joey Lansdale officiating. Interment will be at Tishomingo Cemetery.
Mrs. Montgomery died Jan. 4, 1998, in Oklahoma City. She was born Aug. 31, 1944, in Rochester, N.Y., to Joseph and Esther Iacuzza Chiappome.
She was a member of the Tishomingo Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; two sons, Kelly Perkinson, Tishomingo, and Richard Perkinson, Azusa, Calif.; a daughter, Rebecca McGoldrick, Anza, Calif.; two brothers, Louis Chiappome, Rialto, Calif., and Robert Chiappome, Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters, Rosalie Bright, Wichita, Kan., and Virginia Kimball, Fontana, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren.
Juanita S. Marsh
MADILL -- Services for Juanita Sue Marsh, 73, were scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Watts Memorial Chapel with Ken McCarthick and Milton Murphy officiating. Interment was at Lone Cedar Cemetery.
Mrs. Marsh died Jan. 4, 1998, in a Norman hospital. She was born July 18, 1924, at Bud Young.
She attended school at Dickson and married Elmer Herbert Marsh on May 16, 1942, in Ardmore. She had lived in Norman much of her adult life. She had been a member of Dickson Baptist Church since 1939.
Survivors include her husband, of the home in Norman; three sons, Allen, Kittery, Maine, Rodney, White Sands, N.M., and Kevin, Norman; a daughter, Jackie Barnard, Norman; a sister, Wilma Dezo, Alexandria, Va.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Nephews served as bearers.
Mary Ann Allen
SULPHUR -- Services for Mary Ann Allen, 85, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Clagg Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Green officiating. Interment will be at Troy Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen died Jan. 4, 1999, in Oklahoma City. She was born Nov. 22, 1913, at Mill Creek, to Walter and Mamie Kushatomby Seeley.
Reared in the Mill Creek area, she married Lloyd Allen in 1947 in Sulphur and moved to Oklahoma City in the early 1950s. She was a former laundry employee and member of Mary Lee Clark Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969; a son, Glenn, in 1990; and three brothers, Walton, Joe and Leon Seeley.
Bearers will be Scott Allen, Benji Sartors, Mark and Chris Moody, Chuck Beliefeuille and Dewayne Vititow.
Vera Kirby
SULPHUR -- Services for Vera Kirby, 92, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cowley-Krien Chapel with the Rev. John Curtis officiating. Interment will be at Drake Cemetery.
Mrs. Kirby died Jan. 4, 1999, in the Ardmore hospital. She was born Aug. 14, 1906, at Caddo Creek, to Charlie and Kate Bennett Renegar.
She attended school at Chiggar Hill and Nebo and had lived in the Mill Creek, Nebo and Sulphur areas all her lifve. She married Jack Kirby Dec. 23, 1922, at Madill, and was a homemaker and a Baptist. He preceded her in death April 6, 1963.
Survivors include a son, Charlie, Stratford; three sisters, Ruby Beasley, Sulphur, Thelma Poole, Avenal, Calif., and Charlene Crissey, Garland, Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Perry Allen, John Colbert, David Pittman, Daymond Cothren, Marion Collins and Horace "Speedy" Reece.
Katsuko 'Sunny' Maas
SULPHUR -- Services for Katsuko "Sunny" Maas, 67, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Cowley-Krien Chapel with the Rev. Joe Campbell officiating. Interment will be private.
Born March 12, 1931, in Fukuoko, Japan, Mrs. Maas died Jan. 5, 1999.
Reared in Fukuoko, she married Clarence F. Maas there Oct. 26, 1951, and moved to America in 1952. They lived in several states before he retired from the military and they moved to Sulphur. She was a homemaker and a Buddhist.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; a brother; and three sisters of Japan.
Willie 'Bill' Porterfield
RINGLING -- Graveside services for Willie "Bill" Porterfield, 87, will be at 2 p.m. today at Ringling Memorial Cemetery with Jack Browder officiating.
Porterfield died Jan. 4, 1999, in a Healdton health care facility. He was born to Henry R. and Ruth Nowlan Porterfield Oct. 13, 1911, in Jefferson County.
He lived on Mud Creek, outside Ringling, all his life and held the state discus throwing record while a student at Claypool High School. He was a former farmer, mechanic, Ringling school bus driver and later owned and operated Porterfield Garage. He and Willie ElMinia Awtery were married Oct. 21, 1935, at Ringling.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; four sons, Ray, Ringling, W.J. Jr., Cartwright, Finley D., Enid, and Richard, of the home; a daughter, Mattie M. Teague, Ardmore; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jewel Stoner Dial; and brother, Barney.

Susie L. Clem
Services for Susie Levina Clem, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Harvey-Douglas Chapel with the Rev. Walt Spradling officiating. Interment will be at Crinerville Cemetery.
Born to Joe and Anna Ryker Lewis April 6, 1907, at Okemah Indian Territory, she died Jan. 4, 1999, in a local health care facility following an extended illness.
She married the Rev. Roy J. Clem May 12, 1925, at Okemah, and had lived in Ardmore since 1980. She was a member of Western Heights Pentecostal Holiness Church and attended CrystalRock Cathedral. Her husband died April 15, 1983.
Survivors include two sons, Bill, Ardmore, and Bob, Stockton, Calif.; two daughters, Mildred Pitts, Carmichael, Calif., and Pat Brawley, Lone Grove; a sister, Fern Lambeth, Okemah; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded by four sisters, Polly McFadden, Clemmie Rice, Joan and Myrtle; a brother, Jurdie Lewis; and a grandson.
Bearers will be Brad and B.J. Riggs, Eric Brawley, Larry, Tim and Richie Clem.
Mary Pierce
Services for Mary Elnora Pierce, 70, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Leroy Holman officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery in Healdton.
Mrs. Pierce died Jan. 4, 1999, in an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born to Joe and Gladys Trammell May 6, 1928, at Fox.
She began working at Lincoln Bank and Trust Company when it was founded in 1963 and was executive vice president at the time of her death.
She is survived by sons, Randy, Seminole, Texas, and Rusty, Healdton; a daughter, Deanna Martin, Houston; sisters, Jo Marston and Marlene Maloney, Tulsa, Betty Lowry, Broken Arrow, Leigh Shane, Chicago, EuLeah Hall, Duncan, and Kay Washburn, Conway, Ark.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister, Dersie Spivey.
Bearers will be Bob Marsden, A.G. Lowry, Tom Maloney, Dewey Hall, Mark Washburn and John Sparks.
