Funeral services for Robert E. "Bob" Fast, 67, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Chapel with the Rev. Dan Patman officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Fast was born Nov. 11, 1931, at Festus, Mo., to the late Virgil and Lillie Fast. He died March 18, 1999 in the local hospital.
He married the former Shirley Lasley on March 31, 1951, at Festus, and served in the U.S. Air Force. A resident of Ardmore most of his life, he was a member of First United Methodist Church and was an automobile salesman for Hill County II.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley, of the home; a daughter and her husband, Sheryl and David Walker of Norman; and two grandchildren, Dane and Kayla Walker, also of Norman.
Pallbearers will be Mike Ellis, Rudy Ellis, Howard Bryson, Ken Brecht, Calvin Beames and David Wilson. Honorary bearers are James Chambers, Jerry Smith, Joe Martin, Jim Carrell and Mike McCullough.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 3545 NW 58th, Suite 400 C, Oklahoma City, Okla. 73112.
The family will receive friends this evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Wedes Rasha, 74, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Chapel with the Rev. Ray Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at McAlister Cemetery.
Rasha died March 17, 1999 in the local hospital. He was born May 15, 1924.
He had lived in Ardmore most of his life and was retired from Chickasaw Housing.
Survivors include sons, Dickie L., Fort Smith, Ark., Riley D., Honaby, Harry L., Talihina, and Willis J., Washington; a daughter, Carol A. Lemus, Mt. Pleasant, Texas; sister, Ezella Gillispie, Lone Grove; 23 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Bill Stick, Thomas Baptiste, Ernest Bond, Alfred Vaughn, Albert and A. J. Lewis.
Graveside services for Iva R. Wallace, 86, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Dan Patman and Jed Dixon officiating.
Mrs. Wallace died March 18, 1999, in Gunter, Texas. She was born to Will and Rachel Welch Dixon July 4, 1912, at Newport.
She married Elkin P. Wallace Feb. 18, 1933, at Woodford, and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Thelma Wallace, Carrollton, Texas.
Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home will direct services.
Services for former Ardmore resident Jessie "Big Jessie" Sattwhite Jr., 49, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Corinth Baptist Church with Dr. James W. Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Clearview Cemetery.
Sattwhite was born Sept. 15, 1949, in Ardmore, to Martha and Jessie Sattwhite Sr. He died March 13, 1999, in Las Vegas.
He graduated from Douglass High School in 1966, lettering in football, baseball and basketball. He attended the University of Nevada on a football scholarship, graduating with his bachelor's degree. He also attended San Jose City College. While living in Las Vegas he owned and operated several businesses including Fat Jessie's Bar-B-Que, Martha's Soul Food and Bar-B-Que and Jackie's Cleaning. He and Jacquelyn Glasper were married March 15, 1969 in Reno, Nev.
Survivors include his wife; and three sons, Marzee, Jon and Jessie, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Robert Adair, Los Angeles, and Joe Adair, Elizabeth, N.J.; five sisters, Pat Smith and Sylvia Lewis, Ardmore, Maudie Torry and Martha Crump, St. Louis, Mo., and Ruby Young, Sacramento, Calif.; and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Luke and Harold "Big Jessie."
Bearers will be Ronald Johnson, Archie Patton, Michael and Kenneth Benjamin, Ronnie T. Williams, Herschel Turner, Linda Russell, Juanita Thomas, Bonnie Scribner, Joyce Lee, Joyce Benson and Lynette Loftis.
Kirk-Dawson-Dillard Funeral Home will direct services.
Goldie Hepner, 87, died March 21, 1999 in the local hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Hepner was born April 26, 1911, at Waurika, to Hugh and Letha Ann Smock Conley.
She moved to Ardmore two years ago from Lawton where she had lived all her life. She was a homemaker and Jehovah Witness.
Survivors include three sister, Dovie Smith, Durant, Sylvie Vaughan, Ardmore, and Daisy Jones, Wade. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Hepner; three daughters; two sons; two sisters; and a brother.
Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
LAWN, Texas -- Graveside rites for Mildred Ruth Preslar Whitfield will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dewey Cemetery in Lawn, Texas.
Mrs. Whitfield died March 21, 1999 in Bartlesville. She was born Oct. 1, 1925, near Lawn.
Reared at Lawn, she was the widow of L.A. Whitfield and had lived in Texas most of her life.
She is survived by a son, Jimmy, Ardmore; a daughter, Brenda DuBois, Bartlesville; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Jane Phillips Hospice, 508 SE 5th, Bartlesville, OK 74003.
Graveside rites for John Forest Fletcher, 25, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Provence Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Smith officiating.
Fletcher was born Nov. 15, 1973, in Ardmore, and died at his residence March 21, 1999.
He had lived in Ardmore all his life and was employed by Dollar General.
Survivors include his father, Larry Fletcher, Lone Grove; his mother, Judy Jordan; and brothers, Terry D. Polzien and Cody Fletcher, all of Ardmore; a sister, Uletta Haydock, Lone Grove; grandparents, Bonnie Fletcher, Lone Grove, Margie Springfield, Healdton, and Hugh Fletcher, Pruitt City; and great-grandparents, Josie and Hugh Fletcher, Pruitt City, and Leta Holand, Healdton. He was preceded in death by a brother, Waylon J. Fletcher.
Bearers are Chad McKenzie, Dustin Brewer, Todd McKinnon; Terry, Tony and Jeff Polzien.

RAVIA -- Graveside services for Ruby Lena Hathorn, 89, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ravia Cemetery with Fields Hathorn officiating.
Miss Hathorn died March 21, 1999, at her residence in Allen, Texas. She was born Sept. 9, 1909, at Ravia, to Don K. and Lena E. Fields Hathorn.
Reared in Ravia, she taught at Maude, Troy, Velma, Macomb and Ryan, and later at Murray State College. She then worked for Phillips Petroleum until she retired in 1972 and moved to Alamogardo, N.M., then to Allen. She was a 50-year member of Jane Phillips Sorority and was active in the Bartlesville theatre.
She is survived by a brother, Fields Hathorn, Allen. She was preceded in death by a brother, Don Hathorn.
Watts Funeral Home will direct services.
DAVIS -- Services for Eva Norman will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with Rev. Finis Steelman and Dr. David Eggenberg officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood.
Born Nov. 4, 1913, at Bowie, Texas, to John and Josie Hanis Rogers, Mrs. Norman died March 21, 1999, in Davis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar "Edd" Norman in 1968; and a son, Lewis Edgar "Buddy" Norman.
She is survived by two daughters, Juanita Warren, Davis, and Virginia Glasgow, Grand Prairie, Texas; a son, Johnnie, Hennepin; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as bearers.

LEON -- Services for Johnny Sylvester Norvell, 68, Andrews, Texas, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Leon Baptist Church with the Rev. John Sconce officiating. Interment will be at Leon Cemetery.
Norvell was born Dec. 19, 1930, at Leon, to Danel and Annie Hice Norvell. He died March 21, 1999, in Andrews.
He served with the Army during the Korean War and was married to Roxy Miller June 11, 1956, at Morton, Texas. He was an oilfield consultant and member of Bible Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three sons, Johnny, on Nov. 26, 1973, Terry, on June 30, 1993, and Keith, on Dec. 31, 1996; two brothers, Perry, Dec. 8, 1995, and Dudley, Sept. 11, 1981; and a sister, Beulah Williams.
Bearers will be Johnny Norvell, James and B.G. Caldwell, Doyle, Charles and Boe Gilbert.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. this evening at Kennedy Funeral Home, Marietta.
COLEMAN -- Funeral services for Eula V. Willingham, 87, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Coleman Church of Christ with Bud Jones and Jerry McCorkle officiating. Interment will follow at Enterprise Cemetery in Enterprise.
Mrs. Willingham died March 21, 1999, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 10, 1912, at Ailsworth, Okla., to Jesse M. and Nettie Lucinda Jones Hill.
She attended school at Powell through the eighth grade and was married to George J. Willingham on May 3, 1930, at Walters, Okla. She moved to Johnston County in 1939 and had lived here since that time. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, on Feb. 25, 1979; an infant daughter; a sister, Mina Hill; and brother, Jesse Hill.
Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Dan Hardy of Durant, Betty and John Gage Jr. of Gainesville, Texas, Neta and Jerry McDaniel of Wapanucka, and Lois and Larry Mitchell of Ardmore; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Letha Willingham, Arlington, Texas, Don and LaRue Willingham of Coleman, and Gene and Edda Willingham of Wapanucka; two sisters, Venita Harris and Elena Hawkins of Ponca City; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Velma Collins of Tulsa, Wayne and Mildred Estep of Mangum, and Henry and Ernestine Estep of Tishomingo; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Clark Funeral Service of Tishomingo will direct services.
BURNEYVILLE -- Services for Essie Marie Reed, 87, Leon, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Freeman Auditorium at Turner School with the Rev. Dwight Hawkins officiating. Interment will be at Leon Cemetery.
Mrs. Reed died March 22, 1999, at her residence. She was born Nov. 3, 1911, at Golden, to W.W. and Alice F. Johnson Stricklind.
A resident of Love County most of her life, she married Elmer R. "T" Reed Nov. 10, 1934, at Jimtown, and was a homemaker. Her faith was Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, April 20, 1981; two daughters, Ruthie M. Mullins, May 6, 1994, and Alice C. Gipson, Aug. 6, 1998; two sisters, Thelma Coker and Blanche Deen; a brother, Carrel Stricklind; and a granddaughter.
Survivors include five sons, John, Overbrook, Austin, Ardmore, Ronald, Choctaw, Alvie and Donnie, Leon; a daughter, Elizabeth Campbell, Wynnewood; two brothers, Edd Stricklind, Crockett, Texas, and Buster Stricklind, Bakersfield, Calif.; two sisters, Bertha Harris, Leon, and Willie Bearden, Marietta; 20 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Bearers will be Harlon Mullins, Greg Campbell, Garland and Gaylon Gipson, Randy, Mark, Shane, Dink and David Reed. Honorary bearers are all grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 tonight at Kennedy Funeral Home, Marietta.
SULPHUR -- Services for Ida N. Hale, 86, Stratford, are pending from Clagg Funeral Home. Mrs. Hale died March 23, 1999, in Sulphur.
She is survived by four daughters, Denise Lamb, Roff, Diane Cox, Welch, Lynda Van Dyck, Denison, Texas, and Crystal Bonck, New Iberia, La.; four sons, Ira, Fairview, James, Olympia, Wash., Terry, Roff, and Larry, Washington.
