Services for Barbara Lee Enterline, 70, are pending from Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home. She died April 10, 2000, in a local health care facility.
Survivors include two sons, William Stephens and Charles Enterline; and daughter, Karean Enterline, all of Ardmore.
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- The passing of H. Leon Veeder, beloved husband, dad, granddad, D-Daddy, and great-granddad from this world to his father's house, will be celebrated with a memorial service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines. Dr. Michael D. Seitz and the Rev. Samuel H. Pope will officiate. Burial will be at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines Memorial Garden.
Mr. Veeder, 73, was born at Cherry Vale, Kan., to Emmett C. and Maude Hicks Veeder on Sept. 10, 1926. He died April 9, 2000, in the Hot Springs hospital.
Mr. Veeder, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, was a petroleum engineer, a member of the Association of Petroleum Geologists, and Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jeanette Adams.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Eula Mae Veeder; a daughter, Linda Mae Hundley and her husband, Billy, of Canyon Lake, Texas; a daughter, Debbie A. Kaighn and her husband, Charles, of Raleigh, N.C.; a daughter, Sandy Hahn and her husband, Gary, of Broken Arrow; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines, 275 Asturias Dr., Hot Springs Village, Ark. 71909; or Teen Challenge of Arkansas, Inc., 155 Walnut Valley Road, Hot Springs, Ark. 71909.
Cedar Vale Funeral Home will direct services.
Services for retired Air Force Col. Willis A. "Bill" Bynum will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Harvey-Douglas Chapel with Dr. Wade Paschal officiating. Graveside rites with military honors will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Riverside Cemetery in Albany, Ga.
Bynum was born Nov. 9, 1920, at Okmulgee, to Willis and Pauline Allen Bynum. He died April 10, 2000, at his residence after an extended illness.
He graduated from high school in Goose Creek, Texas, attended the University of Oklahoma and entered the Army Air Corps in 1942. He had been a member of special missions squadron at Andrews AFB, served in World War II, Korean and Vietnam wars before he retired in 1972 after 33 years of service. He was then a rancher in Marshall County where he served on the County Conservation board and was the Southern Oklahoma Development Association representative for Marshall County. He was also a charter member and past president of the Southern Oklahoma Retired Officers Association. He and Joy Robison were married on Oct. 26, 1946, at Cairo, Ga.
He is survived by his wife, of the home;
Memorials may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice or American Cancer Society.
LONE GROVE -- Services for Clutchene Adell Jordan will be at 2 p.m., Thursday at First Baptist Church with Morgan Ashworth and Ben Shirley officiating. Interment will be at Reck Cemetery under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home, Wilson.
Mr. Jordan was born Oct. 20, 1909, at Waurika. She died April 10, 2000, in the Ardmore hospital.
Reared at Wilson, she married Starling W. "Snowball" Jordan Oct. 16, 1926, in Ardmore. They lived south of Wilson until moving to Zaneis in 1939 and lived there 54 years before moving to Lone Grove in 1993. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; three daughters, Mildred Williams, Lone Grove, LaJoyce Thompson, Healdton; and Brenda Myers, Ardmore; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, A.J., in 1987.
Bearers will be grandsons.
MILL CREEK -- Services for Matthew "Matt" Bates, 26, will be at 2 p.m. today at Mill Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Jerry George officiating. Interment will be at Troy Cemetery under the direction of Clark Funeral Home.
Bates was born Nov. 20, 1973, at Detroit. He died April 7, 2000, in Sulphur.
Reared in Detroit, moved to Sulphur and worked at Wal-Mart and Hillcrest Nursing Home in Tishomingo.
Survivors include his wife, the former Jeanetta Elrod; a daughter, Brooke; and son, Joseph, all of the home; his mother, Minnie Bates, Hugo; and grandfather, J.R. Bates, Tishomingo.
Bearers will be Grady Samis, Paul and James Miller, Robby, Bobby and Tommy Haney. Honorary bearers are Jay Young, Wes Wesley and John Harris.
Donations for the family may be made to Deborah Sweatt at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
MARIETTA -- Services for Irene Buckaloo Barber, 74, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Ivy Henson and L.A. Vaughn officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery.
Mrs. Barber was born Oct. 11, 1925, at Milburn, to Nelson H. and Annie E. Lorance Dale. She died April 10, 2000, at her residence.
She had lived most of her life in Love County before moving to Ardmore in 1997. She was a homemaker and member of Trinity Apostolic Church. She and John Barber were married Oct. 11, 1997, at Thackerville. She was preceded in death by husbands, Lome P. Buckaloo, Aug. 10, 1963, and Ben Buckaloo, Sept. 27, 1975; a daughter, Ruth Buckaloo, Aug. 28, 1958; son, Johnny Buckaloo, April 26, 1995; two sisters, Alma and Sybil; and two great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; seven sons, Robert, Gary and Bill Buckaloo, Marietta, Joe and Jimmy Buckaloo, Leon, Lee Buckaloo, Thackerville, and Ralph Buckaloo, Gainesville, Texas; four daughters, Quintilla Stucks, Moore, Eileen Chase, Durant, Sally Saldana, Gorman, Texas, and Mary L. Morgan, Denver; five brothers, Bobby and Nelson Dale Jr., Borger, Texas, Johnny Dale, Milford, La., Don Dale, Azle, Texas, and Billy Dale, Oakwood; a sister, Ann Sandifer, Houston; 37 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Bearers will be grandsons, Woody Parker, Chad Treadwell, Chad, Jim, Wayne and Jordan Buckaloo. Honorary bearers are Jason Parker, Brett Chase, Trey Collins and grandsons.

She moved to Ardmore 17 years ago from Oklahoma City and was employed 12 years by Motel 6 as a desk clerk. She was a member of Northwest Baptist Church. She and Delmer Lee "Doc" Enterline were married on Sept. 24, 1950, in Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death July 10, 1993.
Survivors include a daughter, Karean S. Enterline, Ardmore; two sons, Charles J., Ardmore, and William S., Charleston, S.C.; a sister, Patricia Wilbur, Oklahoma City; and three grandchildren.
MADILL -- Services for Ila Mae Armstrong, 89, will be at 2 p.m. today at Watts Memorial Chapel with Ron Brannan and Weldon Wright officiating. Interment will be at Woodberry Forest Cemetery.
Mrs. Armstrong was born May 19, 1910, at Caney. She died April 10, 2000, in Madill.
Reared in Caney, she lived most of her life in Madill and was a cook at Park's Cafe many years. She was a member of Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include three sons, Harlan, Madill, Lester, Fox, and Lee Roy, Kingston; a brother, Roy McBride, Stratford; a sister, Beulah Merritt, Caney; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Leo, in 1972; and daughter, Patricia Jordan, in 1987.
Bearers will be grandsons.
MARIETTA -- Graveside rites for Jessica Madalyn Jackson, infant daughter of Paul and Kim Jackson of Ringling, will be at 10 a.m. April 13, 2000, at Lakeview Cemetery with Charles Nick Ellis officiating.
The baby was born and died April 7, 2000, in the Durant hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Courtney, of the home; grandparents, Gene and Virginia Jackson, Courtney, and Elvin Turner, Marietta; and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Heffiner, Winfield, Kan., and Blanche Widener, Ennis Texas.
Honorary bearers will be her grandfathers.
Services for Carolyn Louis Mack, 56, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Brewer officiating. Interment will be at Clearview Cemetery.
Mrs. Mack was born July 12, 1943, in Ardmore, to Tommie and Cleo Shannon Louis. She died April 10, 2000, in the local hospital after an extended illness.
She and Preston Mack were married in Ardmore May 11, 1966.
She is survived by her husband, of the home; a son, Dwight, Oklahoma City; four sisters, Cecelia Raymond, Tulsa, Mae Ellis, Velda Lewis and Cleo "Rena" Louis, Ardmore; three brothers, R.L. Murray, Austin, Texas, Larry and James Louis, Spokane, Wash.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommie Jr., Aug. 16, 1991; and daughter, Donna Jean Mack, March 1, 2000.
Bearers will be Jackie Smith, Craig and Ron Ellis, Carnell and Vincent Gordon, and Jake Murray. Honorary bearers are Kenneth Benjamin, Bobby Ellis, James and Larry Louis, R.L. Murray and Carl Loftis.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kirk-Dawson-Dillard Funeral Home.

Services for longtime Ardmore resident Cathryn Lucille Hammer, 67, Temple, Texas, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Harvey-Douglas Chapel with the Rev. Monty Baggett officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 10, 1933, at Eastman, to Jerry and Lucille Boydston Bass, and died April 11, 2000, in Temple.
Before moving to Temple two months ago, she had lived in the Ardmore area all her life and was branch manager at Beneficial for 35 years.
Survivors include three sons, Toby Hammer, Durham, N.C., Tracy Hammer, Dallas, and Forrest Walker, Ardmore; a daughter, Teri O'Grady, Temple; two brothers, Woody Bass and Ricky Parker, Ardmore; a sister, Jackie Robinson, Lone Grove; and eight grandchildren.
Bearers will be Rondy Hunt, Kenny Lamb, Pat O'Grady, Mark and Roger Bass and Mike Armstrong.
