MARIETTA -- Services for Thelma "Babe" Morgan, 95, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kennedy Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Tommy Higle officiating. Interment will be at Burneyville Cemetery.
Mrs. Morgan died April 3, 1997, in a Ringling health care facility. She was born Feb. 19, 1902, at Burneyville, Indian Territory, to Plez and Annie Phelps Davis.
A lifetime resident of Love County, she was a homemaker and the widow of L.A. Morgan who died Aug. 2, 1976. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a former volunteer at the Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by a sister, Lola Marquardt, Ringling.
Bearers will be nephews.
MARIETTA -- Graveside rites for Lillian Goodson Rackley, 84, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Lakeview Cemetery with the Rev. Casey Campbell officiating.
Mrs. Rackley died April 3, 1997, in the local health care facility. She was born Sept. 27, 1912, in Love County, to Robert L. and Ada Featherstone Harris.
She was a lifetime resident of Love County, a homemaker and a Baptist. She married George V. Goodson June 3, 1933, at Thackerville. She was preceded in death by her husband May 11, 1952; three brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Goodson, Sherman, Texas, Verlin Goodson, Yukon, and Bobby Goodson, Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at Kennedy Funeral Home.
SHAWNEE -- Services for Myrtle I. Roe, 89, were held this morning at Roesch-Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Shawnee. Interment was at Tecumseh Cemetery.
Mrs. Roe died April 1, 1997, in a Shawnee hospital. She was born June 13, 1907, at Asher.
She moved from Asher to Shawnee 53 years ago and was the widow of W.C. Roe who died Jan. 26, 1987.
Survivors include a son, Donal, Ardmore; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Oak Park Church of God where she was a member.
WILSON -- Graveside rites for former resident Lloyd H. Brown, Midland, Texas, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Keller Cemetery, Wilson.
Brown died April 2, 1997, in Midland. He was born March 7, 1916, at Wirt, to Jessie and Lillie Brown.
Reared in Carter and Johnson counties, he married Faye Bonds May 1, 1938, and retired from Permian Corp after 18 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Lloyd, Midland; two brothers, Claude, Oklahoma City, and Doyle, Mustang; a sister, Geneva Myrick, Seminole; three grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Ellis Funeral Home will direct services.
Graveside services for J.B. Clements were scheduled for 11 a.m. today, Monday, April 7, 1997, at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. John Wackler, the American Legion, officiating.
Clements was born Sept. 21, 1918, in Ardmore, to Jasper and Gertrude Clements. He passed from this life on April 3, 1997, at the local hospital.
He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1937 and 1938. He served in the Navy on the U.S.S. Manchester, U.S.N.S. Genline in California. He married Gwendolyn Gronley on June 29, 1951, in Long Beach, Calif. He retired from the U.S. Armed Forces in 1954 after 30 years of service. He later was employed by Stromberg-Carlson as a painter. He was a charter member of the Oklahoma Sheriff's Association, a member of the Military Memorial Museum, a life member of the American Legion Post 65, a life member of the Veterans of Foreign War, a member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sisters, Jean Parker, Mrs. Patty Hicks and Mrs. Cy Clark, all of Ardmore, Okla.; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Marshall Clements; and a sister, Mattie Parlin Ballew.
Memorials may be made to the Military Memorial Museum.

WILSON -- Services for James Allen Sullivan, 54, Lone Grove, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Darel Bunch officiating. Interment will be at Hewitt Cemetery under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.
Sullivan died April 5, 1997, at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Ardmore. He was born Jan. 11, 1943, at Dillard.
Reared at Wilson, he graduated from high school here in 1961 and served four years in the Air Force. He returned to this area and worked for American Flyers, Montgomery Ward, then Uniroyal, retiring after 21 years on Oct. 18, 1994. He and Betty Lou Hampson were married Aug. 18, 1984, at Lone Grove.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Michael Sullivan, Satsuma, Fla., Richard Sullivan, Tucson, Ariz., and Michael Irvin, Honolulu; a daughter, Julie Tingley, Orlando, Fla.; his parents, Ralph and Dorsie Overby Sullivan; a brother, Lynn, Wilson; two sisters, Ruby Garrett, Wilson, and Judy Warren, Choctaw; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy R.
Bearers will be Tim Lewis, Roy Whorton, Jesse St. Clair, Jesse King, Charlie Branch and Guy Beavers.
SULPHUR -- Services for Elizabeth Mae Kitt, 78, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sulphur United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bob Moody officiating. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kitt died April 5, 1997, in Ardmore. She was born Sept. 17, 1918, at Joplin, Mo., to John H. and Flora P. Hartmann Barsch.
She lived in Maple Hill, Kan., before moving to Sulphur in 1952 and worked as a house parent at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf until she retired. She was a member of Ruth Circle at Sulphur Methodist Church. She and Charles Frederick Kitt were married May 6, 1929, at Alma, Kan. He died April 5, 1970.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene B. Kitt and Sandra K. Haines, Sulphur; two grandsons; and three great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Helen Orsbern.
Bearers will be Dr. G.T. Easley, Rocky Hughes, Tom Harris, Charles Simpson, Phil Key and Richard Billings.
RATLIFF CITY -- Services for Helen Josephine Milburn Owens, Davis, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ratliff City First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dwight Hawkins officiating. Interment will be at Poolville Cemetery under the direction of Milburn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Owens died April 6, 1997, in Oklahoma City. She was born May 10, 1924, at Carver City, to Samuel and Betty Harris Milburn.
She was a Baptist and had lived in Ratliff City most of her life. She and Bob Owens were married May 10, 1975, in Velma. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
Bearers will be L.B. Lackey, Jerry Fletcher, Dude Brown, J. Paul Johnson, Lonnie J. and Jerry D. Milburn.
MARIETTA -- Graveside rites for Jerry Don Willingham, 28, will be at 3 p.m. today at Lakeview Cemetery.
Willingham died April 6, 1997, at his home. He was born Feb. 11, 1969, in Ardmore, to Ray and Dora Thurman Willingham. They preceded him in death.
He had lived in Marietta all his life and was a self-employed mechanic. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include two daughters, Shanda Willingham and Stormi Ramon, Marietta; two brothers, Ray, Madill, and David, Marietta; and a sister, Donna Henson, Marietta.
Kennedy Funeral Home will direct services.
TISHOMINGO -- Services for Winona Parker will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Kenneth McCarthick and Perry Crisp officiating. Interment will be at Tishomingo Cemetery.
Mrs. Parker died April 6, 1997, in the local hospital. She was born Oct. 31, 1907, at Bullard Chapel, to Joseph R. and Gertrude Elkins Bynum.
A lifelong resident of Johnston County, she married George Parker here in 1933 and was employed for many years at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Lois Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as bearers.
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- Marvin E. Doake, 87, died April 6, 1997, in a Hot Springs, Ark., health care facility. No services are scheduled.
He was born June 1, 1909. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Pritchett; and brother, Elmer.
Survivors include his wife, Osteen, Hot Springs; and a brother, Paul K., Lone Grove.
Gross Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
CARLSBAD, N.M. -- Services for LaVerne Hickman, 58, were scheduled today in Carlsbad, N.M., at the Sunset Church of Christ. Interment was at Carlsbad Cemetery under the direction of Denton-Funchess Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hickman died April 6, 1997, at her home. She was born Oct. 15, 1938, in Clovis, N.M.
She had lived in Carlsbad since childhood and was married to William A. Hickman here June 10, 1955. She was employed by the Carlsbad Municipal Schools more than 20 years before she retired.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; two daughters, Cheryl Conklin, Ardmore, and Rhonda Blount, Artesia, N.M.; brother, Max Mears, Sebastopol, Calif.; two sisters, Linda Gerrells, Carlsbad, and Kathy Boyd, Albuquerque, N.M.; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
VALLIANT -- Graveside rites for Addie Mae Fagan, 85, will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Moran Cemetery in Valliant with the Rev. Charles Russell officiating.
Mrs. Fagan died April 7, 1997, in a Wilson health care facility. She was born March 6, 1912, at Gober, Texas, to William T. and Lara E. Wigley Fagan.
She entered the Oklahoma State School at Enid at the age of 12. At about age 50, she lived in nursing homes, coming to the Wilson nursing center Sept. 14, 1984.
She is survived by four sisters, Annie L. Jacobs, Van Buren, Ark., Ruby I. Lebow, Azle, Texas, Lucille Nordin and Pauline E. Ruffin, Fort Worth, Texas; and a brother, Robert Shiro, Idabel.
Alexander Funeral Home will direct services.
SULPHUR -- Services for Billy Wayne Watterson, 22, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cowley-Krien Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Fred Bailey officiating. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery.
Watterson was born July 28, 1978, at Norman. He died March 1, 2001, in the local hospital.
He and Jeanett Vanderburg were married in April 1997 in Sulphur. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons, Daniel, of the home, and Steven, Oklahoma City; his parents, Jack and Glorry Watterson and Becky Collins; four brothers, Jackie and Michael Watterson and Shane Pierce, Sulphur, and Daniel Pierce, Norman; three sisters, Caroline and Linda Watterson, Sulphur, and Lisa Pierce, Norman; and grandparents, Dorothy Haley and Joe and D'Lene Elrod.
Bearers will be Larry Boyd, Calvin Decker, Jonathan Imotichey, Dean Counts, Micheal and Jackie Watterson Jr. Honorary bearers are Shannon Wright, Paul Miller and Roy Wright.
RAVIA -- Graveside services for Leon L. Bloxham, 79, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2001, at the Ravia Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Brothers officiating. Military honors will be provided by VFW Post 4869, Tishomingo.
Mr. Bloxham was born on June 17, 1921, in Stonewall, Okla., to Dave and Bessie Turner Bloxham. He passed away Sunday, March 4, 2001, at the Ardmore hospital.
He attended school in Stonewall and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. After his discharge, he became a commercial electrician working on many large construction jobs in different parts of the United States. He married Mary Lou Rutledge on Oct. 31, 1971, in Alabama, and they moved to Johnston County in 1975. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Lorene Bloxham.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou, of the home; a daughter, Jana Madden of Davis; son, Stub Johnson of Alaska; two grandsons, Michael and Chris Humphrey; and great-grandson, Brad Humphrey; also a niece.
