Services for Lucille Parker, 84, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Harvey-Douglas Chapel with the Rev. Dwight Edwards officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Parker died May 20, 1997, following an extended illness. She was born June 10, 1912, at Dublin, Texas, to Oscar and Amanda M. Parks Boydston.
A resident of Ardmore since 1914, she had lived here all her life and worked in area restaurants until her retirement. She was a member of Memorial Christian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Woody Bass and Ricky Parker; and two daughters, Cathy Hammer and Jackie L. Robinson, all of Ardmore; four brothers, Bill Boydston, Ardmore, Ford Boydston, Visalia, Calif., Cleo Boydston, Oklahoma City, and Houston Boydston, El Reno; a sister, Betty Morgan, Duncan; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Bill Bass; three brothers, John D., Hudson and Charles R. Boydston.
Bearers will be Forrest Walker, Aaron Robinson, Mark and Roger Bass, Tracy and Toby Hammer.
Vearlin E. Sichley
Services for Vearlin E. Sichley, 75, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father John Vrana officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Sichley died May 20, 1997, after an extended illness. He was born June 14, 1921, at Beatrice, Neb., to Clarence E. and Addie Lambert Sichley.
A resident of Ardmore since 1960, he served in the Navy 20 years, retiring as a chief petty officer, and became maintenance supervisor at American Flyers school at the Ardmore Airpark. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He and Jessie I. Hale were married Feb. 18, 1942, at Corpus Christi, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Vearlin G., Houston; a daughter, Rebecca Stegall, Fayetteville, Ark.; two brothers, Clarence, Wyoming, Mich., and Melvin, Wichita, Kan.; a sister, Vivian LaNoue, also Wichita; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Jim Layton, Rick Stegall, Michael Bussell, Eddie, James K. and Vearlin G. Sichley.
Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home will direct services.
Rita F. Beavers
Services for Rita Fern Beavers will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Chapel with the Rev. Dean Langford officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Beavers died May 20, 1997, at her residence. She was born June 18, 1954, in Ardmore, and had lived here all her life.
She is survived by two sons, Barney and Luke, of the home; her parents, Edward and Wanda Rutledge; and a sister, Judy Salley, all of Ardmore.
Bearers will be Bill Burch, Donnie Howard, Wayne Miller, Bill Woodruff, Tony Simon and Ron Davis. Honorary bearers are all her friends.
Lola L. Brewer
SULPHUR -- Services for Lola Lorine Brewer, 85, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Malphrus officiating. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Brewer died May 21, 1997, in Ardmore. She was born April 22, 1912, at Rush Springs, to Pete and Emma Fuller McGuire.
Reared in the Rush Springs area, she moved to Sulphur in 1958 and was retired from the Sulphur Veterans Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She and James Monroe Brewer were married Dec. 20, 1930, at Rush Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband June 2, 1988; a son, James Jr.; two grandchildren; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Billie June Harness, Sulphur; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Jerry Gee, Tom Collins, Jeremy and Chris Hammons, Terry, James and Ricky Harness.
Clagg Funeral Home will direct services.
Ray O. Foutch
WILSON -- Services for Ray O. Foutch, 84, were scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Alexander Chapel with Jimmy Morris officiating. Interment was at Hewitt Cemetery.
Foutch died May 20, 1997, in the Ardmore hospital. He was born Feb. 22, 1913, at St. Paul, Ark., to John L. and Minnie L. Reynolds Foutch.
He came to the Oswalt-Leon area as a child and retired in 1975 from Southerland Oil Field Services after more than 25 years of service. He and Juanita M. Henley were married in 1941.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Loretta Ashley, Wilson; a son, Orbin, Eufaula; a granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jason.
Bearers will be Bill Inselman, Don Patrick, Jake Wade, Keith Blankenship, Jim and Ronnie Roberts.
Cecil G. Peery
DAVIS -- Services for Cecil Gladys Peery will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fox Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be at Katy Cemetery, Katy.
Mrs. Peery died May 21, 1997, in the Pauls Valley hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1906, at Davis, to Ellis and Nina Hobbs Price.
She married Leonard Walter Peery Nov. 18, 1933, at Pauls Valley, and had lived in Katy the past 15 years. She was a member of Katy Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband April 28, 1966; a brother, Buford Price; and sister, Eva Combs.
She is survived by a son, Billy of Katy; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Barbara Rountree
BEE -- Graveside rites for Barbara Morrow Rountree will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bee Cemetery with the Rev. Ray Larkin officiating.
Mrs. Rountree died May 21, 1997, at Butcher Pen. She was born Oct. 8, 1948, at Parsons, Kan., to William C. and Mary A. Stotts Morrow.
She married Jerry Thomas Rountree July 28, 1996, in Lewisville, Texas, and was a former bus dispatcher for the Dallas County schools. She had lived in Johnston County three years.
Survivors include her husband, of the home in Butcher Pen; a son, Quincy Schlatter; and daughter, Terri L. Warren, both of Poteau; two brothers, John Morrow, Parsons, Kan., and James Morrow, Scott City, Mo.; and 12 grandchildren.
Grandchildren will serve as bearers.

Forthie Agnes Hobbs
HENNEPIN -- Services for Forthie Agnes Hobbs, 89, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hennepin Baptist Church with the Revs. Jim Price and Johnny McDonald officiating. Interment will follow at Katy Cemetery.
Born March 17, 1908, at Grady, she died May 23, 1997, at the Ardmore hospital. She married John George Hobbs on Nov. 2, 1925, at Fort Arbuckle. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, John Perry and Viola P. McKee Bowling; one daughter, Kate Eaves; a brother; one sister; three grandsons and a great-great-grandson.
Mrs. Hobbs was a member of the Hennepin Baptist Church. She worked for the government in Phoenix for two years. With the exception of a few years she lived at the "home" place in Woodland all of her life.
Survivors include two sons, John Ike Hobbs, Bokchito, and H.M. Hobbs, Davis; four sisters, Jo Herriage and Clara Tucker, both Tracy, Calif.; Clemie McQuire, Duncan, and Mary Ayers, Morrsville, Mo.; one brother, Pat Roy Bowling, Cabool, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 tonight.
Services are under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
Charles S. Jones
RATLIFF CITY -- Services for Charles S. Jones, 70, Velma, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church, Velma, with the Rev. Dave Truitt officiating. Interment in the New Velma Cemetery.
Born Nov. 12, 1928, in Velma, to James (Bud) and Mamie Jones, he died May 24, 1997, in Velma.
A member of the Velma First Baptist Church, he married Marjorie Fry Oct. 16, 1957, in Velma.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie, of the home. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
Bearers will be Hank Presgrove, Billy Bunn Jr., Bobby Simpson, Warren Davenport, Bill Cooksey and Randy Blair. Honorary bearers will be Dink Smith, Chuck Walker and Paul Newman.

GAINESVILLE, Texas -- Services for Mary L. Smith, 90, Ardmore, will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Clement-Keel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in New Rest Haven Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith died May 23, 1997, at her home.
Born Sept. 18, 1906, in Bower, to Walter William and Florence Hill Coley, she married Clarence Monroe Smith May 8, 1922 in Tulsa. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Gainesville.
Survivors include one daughter, Sylvia J. "Wanda" Earhart; two sons, Earl C. Smith, Midland, Texas, and Roy Charlie Smith of Goldsmith, Texas; one brother, Dock Young, Norman; 14 grandchildren; four step grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 20 step great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Edna Trammell and Helen Garrett; one brother, Olen Earl Coley, one sister, Della Tate and two grandsons.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Clara Ellen McClure
SULPHUR -- Services for Clara Ellen McClure, 89, Sulphur, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Vinita Avenue Church of Christ with the Rev. Dan Clark officiating. Interment will be in Drake Cemetery.
She died May 24, 1997, in Ardmore.
Born Aug. 30, 1907, in Drake, to Henry Monroe and Rosalyn Webb Brewer, she lived in the Big Canyon area before moving to Sulphur in 1960. She married James R. "Jim" McClure Sept. 3, 1924, in Sulphur. He preceded her in death May 17, 1968.
Mrs. McClure was a waitress at Archie's Cafe and worked at Callaway Nursing Home. She was a member of the Vinita Avenue Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, James M. McClure, Sulphur; three sisters, Hyawanah Luper and Jean Gray, Sulphur, and Cassie Scott, Marysville, Calif.; one brother, Clifford Brewer, Sulphur; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one son, Billy Ray McClure, four brothers, two sisters, one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Sammy Jones, Paul McClure Jr., Von Brewer, Chris McClure, Jay McClure and Joe Don Leming.
Martha M. Orsack
RINGLING -- Services for Martha M. Orsack will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ with the Rev. Dwayne Duck officiating. Interment will be at Ringling Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.
Mrs. Orsack died May 27, 1997, in an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born June 17, 1924, at Provence, to William and Nettie P. Pruitt Stewart.
She had been a resident of Ringling most of her life. She and Joe Orsack were married in 1971. He preceded her in death in May 1977. She was also preceded by two sisters, Paralee Bailey and Louise Beavers; and a brother, Son Stewart.
Survivors include a daughter, Judy Choate, Oklahoma City; a son, Jerry Harris, Ardmore; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Chad Harris, Jason Waldroup, Paul Selig, Mike, Dan, Matt and Cal Stewart.
Lena Mae Hampton
DOUGHERTY -- Services for Lena Mae Hampton, 82, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Dougherty Baptist Church with the Rev. Willard McCartney Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Dougherty Cemetery under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home, Sulphur.
Mrs. Hampton died May 27, 1997, in Davis. She was born Jan. 11, 1915, in Oklahoma, to Howard and Alice Fitzgerald Trett.
A resident of this area most of her life, she married Cecil Hampton May 9, 1936, in Sulphur, and was a member of Dougherty First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Sept. 27, 1983; a brother; and sister.
She is survived by a brother, Doris Trett, Dougherty.
Nephews will serve as bearers.
