LEON -- Services for Billy L. Graham, 70, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Leon Baptist Church with the Revs. Dwight Hawkins and John Sconce officiating. Interment will be at Leon Cemetery.
Graham died Sept. 4, 1997, in the Marietta hospital. He was born May 20, 1927, at Leon to Robert H. and Dora E. Kingston Graham.
A lifelong resident of Leon, he married Vivian Idell Dec. 20, 1947, at Gainesville, Texas, and worked in Gainesville for Weber Aircraft, retiring after 25 years of service. He was also a farmer and rancher. He was a member of Marietta Masonic Lodge and Leon Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two brothers, Larry, of Leon, and Burl, Duncanville, Texas; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Lajuan, in 1967; a daughter, Doreen Barrick, March 1, 1994; and a brother, Burl.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Kennedy Funeral Home in Marietta.
MADILL -- Services for Jackie Richard Price, 58, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Watts Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Norton Cemetery.
Price died Sept. 3, 1997, in the local hospital after a sudden illness. He was born July 16, 1939, at Roswell, N.M., to U.L. Audrey and Beatrice Bridgman Price.
Reared in Lone Grove, he married Sharon L. Gruver Dec. 24, 1980, at Tuttle, and moved from Oklahoma City to Madill in 1987. He was a mechanic and truck driver for Rustin Concrete Co.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Shelly D. Hiles, Alex; his mother, Beatrice Tankersley, Ardmore; four brothers, Hobert Price, Madill, Alvin Tankersley, Tyler, Texas, Lester and Herman Tankersley, Ardmore; five sisters, Genilee Yandell, Oklahoma City, Elsia Larsen, Mission, S.D., Lynn Hamilton, Irene Bridgman and Inez Fuller, Ardmore; and a grandson.
BURNEYVILLE -- Private services for John Ernest "Rusty" Gordon, 79, Moore, will be in the Burneyville Cemetery.
Born June 19, 1918, at Burneyville to John Olen and Ellender May Townsend Gordon, he died Sept. 5, 1997, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by one sister, Elli Gordon Thompson; and two brothers, Jessie, O. "Bill" Gordon and Maxie Gordon.
Gordon was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in World War II. He attained the rank of corporal and landed on Normandy Beach. He was awarded a Purple Heart and three Bronze Stars. Later he worked at Tinker Air Force Base, where he retired after 35 years of service.
Survivors include a brother, Jacob Elias "Pete" Gordon, Burneyville.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore.
Services for Oleta Mae Johnston, 78, Glendale, Calif., will be 10 a.m. Monday at Craddock Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leo Potts officiating. Interment will follow at Keller Cemetery.
Born June 6, 1919, in Carter County to Herbert and Lela Mae Thompson Johnston, she died Sept. 1, 1997, at Glendale.
Ms. Johnston moved to Glendale in 1942. She was employed at Lockheed Aircraft Company in Burbank, Calif., where she worked for 35 years in the purchasing department. She retired in 1977.
Survivors include a nephew, Herb Johnston, Louisiana.
RINGLING -- Services for Ellen G. Morriss, 74, will be 2 p.m. today at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Burt Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Ringling Memorial Cemetery.
Born Dec. 26, 1922, at Council Bluffs, Iowa, to William Grant and Caroline Minerva Crane Kennedy, she died Sept. 5, 1997, at the Ardmore hospital.
Raised in Iowa, she married Clarence Edward Morriss and lived several years in California before moving to Ringling in 1973. He preceded her in death in 1989. She was also preceded in death by her only sibling, a brother, Fred, in 1978. She was a member of the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include six daughters, Caroline Ellis, Council Bluffs, Georgia Hurst and Nancy Jackson, both Ringling, Frances Thompson and Cindy Orr, both Bailey, Texas, and Sue Barr, Leonard, Texas; six sons, Sonny Morriss, Fred Morriss and Danny Morriss, all of Ringling, Larry Morriss and Clarence Morriss Jr., both Oklahoma City, and George Morriss, Ardmore; a very close and dear friend, A.L. Morgan, Simon; 34 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Bearers are grandsons-in-law, Ronnie Gray, Johnny Hubbard, Steve Longest, Joey Stocker, Earnest Morgan and Jerry Donahue.
Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Hattie Thelma Brown, 87, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Revs. Ron Elmore, Clarence Mize, Leroy Holman and Terry Tolbert officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The daughter of the late Alvin T. and Emma Ennis Pogue, she was born on Nov. 5, 1909, at Oakland, Okla., and passed away Sept. 7, 1997, at her residence following an extended illness.
A resident of southern Oklahoma all her life, she married Rhodeth Ulysses Brown Nov. 7, 1929, in Tishomingo, and he preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1974. She was a member of the Gene Autry Baptist Church since 1940, and a former member of the Women's International Bowling Congress. Mrs. Brown was a devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker. She loved cooking, quilting, bowling and playing games such as dominoes, cards and horseshoes. Attending Sunday School and church was a must for her. She loved her church.
Survivors include a son, Richard "Corkey" Brown and wife Betty, Ardmore; nine daughters, Elsie Lowden and husband Dub, Sue Bell and husband Wayne, Hattie Riner and husband Rex, Linda Taylor and husband Bill, Barbara "Dolly" Keith, Lorena Smith and husband Don, all of Ardmore, Betty Hammer and husband Bruce, Lone Grove, Polly Taylor, Oklahoma City, and Mary Brogdin and husband Bob, Bakersfield, Calif.; a sister, Gladys Wells, Oklahoma City; 31 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Brown, in 1985; and a sister, Willie Estelle Peden, in 1987.
Bearers will be Richard Taylor, Ronnie Taylor, Gary Don Taylor, David Lowden, Danny Lowden, Jerry Bell, Gerald Bell, Lorne Don Smith, Jimmy and Johnny Taylor.
Honorary bearers are Gerald Key Brown, Richard "Corkey" Brown Jr., Michael Dean Hughey, and Jerry Lee Taylor.
Services are under the direction of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
Services for Maceo Anderson, 65, will be 11 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Kenneth Wright officiating. Interment will be in Hickory Cemetery, Woodford.
Anderson was born March 31, 1932, in Carter County to Sylvester and Ozella Stevenson Anderson. He died Sept. 6, 1997, in the local hospital.
Active with the First Baptist Church, he was a member of the male chorus and brotherhood treasurer. He served as assistant coordinator for the church's Loaves and Fishes and was president and treasurer for the M2 JB Men's Club.
He retired from the Ward Merrick family after working for the families of Drs. J. Hobson Veazey, Albert Caywood and James Turrentine. He had also been employed by Otis Gann Chevrolet of Healdton and Colvert Dairy.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; three daughters, Pearl Carter, Fort Worth, Texas, Neta Anderson-Knox and LaWanda Anderson, Oklahoma City; a brother, Zelto, Ardmore; and seven sisters, Lucille Nash, Betty Banks and Alice Dinwiddle, all of Ardmore, Lanessa "Ann" Rutledge and Georgia Johnson, Oklahoma City, Earline Houston, Tulsa, and Mittie Lornes, Wichita Falls, Texas; his stepmother, Betty Anderson, Ardmore; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Perry, Feb. 1, 1997.
Bearers will be his nephews, Leo Baker, Darrell, Gerald and Wayne Anderson, Joe, Larry and Wendell Cohee, Mark and James Nash Jr. The First Baptist Brotherhood, male chorus and ushers will be honorary bearers.

Services for Tom Allen Royal, 80, Ardmore, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Craddock Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Billy Smith officiating. Interment in Pruitt Cemetery.
Born Jan. 11, 1917, in Pike, he died Sept. 8, 1997, in a Norman hospital.
A member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, he worked many years for J.B. Ponder before retiring.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel, Ardmore; five daughters, Frances, Clara and Sandra Royal, Deanna Love and Velma Roberts, all of Ardmore; five sons, Frank, Randy and Arlen, all of Ardmore, Jerry, Atlanta, Ga., and Roger, Snow; a sister, Lenora Brubaker, Bakersfield, Calif.; one brother, Coy, Oceana, Calif.; 30 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by two sons, Tom Andrew and Alvin Royal; and two daughters, Wilma and Phyllis Royal.
Bearers will be Addison Berisford III, Mike, Kevin and Aubry Royal, Joey and Steven Smith.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at 311 N. St. NE, Ardmore.
SULPHUR -- Services for Marie B. Schwake, 80, Sulphur, will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Sulphur United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bob Moody officiating. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Born July 14, 1917, in Ardmore to James and Marie Weeks, she died Sept. 9, 1997, in Sulphur.
Mrs. Schwake grew up in Ardmore and lived in Sulphur 53 years. A member of the Eastern Star and the Sulphur United Methodist Church, she was a houseparent at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf and also owned and operated a dry goods store.
She married Bill Schwake May 8, 1939, in Ardmore.
Survivors include her husband, Bill, of the home; three sons, Richard, Meeker, Nick, Sulphur, and Christopher, Oklahoma City; one sister, Bernice Conner, Osage Beach, Mo.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandson.
Clagg Funeral Home will direct services.
ENID -- Graveside services for former Ardmore resident Jimmie Andrew Williams Jr., 36, Isabella, were 11 a.m. today at the Isabella Cemetery. The Rev. Sam Powers officiated.
Born Feb. 15, 1961, in Ardmore to Jimmie A. Sr. and Peggy N. Chisum Williams, he died Sept. 6, 1997.
He grew up in Ardmore and Marietta before moving to the Enid and Isabella areas, where he was a self-employed roofer. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Jennie and Misty McBroom Vasquez; and three sons, Brian and Shane McBroom Vasquez and Jeremy Vasquez, all of the home; his parents, Jim and Deanna Williams, Ardmore, and Peggy Pinckney, Denison, Texas; four sisters, Peggy Harp, Enid, Angela Taylor, Rock Hill, S.C., Cheryl Daniel, Floydada, Texas, and Donna Scarbrough, Ardmore; and one brother, John Williams, Marietta. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial may be made to the Vasquez Children's Fund.
Henninger-Allen Funeral Home directed services.
WAURIKA -- Services for Donald Kepp, 63, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church of Waurika with the Revs. Richard Eckel and Tommy Billings officiating.
Kepp died Sept. 6, 1997, at his home. He was born Oct. 3, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Joseph and Evelyn Kepp. He grew up in Los Angeles and attended public schools there.
He worked in the plastic industry near Los Angeles and later became foreman of the plant. He married Phyllis Ann Ragan Jan. 3, 1972, in Carthage, Mo., and they made their home in Lamar, Mo., before moving to Waurika in 1977. He worked in an oilfield-related business for several years, and in 1995 became a deputy for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. He organized the Waurika Cub Scouts and served as Scoutmaster.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Kelly, Houston; two sisters, Patty Johnson, California, and Dianne Andrews, Oregon; his stepmother, Joan Kepp, St. Louis, Mo.; and one grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Hastings Cemetery Association, Hastings, OK 73548.
Bearers will be members of law enforcement.

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- Hazel Colbert Poloski, 79, of St. Joseph, Mo., died Sept. 6, 1997, at a St. Joseph hospital following an accident. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Born Feb. 23, 1918, in Wilson to Emil and Anne Reynolds Colbert, she had lived in St. Joseph since 1953. She married Anthony C. "Tony" Poloski Feb. 18, 1939. She was preceded in death by a sister, Opal Caldwell; and a brother, James Colbert.
Survivors include her husband; and a daughter, Patricia E. Poloski, both of the home; a son, Bill, St. Joseph; a brother, Paul C. Colbert, Ardmore; and two granddaughters.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Meierhoffer-Fleeman Funeral Home, St. Joseph, where the Parish Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
