SAN FRANCISCO -- Services for Ardmore native Orville "Earl" Woodley, 54, were Friday in San Francisco where he had lived since 1958.
Woodley, who died Oct. 3, 1997, at his home, was born in Ardmore to Orville and Emma Pickens Woodley.
He is survived by three children, Trina, Billy and Mia, all of San Francisco; a brother, Ronald Johnson, Oklahoma City; and four sisters, Dottie Jenkins Francis, Ardmore, Willette Pirtle, Los Angeles, Rosa Pirtle and Saundra Love, San Francisco.
Funerals by Washington directed services.
Services for Jeralyn Lakeidra Lawson will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at CrystalRock Cathedral with her grandfather, the Rev. Frank Lawson, officiating. Interment will follow at Jehovah Cemetery in Milo.
Jeralyn was born Feb. 16, 1988, in Ardmore, where she died Oct. 5, 1997.
She was a fourth-grade student at Will Rogers Elementary School. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Tatums, where she was active in Sunday school, choir, was a team leader, Prayer Warrior, in God's Gang and Chickasaw District Youth group.
She is survived by her parents, Gerald and Merlene Lawson; two brothers, Kevin and Darius; and two sisters, Starr and Danielle, all of the home; Grandparents, the Rev. Frank Lawson, Tatums, and J.T. and Lizzie Anderson; and great-grandmothers, Eliza Anderson and Robert Stevenson.
Bearers will be relatives and friends.
Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors of Fort Worth, Texas, is in charge of services.
Services for Troy H. Stinson, 87, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Harvey-Douglas Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Elton Vaughn officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Son of the late James W. and Nancy A. Hart Stinson, He was born March 6, 1910, at Dexter, and died Oct. 6, 1997, in the local hospital.
He married Oleta Nell St. Clair Feb. 9, 1946, in Ardmore, and retired from the Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. after 27 years of service. His wife preceded him in death Jan. 6, 1970. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include three sons, Bobby, Donnie and Troy A., all of Ardmore; six daughters, Dixie Bond, Mannsville, Bonnie Patterson, Clinton, Edith Miller, Treva Collinson, Susan Barnard and Kay West, Ardmore; 32 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded by a daughter, Frances Maddox.
Bearers will be James Caldwell, Doug Stinson, Carl Weldon, Jimmy Parker, Nelson Bond and Walter Finley.
Graveside rites for Dorene Reed, 99, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 1997, at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Ardmore. Officiating will the Rev. Paul McGlasson, pastor of Central Presbyterian Church, Stamford, Texas.
Mrs. Reed, daughter of the late Louis Clyde and Doris Stark Gee, died Monday, Oct. 6, 1997, in a McAlester health care facility after an extended illness. She was born Sept. 12, 1898, in Gainesville, Texas. She was a longtime Ardmoreite before moving to McAlester in 1988.
Mrs. Reed received her formative education in Greenville, Texas, and graduated in 1921 from Texas Christian University. She taught school in Alpine, Texas, Ardmore and Dickson. She was a longtime member and Sunday school teacher at First Christian Church. She was also a member of Retired Oklahoma Teachers Association.
She married Walter George Reed Dec. 27, 1925, at Greenville, Texas, and moved to Ardmore. Mr. Reed preceded her in death July 24, 1989.
Survivors include a daughter and husband, Barbara and Robert E. Moore, Norman; a son, Dr. Walter G. Reed Jr., Owasso; grandchildren, Diana Gentner and husband, Harry, Burleson, Texas, James Patrick Moore and wife, Ladiola, Clarksville, Tenn., Peggy McGlasson and husband, the Rev. Paul McGlasson, Stamford, Jay Walter Reed and wife, Chieko, Glenpool, David McLendon, Oklahoma City, Kimberly Dillinger and husband, Loy, Manford; great-grandchildren, Chris Gentner, Brian Moore, Jennifer Moore, Michael Ryan McGlasson, Casey McGlasson, Caitlin Reed, Caleb Reed and Jacey Dillinger. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a sister.
Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, 825 NE 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73104; or a charity of choice.

DAVIS -- Graveside rites for Florence Mae Guffey, 93, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Lonnie Lee officiating.
Mrs. Guffey died Oct. 6, 1997, at a local health care facility. She was born June 25, 1904, in Texas, to Noflet and Jo Retta Burns Dinwiddie.
She married Perry Guffey in 1946 at Chickasha, where she lived until 1951 when she moved to California to live for 25 years. She then lived 16 years in Michigan before moving in July to Davis. She was a nurse and member of Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ardmore; a son, Harry Beauchamp; and daughter, Emma Sedlock, both of Davis; a brother, Alva Dinwiddie, Yukon; a sister, Alice Findley, Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers, a sister and a grandchild.

SULPHUR -- Graveside rites for Ranger Scout Watson, infant son of James Watson and Tracy Smith, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Oaklawn Cemetery with the Rev. Johnnie Beckman officiating.
The baby was born Oct. 7, 1997, in an Oklahoma City hospital and died there Oct. 8, 1997.
In addition to the parents, survivors include a sister, Jessica Watson; brother, Elijah Watson; and half brother, Chance Moore, all of the home; grandparents, Ray and Joyce Watson, Weatherford, Texas, and Wayne and Diane Enyert, Dougherty; and great-grandparents, Homer and Ora Watson, Weatherford, Texas, Junior and Velma Smith, Davis, and Lewis and Betty Taylor, Sulphur.

SULPHUR -- Services for Leta Murl O'Neal, 70, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Edward Rowls officiating. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mrs. O'Neal died Oct. 7, 1997, in Ardmore. She was born June 6, 1927, at Mill Creek, to Lee V. and Ivie Pittman Wells.
She lived at Mill Creek until 1935 then moved to Sulphur, attending school at Gilsonite and Sulphur. She and Troy O'Neal were married Feb. 24, 1949, at Sulphur.
She is survived by her husband, Sulphur; two sons, Lewie A., Sulphur, and Troy "Dink," McPherson, Kan.; her mother, Ivie Wells, Sulphur; two sisters, Mardell McClure, Acworth, Ga., and Juanita Poteet, Tulsa; five brothers, Tommy Wells, Harrah, Scotty, Dorsey, T.Z. and L.V. Wells Jr., all of Sulphur; and four grandchildren.
Bearers will be Gaylon, Colby, Larry, Joe, Marty and Jerry Wells. Honorary bearers are nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Clagg Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Lillian Levesta Clay, 82, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McAlister Cemetery with the Rev. Dwight Hawkins officiating.
Mrs. Clay died Oct. 7, 1997, in the local hospital. She was born July 12, 1915, at Wapanucka to David A. and Tennie Gentry.
She had lived in the Ardmore and Healdton area most of her life and was a retired cook. She was of the Church of Christ faith.
She is survived by a son, Raymond Hunt of Healdton; two daughters, Jeannie Acosta of Lone Grove and Laverne Daniel of Ardmore; a brother, Lesley Gentry of Ardmore; two sisters, Violet Hill of Lindsey and Viola Clay of Ardmore; seven grandchildren, Steven and Raymond Hunt Jr., Lillian Hunt, Jesse and Jeffery Acota, Valerie and Jimmie Daniel; 14 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three husbands, Earl Hunt, John Lowery and Delbert Clay; three brothers, Warren, Art and Fred Gentry; a sister, Josephine Acox; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be directed by Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Funeral Home.
Graveside rites for Bessie L. Kincheloe, 89, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Hunter officiating.
Mrs. Kincheloe died Oct. 8, 1997, in a local health care facility following an extended illness. She was born Feb. 7, 1908, in Lahoma, to John B. and Florence E. Snawder Oden.
A lifelong resident of this area, she married Chester Kincheloe in 1923 at Sulphur, and was a former nurse's aide at Memorial Hospital. She was a Baptist. Her husband preceded her in death in 1957.
Survivors include a daughter, Lucille Clifton, Fort Worth, Texas; a brother, Victor Oden, Durant; a sister, Gracie Young, Weatherford, Texas; two grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and two great-great-grandsons.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
TISHOMINGO -- Services for Dorothy Overturf, 77, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Corbin Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Condon Grove Cemetery, Milburn.
Mrs. Overturf died Oct. 8, 1997, in Tishomingo. She was born Dec. 31, 1919, at Milburn, to John C. and Lou E. Blanton Marshall.
Reared at Tishomingo, she married Loren W. Overturf July 19, 1947, in Oakland, Calif., and returned to Tishomingo seven years ago. She was a Jehovah Witness. She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Francis, J.C. and Leo Marshall; and two sisters, Margaret May and Duprie Janson.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Jaqulyn Lyons, Allen; a brother, Steven Marshall, Nicoma Park; two sisters, Mary Morrow, Tishomingo, and Lenna Szenasi, Reno, Nev.
RINGLING -- Services for Addie Rogers Walker, 96, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Timothy Walker and Burt Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Orr Cemetery under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.
Mrs. Walker died Oct. 8, 1997, in the Healdton hospital. She was born Feb. 19, 1901, in Love County, Indian Territory, to Thomas C. and Lela L. Newell Rogers.
A lifelong resident of Orr, she married Gilbert Cecil Walker Jan. 15, 1918, at Brushy Mound, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband June 19, 1984; a daughter, Mary F. Trammel; and a grandson.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Lyle, Orr; five sons, Paul, Ridgecrest, Calif., Earl, McAlester, Bruce, Mesquite, Texas, Melvin, Wilson, and Charles, Denver; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Troy Tynes and grandsons, Donnie Hawkins, Charles, Keith, Jimmy and Tony Lyle.
