Johnson died Monday, Aug. 7, 2006, at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born on May 2, 1920 in Hughes County, the son of Richard and Bertha (Turner) Johnson.
Reared in the Stafford and Clinton area, he attended school at Stafford and helped on the family farm.
He married Hazel Marie Fondren on April 20, 1940 in Clinton, and they moved to Bishop, Calif. where they lived in a tent in the mountains.
Returning to Clinton in 1941, he was employed by Swift and Co. and Allison Hyde and Steel Company.
He also worked in home construction and with his son-in-law, Royce Willingham, until his retirement in 1982.
Preceding him in death were 10 brothers and sisters, Nola, Loretta, Dollie, Willis, Edith, R.N., M.C., Bobby Gene, R.L. and Ruby.
He was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle Church in Arapaho.
Arrangements are in cooperation with the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel, of the home; six daughters, Carrie Willingham and her husband, Royce, of Clinton, Lana Jones and her husband, Daryl, of Clinton, Mary Gay Harbin and her husband, Ray, of Choctaw, Cherry Thompson of Clinton, Vicki Watkins and her husband, Kenneth, of Arapaho, Pauline Celsor of Oklahpoma City; a sister, Noville Johnson of Oklahoma City; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.
Bobbie Driscoll rites set at 4:29 pm
She spent her first six years in Lone Wolf before the family moved to California during the Depression.
Then, in 1941, the family returned to Oklahoma, and Bobbie graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1948.
For the next several years, Driscoll worked as a waitress in Sayre, Clinton and Oklahoma City.
She married Alfred Walton Driscoll, on June 3, 1962, in Granite, and the couple made their first home in Clinton before settling in Thomas in 1965.
Her husband opened the Driscoll Ford dealership in Thomas, and for many of those 20 years in business, Bobbie worked at his side as the bookkeeper.
The family was actively involved in the First Baptist Church of Thomas.
In 1990, Bobbie and Al moved to Oklahoma City to be near their daughter, Alana. There, they managed the Meadow Creek Apartments, then later moved on to manage Trinity Place Apartments in Del City, and Newport Apartments in Oklahoma City.
They would later move on to manage the Hop-n-Lok mini-storage facility in Moore from 1997 until 2003.
During those years, they were involved in the Shields Boulevard Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and later at First Baptist Church of Moore.
After retiring in 2003 Bobbie and Al moved to Wilmington, Del. to live with their daughter, Stacey, and her family. There, they were involved in The Love of Christ Church.
In March of this year, they returned to Oklahoma where they lived with their daughter, Cara, and her family in Moore. They have been attending the FaithPointe Baptist Church in Norman.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Alfred Walton Driscoll of Moore; three daughters and their husbands, and by six grandchildren and five step-grandchildren — Alana Sue McBride of Moore, husband Mark, and children, Amanda Ryan, Trever, John, Tyrell, Jimmie, and Audrey; Cara Lee Segelquist of Moore, husband Russell, and children, Nathan and Abigail; and Stacey Eileen Glass of Wilmington, Del., husband Jay, and children Derbe, Kira, and Jaxson; brothers, Millard Dee Sunderland, Burton LaDerrel Sunderland and Jerry Mack Sunderland.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Norman Delhart Sunderland, Delbert Junior Sunderland, Doyce Eugene Sunderland, Mary Allie LaWayne (Sunderland) Wyrick and Wilma Joy (Sunderland) Bowdre.

A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home chapel in Clinton.
Reared in Clinton, he attended the Clinton Public Schools and married Sandra Peralta on Feb. 17, 2001.
Preceding him in death was a daughter, Emily Ramirez.
Patsy Pulis death listed at 2:14 pm
On Oct. 8, 1981, she married Milton Pulis, Jr., and they made their home in the Clinton-Burns Flat area.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Harry Tkatch, Sr., and Milton Pulis, Jr.; and a daughter, Tammy Tkatch.
Stanley-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Heidi Dawson and her husband, Stuart, Holly Lettkeman and her husband, Tony; a stepdaughter, Linda Gardner; sons Harry Tkatch, Jr,. and his wife, Kristi; a stepson, Jerry Tkatch; sisters, Betty Mahan and her husband, Herbert, Violet McClanahan; 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Traditional wake services will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at the Pentecostal Indian Mission Church at 18th and Hayes in Clinton.
Magpie died late Saturday, July 29, 2006, at the Elk City Nursing Center. He was born on Dec. 29, 1956 in Oklahoma City, the son of Willis, Sr. and Virginia Magpie.
He grew up in Elk City and attended school there. Magpie had worked for local farmers and was a member of the Indian Baptist Church.
His parents preceded him in death.
Burial will conclude in a family-owned cemetery under the direction of the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton.
Survivors include a brother, Faren Gene OldCrow; and five sisters, Gail Chelapah, Nora Carolyn Magpie, Elizabeth Marie Magpie, Erma Jean Magpie, Nellie Little Elk.

Wolfe died Saturday, July 29, 2006, at the Corn Heritage Village. She was born on Feb. 15, 1911 eight miles southeast of Hinton, the daughter of Herman and Minnie (Mencke) Koert.
She attended the Highland School southeast of Hinton.
Having moved to Hinton in the summer of 1928, she worked for a couple of restaurants there, marrying Pete Wolfe in Cordell on June 16, 1931.
They made their home southeast of Weatherford, moving into Weatherford in 1970.
Burial will follow in the Hinton Cemetery under the direction of the Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford.
Survivors include a daughter, Reina Lindmann and her husband, Jay, of Foss Lake Estates; a son, Homer Wolfe and his wife, Becky, of Weatherford; two sisters, Vera Taylor of Kingfisher, Evelyn Dorsey of Texarkana, Ark.; five grandchildren, Brian Benedict of Burns Flat, Diane Hacker of Corn, Mark Benedict of Texas, Shandelle Recker of Weatherford, Landy Wolfe of Weatherford; seven great grandchildren, Justin, Lanita, Derrick and Whitney Hackler of Corn, Alexa Benedict of Burns Flat, Brittney Benedict of Texas, Lexus Wolfe of Weatherford.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband, were a son, Chester Dale Wolfe; four brothers, Alvin, Calvin, Marvin, Clarence; and a sister, Velma.

Coming to Clinton in the early 1930’s, she soon married Layle Botchlet, and they made their home in Clinton until his death in 2004. They owned and operated Joy’s Café for several years.
Burial concluded in the Lawnview Cemetery at Cordell.
Survivors include two sisters, Thelma Granger, Margaret Dilly; two brothers, Everett Ratzsch, Walter Ratzsch; three sisters-in-law, Ira Dean Botchlet of Cordell, Wanza Botchlet of Denver, Colo., Joy Botchlet of Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral set for Wright at 2:44 pm
Laurel Jeanne (Ihinger) De Moss-Wright died Saturday afternoon at her home. She was born on April 26, 1918 in Fredonia, Kan., the daughter of John and Blanche (Jordan) Ihinger.
Reared in Topeka, Kan., she graduated from Topeka High School in 1937 and continued her education at Washburn College.
She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, Nonoso Honorary Society and YWCA. Wright graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan. in 1968.
She was a social worker in Wellington, Kan. for 10 years before moving to Clinton in 1969 where she was employed with the Department of Human Services as a supervisor for 11 years.
She married Richard Milo De Moss in 1939 in Topeka, and he preceded her in death in 1972.
She married Albert Wright on April 21, 1976 in Clinton, and the couple made their home on the Wright farm west of Custer City.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Preceding her in death, along with her first husband and parents, were three brothers, Forrest, Harry, Chet; and a sister, Hazel Milligan.
Survivors include her husband, Albert, of the home; a daughter, Debra Litton and her husband, Melvin, of Lawrence, Kan.; two sons, Richard T. De Moss and his wife, Delores, of Pawhuska, John E. De Moss of Topeka, Kan.; a stepson, Albert Wright, Jr. and his wife, Rita, of Arapaho; six grandchildren, Matt Litton, Reuben Litton, Julie Mendicino, Lori Reesing, Jaymie Deese, Kelli Wright; and five great grandchildren, Moriah Mendicino, J.G. Mendicino, Easton Reesing, Laurel Reesing, Trase Reesing.
C.C. Graves funeral set at 2:43 pm
He married Harriet Boggs in Stillwater in February of 1941.
Graves was a defense aircraft welder during World War II. In 1947, he invented and built the first baled hay loader in a garage shop in Clinton for which he held the patent.
As Graves Manufacturing Company grew, Graves Baled Hay Loaders were sold over much of the United States and Canada.
He was active in the First Baptist Church of Clinton for 48 years, and he was an active deacon during most of that time.
Graves served for more than 20 years on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; 13 years on the Western Technology Center School Board; Lions Club president and many years on the Board of Directors; the Salvation Army Board of Directors; and the State Industrial Development Commission under then-Gov. David Boren.
Two years ago, Casey and Harriet moved to the Ardmore Village Lodge. Since the move to the Ardmore they had been members of the First Baptist Church of Ardmore.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Craddock Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Ardmore.
Survivors include his wife, Harriet Graves of the home; a son, Dr. Ron Graves and his wife, Pam, of Ardmore; a sister, Martha Belle Bradley of Tulsa; two grandchildren, Todd Graves of Austin, Texas and Noel Williams of Philadelphia, Pa.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents, were a brother, Herman Graves; and

Born on Dec. 18, 1909 in Alden, the daughter of Walter and Sylvia (Mitchell) Newton, Koch died early today, July 28, 2006, at the United Methodist Health Care Center in Clinton.
Koch spent her early years in Springer, N.M., moving back to Custer County at the age of 16.
On Sept. 8, 1928 she married Louis Koch in Arapaho, and they made their home on a farm seven miles west of Weatherford.
In 1945 they moved to a farm two miles east of Arapaho where they lived until her husband preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and AARP.
She had the distinction of being one of the first three women chosen to serve on a jury in Custer County.
Preceding her in death, along with her parents and husband, were a son, Melton; an infant great granddaughter; five brothers, Vertus, Harold, Orville, Clifford, J.W.; and four sisters, Julie, Tressa, Elsie and Norma.
Burial will conclude in the Greenwood Cemetery at Weatherford under the direction of the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton.
Survivors include a son, Eldon and his wife, Lola, of Arapaho; a daughter-in-law, Kitty Koch of Arapaho; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.

Wilbern Johnson rites set at 4:31 pm
Funeral services for Wilbern Johnson, age 86 of Clinton, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Christian Church of Clinton with his grandson, Dr. Randy Willingham, officiating.
A memorial service for former Clinton and Thomas area resident Bobbie Jo (Sunderland) Driscoll, age 76 of Oklahoma City, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Moore.
Driscoll died on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006. She had been in the hospital since June 24 suffering with pneumonia. She was born on March 22, 1930, in Lone Wolf, the daughter of Millard Cimpson Sunderland and Anna Inez (Marshall) Sunderland.
Services set for Ramirez at 2:15 pm
Mass of Christian Burial for Clinton native Enrique Ramirez, age 23, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Clinton with Rev. Rex Arnold officiating.
Ramirez died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, following an automobile accident on Interstate 40 near Checotah. He was born on April 6, 1982 in Clinton, the son of Valentin Ramirez and Isidra Tovar.
He was employed here with Bar-S Foods, and in April of 2003 he moved to Ft. Smith, Ark. where he was employed with Simmons Food.
Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra, a three-year-old daughter, Nohemy, and a four-year-old son, Jose, all of the Fort Smith home; his mother, Isidra Garcia of Clinton; Valentin Ramirez of Fort Smith, Ark.; a sister, Judy Garcia of Clinton; a brother, Valentin Ramirez, Jr. of North Carolina; and maternal grandparents, Manuel Tovar Sanchez and Tomasa Flores Castillo.
Patsy T. Pulis, age 69 of Clinton, died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, in the Integris Clinton Regional Hospital. No services are planned.
Patsy was born Dec. 11, 1936, in Chickasha, the daughter of Albert and Mary (Smith) Skaggs
he grew up in Chickasha and graduated from high school there.
Patsy worked as a waitress at the Big Sky Restaurant, Burns Flat Cafe and Cherokee Restaurant.
Graveside services for retired teacher Bonnie Bell Buchanan, age 89 of Oklahoma City, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Mound Cemetery at Taloga.
Buchanan died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at Oklahoma City. Arrangements are under the direction of the Shaw Funeral Home in Taloga.

Chapel services for Elda M. (Ratzsch) Botchlet, age 97 of Clinton, were held this afternoon at the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton with Brother Gavin Wilkie officiating.
Botchlet died Saturday, July 29, 2006, at the United Methodist Health Care Center in Clinton. She was born on May 4, 1909 at Lincoln, Kan., the daughter of Charles and Maggie Ratzsch.
Funeral services for Jeanne De Moss-Wright, age 88 and a rural Custer City resident, will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton with minister Doyle Kinney and Rev. Harold Goldman officiating.
Graveside services will be held in the Sumner Memorial Gardens in Wellington, Kan. under the direction of Kiesau-Lee.
Funeral services for longtime Clinton businessman Clarence Casey Graves, age 87 of Ardmore, will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church at Ardmore with Dr. Alton Fannin officiating.
Graves died Saturday, July 29, 2006, in Ardmore. He was born on Sept. 2, 1919 in Sentinel, the son of Tom and Rae Cluck Graves.
