Nolan Wesley Davis, age 40 of Koshkonong, Mo., was born March 2, 1973, in Shawnee, Okla., and passed away Jan. 9, 2014, at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Sara (LaCoss) Davis; his soon-to-be-born son, Aiden Davis; his parents, William and Phyllis (Soule) Davis; one sister, Erica Tiger; one brother, Aaron Davis; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Joyce Deck
Joyce Marie Deck, 66, of Seminole, Okla. died Monday, July 28, 2014 in Shawnee, Okla.
She was born Dec. 24, 1947 in Seminole to Charles Edney and Margie Marie Wilcox.
She previously worked for Pioneer Nursing Home in Seminole as an aide.
Preceding her in death are her parents.
Survivors include two sons, Michael George of Seminole, Okla. and Terry Wayne George of Albuquerque, N.M.; brother, Daniel Edney of Harrah, and a host of other relatives.
A memorial services will be held at later date.

Darla Demings
Darla Virginia (Neese) Demings, life long Seminole County resident, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at Integris Seminole Medical Center at the age of 44.
She was born May 14, 1969 in Weleetka, Okla. to Darrell Wayne Neese and Connie (Lane) Mills.
She graduated from Bowlegs High School and attended beauty college and was a licensed cosmologist for many years.
Darla later attended Seminole State College and received her Associates Degree.
Darla was a member of the Bowlegs First Baptist Church and enjoyed listening to music, spending time outdoors and her dog, Missy.
She is survived by her parents, Connie and Mike Mills of Bowlegs; one son, Dalton Wise of Bowlegs; one daughter, Courtney Wise of Bowlegs; one brother, Terry Neese of Bowlegs; niece, Jessica Neese; nephew, Colton Neese; grandparents, Berneice Neese of Wetumka, Carol Mills of Seminole; several cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Darla was preceded in death by her father, Darrell Wayne Neese; one brother Mark Mills and grandparents, Mary Avo Lane, Benjamin Franklin Lane, Floyd "Dobbin" Neese and Reford Mills.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Bowlegs First Baptist Church with Reverend Andy Quinton officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Terry Neese, Dalton Wise, Kenny Wise, Coy Lane, Jordan Pierce and Donnie Williamson.
Honorary bearer will be Sheldon Mills.
Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole with services under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.
Marshall Dent
Marshall Scott Dent was confirmed in death on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014.
He was born Jan. 23, 1986 to Scott and Pam Dent in Shawnee, Okla.
He attended Pleasant Grove and Shawnee Public Schools.
He was a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, the Hvteyicvlke (Newcomer) band and the Bear Clan.
Marshall was looked to as a protector to his three sisters.
He was full of life and laughter and was always joking around with others.
He loved to cook great meals for his family.
He also was an artist and loved to draw.
Marshall had a son with Desirae Palomino of McLoud. He loved spending time playing with his seven-year-old son, Montez, who meant the world to him.
He was preceded in death by his granfather, Orin L. Dent; uncle, Russell Walter Moffett; cousin, Susie Biggs Mercado; great-grandmother, Teresa Picard.
Marshall is survived by his son, Montez Dent; mother of his son, Desirae Palomino; parents, Pamela Dent and Mike Gettle of Shawnee, Scott and Tina Dent of Shawnee; sisters, Sarah Dent and Miranda Dent of the home; Emily and Ryan Rodriguez of Colorado Springs; grandparents, Winona Factor of Shawnee, Eastman and Stella Factor of Seminole, Diana Moffet of Toledo, Ohio; uncles, Mike and Patricia Factor of Tecumseh, Billy and Penny Factor of Shawnee, Glenn Factor, Matthew Factor of Keshena, Wis. Officiating the service will be Pastor Mike Craig, Youth Minister Randy Moore of Temple Baptist Church and Kelly Tiger Jr. of Holdenville. Burial will be at Little Cemetery in Little, Okla.
Mattie Dillman
Mattie May Dillman passed away on May 9, 2014 in Wewoka, Okla.
She was born on June 23, 1910 in a tent in Yeager, Okla. to David Earl and Dollie Jane (Margraves) Muirhead.
She attended school at Scratch Gravel in Hughes County.
Mattie worked as a nurse for many years.
Mattie married Tom Kinghorn who preceded her in death (1952).
She later married S.O. Dillman who also preceded her in death (1980).
Mattie had seven siblings whom she loved very much.
She counted her nieces and nephews as her own.
Mattie loved the Lord and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Wewoka.
Mattie is also preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Sid Muirhead, Plea Muirhead, Burl Muirhead, Edna Jackson, and Bonnie House.
Survivors include her brother, Dewey Muirhead and wife Inez of Wewoka; sister Carrie Ruth McClelland and husband Cecil of Farmington, New Mexico; as well many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Wewoka. Aaron Alsbrook and Eddie Neill will officiate. Interment will follow at Wetumka Cemetery in Wetumka, Okla.
Pallbearers will be Mark Mosley, Clark Campbell, Terry Muirhead, Randy Chaney and Michael Jackson.
Honorary bearers will be her nephews and great nephews.

Daniel Dillon
Daniel Shearer Dillon, known as "Radio Dan" and Dan-O", age 55 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 due to an auto accident in icy conditions on Little River Bridge on Hwy 99 near Bowlegs, Oklahoma on his way to work.
Danny was born on November 6, 1958 in Texarkana, Ark. to Daniel Dillon, Sr. and Gretchen (Holtman) Dillon. Danny married Mary Ann Tiner on February 27, 1999 in Texarkana, Ark.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Dillon of the home; two step-sons, Preston Hays of ND and Michael Hays; three step-daughters, Dawn Hays of NC, Jamie Redfearn of Texarkana, Ark., and Missy Gates of Seminole; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Michael Dixon
Michael Dixon, 51, of Oklahoma City, Okla. died Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
He was born Dec. 17, 1962 in Oklahoma City to Erin F. and Marie (Cata) Dixon.
He was a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe and the Mississippi Choctaw Tribe.
He is preceded in death by his father, Erin F. Dixon; grandmother, Josephine C. Cata; and a nephew, Mason Dixon.
He is survived by his mother, Marie Dixon of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Frank Dixon of Arizona, Chris Dixon of Miami, Okla. and Anthony Dixon, also of Miami, Okla.; and other relatives.
Graveside service and interment will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2014 at Basset Grove Cemetery in Grove, Okla. Native American Rites will be conducted by Randy White.
Pallbearers will be the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Louise Dobson
Louise Ann (Brown) Dobson, Seminole, Oklahoma resident passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Shawnee, Okla. at the age of 66.
Louise was born March 27, 1947 in Holdenville, Okla. to parents, Sammy Brown and Syble (Ledbetter) Brown.
Louise was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God church.
She married William James Dobson on Dec. 18, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Louise is survived by husband of the home, William James Dobson; three sons, James Lee Dobson and his wife Sherry of Tecumseh, Okla., Michael W. Dobson and his wife Lisa of Seminole, Brian J. Dobson of Seminole; daughters, Sandra J. "Kay" Dennis and her husband Tommy of Devine, Tex. and Chelsea A. Dobson of Seminole; grandchildren, Christopher Dennis, Shane Dennis and his wife Jamie, J.D. Dennis, Jessica Dobson, Brannon Dobson and his wife Jordan, Kyler Dobson and his wife Taylor; great grandchildren Shanea Dennis, Shane Dennis, Jr., Clayton Dennis, Braxton Dobson, Emerle Dobson, and two great great grandchildren, Preston Dennis and Dalton Dennis; one sister, Wanda L. Porter and her husband Bobby of Wewoka; two uncles, Harvey Ledbetter and his wife Dortha of Seminole and Floyd Ledbetter of Holdenville.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Sammy and Syble Brown; two aunts, Velma Brewer, and Thelma Griffin; one cousin, Jennette Hail.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel of Seminole with Rev. Roy Robertson officiating. Burial will take place at the Holdenville Cemetery, Holdenville, Okla.

Ezekiel Bear Dockery went home to Jesus Friday, March 21, 2014 at Wasillia, Ala.
Ezekiel was born April 18, 2012 in Pineville, N.C. to Brian Dave Dockery of Seminole, Okla.
Ezekiel is survived by his father, Brian Dockery; twin sisters, Ava Penelope Dockery, Veloria Ruth Dockery; grandparents, Janet Dockery-Strayhorn, Ricky L. Strayhorn, Mickey D. Dockery; uncles, Mickey Dockery, Jr., Dewayne Peters, David R. Walker, and Tyler Parks.
He is also survived by aunts, Natasha Dockery-Parks, Heather Glass-Dockery, Terry Walker; cousins, Genesis Dockery, Merax Dockery, Merina Ruth McHugh, Solomon Tyler Parks, Tori Strayhorn, Faith L. Dockery, Marcie Dockery, Micah Dockery and Cody Strayhorn.
Ezekiel was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Gerald "Jake" Dockery, Homa Jean Dockery of Wewoka, Okla., Dave M. Walker and Ruth Wise Walker of Bowlegs, Okla.
Memorial service to celebrate the life of Ezekiel Bear Dockery will be Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2 p.m., at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating the services will be Pastor Tim Gillespie.
