Victor Alvin Orr of Choctaw passed away on Wednesday Oct. 29, 2014.
He was born on Nov. 12, 1939 to Virgil Orr and Pearl Boykin in Okemah.
Victor attended school at Butner Schools.
He went on to marry Rita Sanders on Feb. 21, 1959 in Wewoka.
He was an Auto Body Repairman for Fred Jones Ford in Oklahoma City and later Hudiburg in Midwest City.
Victor enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his great grandchildren.
He liked to hunt, fish and driving tractors.
He thought his grandchildren could do little wrong and that his great grandchildren could do no wrong.
Victor is preceded in death by his parents; Virgil Orr and stepmother Delores Orr, and Pearl Boykin and stepfather Dewey Carlton, and a stepbrother; Jimmy Henley and wife Lyn.
He is survived by his wife Rita (Sanders) Orr of the home, his children; Johnie Alvin Orr of Choctaw, and Kim Sue Paris and husband Doug of Choctaw, his grandchildren; Denay and Johnathon Wroblewski of Choctaw, Robert and Tami Orr of Harrah, and Kevin Paris of Choctaw, his great grandchildren; Sean Wroblewski, Sarah Wroblewski and Emily Orr, his siblings; Janice and Bill Shackelford of Tulsa, Don Orr of Seminole, Ron Orr of Tulsa and Stepbrother Don and Cleta Henley of Antlers and numerous other family and friends.
Funeral Services for Victor will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 4, 2014 at the Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Wewoka with Pastor Greg Davis officiating.
Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Pall Bearers will be Johnie Orr, Robert Orr, Kevin Paris, Sean Wroblewski, Johnathon Wroblewski and James Casey Bray.
Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home in Wewoka.
The family would also like to thank the Hospice Quality Care and the McCloud Nursing Center for exceptional care.

Barbara Orsburn
Barbara Louise (Williams) Orsburn was born March 18, 1943 to Silas Washington and Viola Opal (Haning) Williams in Wewoka, Okla.
She attended Sam’s School and graduated from Wewoka High School in 1961.
She married Jimmy Peck in 1962, who preceded her in death in 1963.
She married Arther Orsburn in 1965 and the two of them started their 49 year journey raising five children, enjoying 18 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
Her family was her first priority, but she and Arther found time to manage two restaurants, work as house parents for the Lions Club Boys Ranch, and for the past eight years work together as circulation managers for The Seminole Producer.
She was a member of Midway Baptist Church
Bobbie Lousie, as she was known by her family and close friends, lived a full and beautiful life.
She left this world on July 16, 2014 surrounded by family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Robert Newman, James and Pauline Newman, Jerry and Marilyn Williams; son-in-law, Bobby Gore; and grandsons, Austin Gore, and Michael Orsburn.
Surviving family include her husband, Arther, of the home, son and daughter in law Joe Orsburn and Jayme, of Wewoka, daughter Brenda Gore, of Wewoka, daughter and son-in-laws Charles and Christie Johnson of Wewoka daughter and son-in-law Rick and Jeanette Kennedy of Cromwell, and son and daughter-in-law Ray and Wendy Orsburn of Oklahoma City.
She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Floyd and Bertha Sanders of El Reno, and Sister-in-Law Oleda Newman of Wewoka.
Her surviving grandchildren are Mathew Orsburn, Heather Orsburn, Delia Orsburn, Molly Orsburn, Lucy Orsburn, Karrie Cloud, Brad Orsburn, David Lee Orsburn, David Kendall Gore, Cheri Johnson, Angela (Anna) Marshall, Randall Kennedy, Amy Kennedy, Shelby Orsburn, Denver Orsburn, and Bobby Young, as well as 20 great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and numerous friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2014 at Stout-Phillips Chapel with Rev. Frank Moppin officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Matt Orsburn, Josh Cloud, Brad Orsburn, David Orsburn, David Kendall Gore, and Randall Kennedy.
Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews and son-in-laws, former residents of Lions Club Boys Ranch who learned so much under the teaching of Grandma Barbara.
Arrangements are by Stout-Phillips Funeral Home.
Myron Osborne
Myron Ammar Osborne, age 2, resident of Konawa, Okla. died Friday, April 4, 2014 at Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
A double funeral service is scheduled for Myron Osborne and his grandmother, Debra Tiger for 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the P.A.C. - High School Auditorium in Konawa. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery. Elder Charles Miller and Houston Tiger will officiate.
Pallbearers are Brandon Osborne, Douglas Osborne, Buck Osborne, and Chris Franks.
His uncles will serve as honorary pallbearers.
A Wake service is scheduled for Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel of Konawa.
He was born June 7, 2011 at Ada, Okla. to Harold Osborne and Jennifer Tiger.
He is survived by his parents, Jennifer Tiger and Harold Osborne of Konawa; one brother, Messiah Osborne of Konawa; and two sisters, Misselda Tiger of Seminole, and Missena Tiger of Konawa.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jeff and Madaliour Osborne and maternal grandparents, George Tiger, Jr. and Debra Tiger.
Johnny Pack
Johnny Lee Pack was born on Dec. 1, 1952 in Seminole, Okla. to the late Harold Lee Pack and Mary Ellen (Wilcox) Scott.
He was the only child and the star of his mom’s sky. He was a happy child who spent his toddler years in Seminole before moving to Dallas.
Johnny was a "talker." Since he was young, he has always enjoyed talking with people. This was a gift, as it allowed him to make friends easily.
He attended private school in East Texas.
One of his favorite hobbies when he was young, was fishing. As an adult, he also liked being on the computer and riding Harleys.
Johnny loved music. This love led him to become a technical support person for musicians and events.
Johnny was "a roadie." He would help set up the stage props and musical equipment for bands across the nation. He did a lot of his work with bands that played in Austin and Nashville.
Being such a sociable guy, this work suited him just fine. He met people from all walks of life and always had good stories to share. Johnny loved life and lived his to the fullest.
On Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, Johnny Lee Pack was called Home to meet his Maker.
He was met in Heaven by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Pack, and Mr. and Mrs. Wilcox; and his father, Harold Lee Pack.
His life will continue to be celebrated and remembered by his mother, Mary E. Scott and her husband Billy M. Scott of Garland; his step-sister Martha Bloodworth and her husband Bill of Cedar Hill; his step-brother Ricky Scott and his wife Cindy of Sunnyvale; his niece Amanda and her husband Mark and their child, Logan; his niece Angela and her husband Daniel; his nephews Blaine, Kirk and Coby; and many other relatives and close friends.
Melba Parker
Melba Joyce (Heard) Parker, age 66 of Oklahoma passed away Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 at her home.
Born Oct. 15, 1947 in Holdenville, Okla. to Louie Heard and Zella (Barkhimer) Heard.
Joyce attended New Model School, Justice School and graduated from New Lima School.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University.
She taught at Nicoma Park Intermediate School for 30 years until retirement.
Joyce was a member of Midway Baptist Church, Wewoka and PCA of America.
She loved to garden, decorate cakes, ski, and taking steam engine train rides through the Rockies and going on Ozark fall foliage tours.
Preceding Joyce in death is her father, Louie Heard and a nephew Richard Heard.
Survivors include her mother, Zella Heard Dansby of Wewoka; husband, Marvin Parker of Oklahoma City; son, Scott Parker of Del City, Okla.; two brothers, Buddy Heard and wife Kathleen of Wewoka, Okla., Ronnie Heard and wife Linda of Wewoka and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eugene Darr officiating and burial to follow at Tate Mountain Cemetery.
Pall Bearers will be nephews Warren Heard, Brian Heard, Tim Heard, Drew Heard, brothers Buddy Heard, and Ronnie Heard.

Linda Parkhurst
Linda Lee Parkhurst, 89, longtime Seminole resident, died Monday, Nov. 17, 2014 in McLoud, Okla.
Linda was born Nov. 9, 1925 in Mulberry, Ark. to Emily Catherine (Mainord) and John Luther Sullivan Harris.
Linda was a First Grade teacher at Wilson Elementary in Seminole for many years; she retired from teaching in 1993.
During the 1940’s she worked for Gulf Oil Company as a secretary and pipe counter and later worked at Atlantic Richfield in Wyoming.
She was a graduate of Seminole State College and East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma where she received her masters of education.
Linda was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Seminole, Okla., and while in Canada with her husband Bob’s work, she was active as a Sunday school teacher at the First Nazarene Church in Calgary, Alberta, CA. Linda loved making ceramics, sewing and quilting.
She married Bobby Dan Parkhurst on Oct. 31, 1944 in Seminole, Okla. and he preceded her in death in 1979.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Danaglee Dill and her husband Joe Eddie of Shawnee, Okla., one brother and sister-in-law, J. Glen and Betty Harris of Oklahoma City, Okla., a sister-in-law, Judith K. Hill of Collinsville, Okla., granddaughter, Nalea Zissa of Edmond, Okla. and two great grandchildren, Alissa Meadows and Chance Meadows, two nephews, David Harris and Kenneth Lee White, Jr. two nieces, Vickie Schuler and Saundra Sue White, three great nieces, Paige Harris, Tiffany and Tara Schuler and a great nephew, Chace Schuler, aunt, Wanda McPherron of Oklahoma City, Okla., she was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister, Ginna Vee White, and brother-in-law, Kenneth Lee White.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Les Hastings of Good Shepherd Hospice officiating.
Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Okla.
