Amy Diane (Kolar) Tucker passed from this earthly life on May 23, 2014.
Amy was born on the day man first walked on the moon, July 20, 1969 in Kirkwood (St. Louis County), Mo. and passed away in Tyler, Tex.
A memorial service celebrating Amy's life was held at Christ Episcopal Church in Tyler on May 24, 2014.
A committal service was held in Prague, Okla. on May 27, 2014.
She was buried in the Prague Cemetery, which is surrounded on two sides by her late Kolar grandparents' farm.
Amy attended school in St. Louis, Mo. from kindergarten through graduation at Lindbergh High School.
She earned a BBA in Fashion Merchandising from Baylor University.
Amy had a strong sense of style and a passion for creating beauty. She honed her considerable skills in several buying and designing roles during the early 90's at Harold's in Highland Park Village, Dallas, Tex.
Her creative legacy lives on in living rooms and bedrooms of the loyal clients she acquired while at Bufe and Babin, Tyler, for over six years.
Amy possessed a joyful spirit and always flew a happy flag in her front yard!
Amy was involved in a wide range of volunteer activities in Dallas and in Tyler.
These include the Junior League of Dallas and the Junior League of Tyler, Parent Services Board Member, Cattle Barons Committees, Rose Festival Committees, UT Tyler Patriot, Meals on Wheels, PATH, and East Texas Food Bank. Amy was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Tyler and served as a Junior High Sunday School teacher as well as the Junior High Assistant Youth Director.
Amy is survived by her loving family and many friends.
Born to the union of Amy and Timothy Royce Tucker are two children, Lillian Emmons Tucker and Charles Brison Tucker.
Also surviving are her parents, Dr. Charles W. Jr. and Diane (Dailey) Kolar; her brother, Dr. Matthew C. Kolar and wife, Libby; nephew and nieces, John Maxen, Cecilia Grace, and Elizabeth Layne Kolar. An uncle, Dr. Wm. Stanley Kolar; aunts, Richie Dailey Hanes and Barbara Kolar Sands and her husband, Chris; first cousins, David M. Dailey, Jr. and wife, Nancy; Dr. Grant R. and wife, Dr. Gina Kolar; Scott E. Tope and wife, Rachel; and many other cousins will deeply miss Amy as well.
Preceding Amy in death were her grandparents, Charles W. Sr. and Elizabeth (Fisher) Kolar, and Dr. Fern M. and Lois (Madison) Dailey; her uncle, David M. Dailey, Sr. and her aunt, Sarah "Sally" Kolar.
Amy was a loving and generous woman. Her final act of generosity was as a registered organ donor. Today many recipients have life because of her gift.

Barbara Tucker
Barbara Ann Collins Tucker passed away on May 19, 2014, in Oklahoma City after a short illness.
She was born on a small cattle ranch in Konawa, Okla., in April 1934, the daughter of the late Artie and Benjamin Forrest Collins.
Barbara had two sisters, Helen and Ailene, and two brothers, Gene and Glen.
She moved with her family to Stockton, Calif., in 1943 where her dad found work in the shipyards. She eventually returned to Oklahoma in the 1950s.
Barbara attended hair stylist school in 1958 and became a practicing hairdresser for the next 37 years.
Barbara met Jack Hale in 1974, fell in love, and married him.
Jack was a local businessman involved in real estate and oil interests. In the late ‘80s Jack became ill with cancer and, sadly, passed away in 1993.
In 1995, Barbara met and married Mr. Orrid Tucker, moved to Karnack, Texas, and helped him run the "Tucker Fishing Camp."
After Orrid's death in 2008, she continued to manage the camp until her illness was discovered in April of this year.
She returned to her family in Oklahoma City and passed away this month.
Barbara was preceded in death by her mother and father; husbands Jack Hale and Orrid Tucker; brother Glen C. Collins; and sisters Helen Delaney and Ailene Collins.
Barbara is survived by her brother, Gene W Collins; his sons Donald Wayne and Randall Gene; her nephews Glen Charles Collins Jr. and Michael Todd Collins; her niece Suzanne Collins Jones; five grand-nephews and eight grand-nieces.
A graveside service will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada, Okla., on Monday, June 2, at 1 p.m., under the direction of Bill Merritt Funeral Service, Bethany, Okla.
Cynthia Tucker
Memorial services for Cynthia "Cyndi" Tucker, 54, of Tahlequah, will be 2 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2014, at First Baptist Church, Tahlequah. Officiating will be Reverend David Jones.
Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Woodard, Bart Frank, Randy Underwood, Dusty Fore, Ryan Crowson, and Craig Crowson.
Memorial arrangements are under the care of Green Country Funeral Home.
A life long resident of Tahlequah, Cyndi was born on Sept 25, 1959, the daughter of Presley and Shirley (Craig) Tucker in Tahlequah.
She died on April 7, 2014, in Tahlequah.

Cyndi attended Tahlequah Schools where she graduated Tahlequah High in 1977. She then attended NEO JR College before entering Northeastern Beauty Academy, graduating in 1980.
She opened her beauty salon, Cyndi’s, over 30 years ago.
She had also opened a clothing store, The Rage, and operated it until fire closed the doors.
In 1988 she accepted the role of motherhood with a daughter, Sarah, who came into her care.
To her nieces and nephews, Cyndi was, "THE AUNT", before and after the birth of her son, Joseph, in 1996.
Cyndi was always supportive of Sarah and Joseph, becoming a friend and confidant to their friends.
She spent her last years as a true sports mom following Joseph through many sports including football, wrestling, and volunteering on booster clubs, and working concessions.
Cyndi was an active member in the PTO, Chamber of Commerce and a dedicated worker for CASA.
Cyndi loved spending time with her grandson Isaac.
Preceding her in death are her parents; several aunts and uncles; and a nephew, Sasha Nedeljkobic.
Cherishing her memory are her son, Joseph Tucker of the home; her daughter, Sarah Hicks and her husband, Jack of Tahlequah; grandson, Isaac Hicks and granddaughter, Taylor Clark; brother, Steve Woodard and wife Beth of Broken Arrow; sister Frankie Crowson and husband Glen of Wewoka, sister Teresa Tucker and partner Cyndi Brown-Tucker of Tahlequah; brother Presley Tucker also of Tahlequah; nieces and nephews, Chris Crowson and wife Misty of Wewoka, Carla Edwards and husband Jason of Choctaw, Okla., Ryan Crowson and wife Tami of Harrah, Okla., Craig Crowson and wife Ashley of Newalla, Okla., Allan Hansen of Copenhagen, Denmark, Nicole Crowson of Norman, Okla., Stevie Woodard of Broken Arrow, Tomi Woodard and Brad Walker of Broken Arrow, Aaron Tucker of Tahlequah, Thomas Tucker of Tahlequah, Lucas Rollins of Blanchard, and Tatum Rollins of Blanchard; several great nieces, nephews, her shop family who was so very dear to her; other relatives, friends, and loved ones throughout our community.

Shirley Tucker
Shirley Ann Barbre Tucker, 77 died on Jan. 31, 2014 in Tulsa, Okla.
Her funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014 at Southside Baptist Church in Stillwater, Okla. Bishop Hans Hurst will be officiating. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born in Wewoka, Okla. on April 13, 1936 to George Washington Hensley and Beula Luther Hensley.
She attended school in Wewoka.
On Aug. 15, 1956, she married Eddie Barbre in Cromwell, Okla.
After Eddie’s passing, Shirley married Billy Bob Tucker in Stillwater, Okla.
Shirley was an Administrative Assistant by profession and a member of the Southside Baptist Church.
She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and was an animal lover to a fault. She loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Eddie Barbre; son, Michael Barbre; and four brothers, George, Noble, Bill and Lin Hensley.
She is survived by her two daughters, LuAnn Bruneau of Owasso, Darla Hackett and husband John of Owasso; her three stepchildren, Ann Wilkinson of Tulsa, LaDonna Fuchs of Glencoe, Stan Tucker and his partner Michael McDermott of Fort Worth, Tex.; her grandchildren include Whitney Bruneau and Clarke Bruneau, Maddie Hackett and Johnny Hackett; eight step grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; one brother, Robert Hensley of Wewoka; and one sister Juanita Summers of Collinsville, Okla.
Honorary Pall Bearers will be Whitney Bruneau, Maddie Hackett, Johnny Hackett, Clarke Bruneau, Christian "Opie" Tucker and Annie Tucker.

Martha Tyler
Martha Sue (Grant) Tyler, 67, a resident of Konawa, Okla., died at her home on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4 at the Nazarene Church of Konawa. Rev. Wesley Martin will officiate.
She was born June 8, 1947 in Konawa to Jessie (Sumpter) and Tollie Grant.
She graduated from Konawa in 1967.
She married Ronnie Tyler.
She worked at New Horizon Nursing Home in Konawa for fifteen years as the Activity Director. When Konawa received its first ambulance in 1983, she was their first EMS emergency medical technician. She retired twenty years later.
She is survived by one son, Kevin Grant of the home; two daughters, Susie Stokes of the home, and Angie Brogdon of Konawa; one sister, Barbara Jones of Sasakwa; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Tollie Grant; two brothers, James Grant and Tollie Newton Grant, Jr.
Benjamin Upson
Benjamin Upson was born Feb. 14, 1926 in Wewoka, Okla.
He died Sunday, May 4, 2014 in Claremore.
He attended and graduated from Central High School in Tulsa in May, 1944.
Upon graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was stationed in China, Burma and India as part of the Asiatic Pacific Campaign during World War II.
He was honorably discharged in 1946 but was called back into the service in June 1949 as a drill sergeant at Fort Sill, Okla. where he trained troops for service in the Korean War.
Prior to reporting for service, he married Jeanelle Martin on July 9, 1949 in Tulsa.
After his discharge in 1952, he returned to Tulsa where he was employed as an aircraft mechanic at Spartan Aeronautics specializing in rebuilding radial aircraft engines.
When Spartan relocated, he was hired as a mechanic by Aircraft Accessories where he retired.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanelle Upson; father, Arthur Upson; mother, Hattie Manuelo; sisters, Imogene Cotton and Penny Egleston
He is survived by children, Steve Upson of Ardmore; Mark Upson of Owasso; Donna Lynch of Claremore; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Services were held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
