ADA Services for Wyndell LaKeith Walker Sr., 71, Ada, are 10 a.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Jamie Perry officiating. Burial follows at Memorial Park Cemetery, with the U. S. Navy honor Guard conducting military honors.
Mr. Walked died Sept. 19, 2005, at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born Aug. 6, 1934, at Ada, to Oscar Walker and Perleedia Britt Walker.
He attended Ada schools and graduated from East Central University in 1979, and also graduated from Murray State College with studies in gunsmithing. At that time, he was the oldest college graduate in Oklahoma history. He was Commanding Officer of the U. S. Navy Sea Cadet League from 1982-1984. He worked at Byng schools from 1972-1991, retiring in 1991 as a teacher. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of A.R.R.L. Amateur Radio Operators, Oklahoma Education Association, Pontotoc County Retired Teachers Association, National Rifle Association and T. S. A. He retired from the U. S. Navy as a YN1 after serving 20 years, serving in Vietnam and Korea, and was a member of the Fleet Reserve.
He married Tommie Abbott in January of 1971 in Ada.
Survivors include his wife, Tommie, of the home; five sons, Wyndell L. Walker Jr., Oklahoma City, Mike Canada, Eddie Canada, both of Byng, Ross Galemore, Midwest City, and Keith Walker, Modesto, Calif.; five daughters, Cindy Galemore, Woodward, Wynell Thomas, Ukiah, Calif., Brenda Walker, Linda Walker, both of Dyersburg, Tenn., and Wynelda Jo Woodward, Fort McCoy, Fla.; two sisters, Jackee Bolin, Tulsa, and Merle Ann Knight, Tahlequah; seventeen grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and adopted grandchildren.
Bearers are Keith Allred, Glen Walker, Ronnie Mitchusson, Mark Davis, Kyle Jones and Ronnie Smith.
Honorary bearers are Lyle Henderson, Al Martin, Eric Martin, Ronnie Owens, Evan Martin, Tom Gillum, Justin West, Joe Farmer and Joe Tingle.

Mrs. Faulkner died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, at a local nursing home. She was born March 31, 1929, at Claremont, Ky., to Grover Claver and Nora Lee Warden Logsdon.
She married Delbert Faulkner Oct. 3, 1996, at Ada. Mrs. Faulkner was a homemaker, and a member of the River of Life Worship Center.
She was preceded in death by three children.
Survivors include her husband, Delbert Faulkner, of the home; a son, Wayne Cothern, Irvington, Ky.; three stepsons, Archie Dean Faulkner, Ada, Delbert Wayne Faulkner, Allen, and David Michael Faulkner, Oklahoma City; two stepdaughters, Wildeanna Webb, Ada, and Melinda Hawkins, Blanchard; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Irene Browning, Bardstown, Ky.; a brother, Joe Logsdon, Elizabethtown, Ky.; 14 stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.

OKLAHOMA CITY-Services for Alphus Elisha Al Tribbey, 91, Oklahoma City, formerly of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Rollow Chapel of the First United Methodist Church, Ada, Rev. George Carson will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mr. Tribbey died Saturday, September 17, 2005 at an Oklahoma City nursing home. He was born September 2, 1914 at Maud, Oklahoma to Arthur William and Margaret Florence Akin Tribbey.
He graduated from Maud High School and attended East Central University. He moved to this area from Maud in 1940, and later moved to Oklahoma City in October, 1989.
He married Ruby Vee McGee on August 10, 1933. She died October 3, 1998 in Ada. Mr. Tribbey was the owner of the Kit-Kat Drive-In from 1949 until 1973, and built the Holiday Inn in 1973. He sold the Holiday Inn in 1981 and later built the Rain Tree Motor Inn in 1981. Mr. Tribbey was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge in McAlester and the Director of the Oklahoma Restaurant Organization.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Michael A. Tribbey and his wife Denise, of Edmond, OK; a daughter-in-law, Ann Tribbey, Ada; four grandchildren, Brett Lee Tribbey and his wife Jeannie, Ada, Arthur Edward Chip Tribbey, Ada, Scott Michael Tribbey, Edmond, and Lauren Denise Tribbey, Edmond.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Ruby Tribbey, a son, Arthur Lee Tribbey in May, 2000, three brothers, Emmitt Tribbey, Elbert Tribbey, and John Tribbey.
Bearers will be Brett Tribbey, Scott Tribbey, Ron McMillan, Rick Drummond, Billy Neal, and Rick Neal.

Mr. Gandy died April 22, 2004, at a local hospital. He was born Nov. 4, 1981, to Rob and Kathy Neal Gandy. He lived in this area all his life, attended Ada schools and East Central University. He was active in band & drama at Ada schools, East Central University and the First Baptist Church, Ada.
He was a member of the Bowlegs First Assembly of God Church.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Rusty Gandy, Nov. 6, 2003.
Survivors include his parents, Rob and Kathy Gandy, of the home; two brothers, D. J. Gandy, of the home and Ken Gandy and wife Johnnie, Ada; a sister, Kathleen Thomas and husband Bryan, Moore; his fiance΄, Shayla Robertson, and her family, Seminole; his grandfather, C. Wayne Neal, Oklahoma City; three nieces and a nephew.

Mr. Pearce died April 22, 2004, at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born Jan. 29, 1960, near Ada to Gene and Betty Phillips Pearce. He lived in this area all his life, attended school at Stonewall and graduated from Stonewall High School.
He had owned and operated Wades Muffler Specialists since 1985, and was a member of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church.
He and Jolene Hanks were married Jan. 16, 1988.
Mr. Pearce was preceded in death by two brothers, Kit Pearce and Danny Pearce.
Survivors include his wife, Jolene Pearce, of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Pearce, Corpus Christi, Texas, and Brandi Parry and husband Brandon, Ada; two sons, Buddy Pearce and Andrew Pearce, both of Ada; his parents, Gene and Betty Pearce, Pontotoc; a sister, Jeanie Robins, Byng; and one brother, Sonny Pearce, Fittstown; his mother-in-law, Juanita Bolinger, Atwood; and a grandson, Caleb Parry.
