Deborah Sue (Harjo) Emarthle, 54 year-old, life long Seminole resident died Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She was born Oct. 4, 1957 in Seminole to Mary Jane (Carbitcher) Harjo and Johnson Harjo.
She graduated from Bowlegs High School in 1977.
She worked for Pioneer Nursing Home and Wrangler for several years.
Deborah was a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma and the Tusekia Harjo Band.
Survivors include three sons, Ricky Harjo of Ft. Supply, Adjal Fixico of Seminole and Isaiah Fixico of Holdenville; one daughter, Kimberly Emarthle of Holdenville; three brothers, Curtis Harjo and Raymond Harjo both of Bowlegs and Darrin Harjo of McAlester; three sisters, Phyllis Harjo of Bowlegs, Linda Underwood of Shawnee and Yolanda Harrison of Oklahoma City and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Vincent "Porky" Harjo and Christopher "Gabby" Daniels.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012 at Sand Creek Baptist Church of Wewoka.
Rev. Houston Tiger and Rev Jimpsey Harjo will officiate.
Burial will be at the Harjo Family Cemetery.
Serving as casket bearers are Waylon Cully, Steve Fixico, John Harjo, Chebon Cedartree, Cvto Harjo and Adam Phillips.
Honorary bearers are Geroge Harjo, Leo Tiger, Andrew Harjo, Timmy Casselman and her nephews.
Viewing will be at Swearingen Funeral Home, Friday, July 6, 2012 until 8:00 p.m.
There will be refreshments after viewing at the family home in Bowlegs.
Deborah will be taken to her mother's home in Bowlegs at 4:00 p.m. Saturday for a wake service and on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. she will be taken to Sand Creek Baptist Church.
Emma Warrior-Lawrence
Baby Emma blessed us with her parents on Aug. 1, 2012 at Valley View Hospital in Ada at 10:52 a.m.
Heaven's gain was our loss when our Angel was called by the Lord.
Emma came into this world too soon and was taken too soon.
Emma is the daughter of Alaya Warrior and Tristan Lawrence, both of Konawa.
Survived by her maternal grandmother, Vicki Soar of Konawa; paternal grandparents, Reynolds and Jessica Dillera of Ada; Paternal great-grandparents, Kenneth and Bianca Lawrence of Konawa.
Emma was loved by many Auntie's and Uncles, Denytra Latontaine, Mysteri Dillera, and Heavenly Dillera all of Ada; Taylor Collin of Corpus Christi, TX; Keanan Lawrence, Roshawn Warrior, Nicki Warrior, Frank Warrior ; Kimberly Soar and Frankie Soar all of Konawa.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Frank Warrior Sr; maternal great-grandparents, Elton and Shirley Soar, and Enit and Bessie Warrior.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 7, 2012 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka and burial will follow at Thomas Town Cemetery, Sasakwa.

Idus England
Idus Franklin England, 91, longtime Seminole resident, died Monday, May 28, 2012, in Shawnee.
Idus was born March 30, 1921, in Gans, Oklahoma to Benjamin Franklin and Pollie Ann (Edwards) England.
Idus will always be remembered and loved by all who knew him as a man who lived to serve God.
Idus was a minister for the gospel for over 50 years.
Idus and Winifred moved to Seminole in 1974 from Ardmore to work with the Seminole Church of Christ.
After retiring from the Seminole congregation, he continued his work with the Prague Church of Christ for an additional 12 years.
Idus and Winifred then returned to the Seminole Church of Christ to worship with their daughter, Kay and family.
Idus served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Staff Sergeant.
Idus married Winifred Maxine Broyles on July 6, 1946, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Idus graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Abilene Christian University in 1949.
Idus’ survivors include his wife, Winifred of the home; his daughter, Suzanne Dixon of Arlington, Texas; his son and daughter in law, Richard and Heather England of Bixby; and his daughter and son in law, Kay and Steve Lashley of Seminole; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and other family and many friends also survive him.
His parents; his only sibling, Haskell England and his granddaughter, Eleanor Dixon preceded him in death.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2012, at the Church of Christ at 12040 Highway 99 North in Seminole. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery.
Lonnie Hutton and Chris Stinnett will officiate at the service.
Casket bearers will be Jason England, Jay Lashley, Jack Carroll, Jeremiah McDaniel, Addam Coble and Josh England.
Honorary bearers will be Richard Broyles, Cecil Sullivan, James Vanlandingham, Lee Stilwell and Jack Mattingly.
Funeral services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
Michael Enoch
Michael Travis Enoch, 23 year-old Moore resident passed from this life on Feb 20, 2012 in Watonga, Oklahoma following a tragic accident while working to repair power lines.
Michael was born April 30, 1988 in Ada.
He was employed by Winsons Power line Inc. as a lineman for the past six months, prior to that he had worked for Texhoma Power line Inc.
Michael was a proud member of the Seminole Nation.
He grew up in the Shawnee area where he attended school.
He moved to Moore four years ago.
He was planning to marry his fiancé’ M’Chai George on Oct 13, 2012.
Michael is survived by his son, Mason Travis Enoch of the home; his father and mother, Gregory Allen Enoch and Dawn Enoch of Seminole; his birth mother, Sandra Hopkins of Oklahoma City, and birth father, Charles E. Enoch, Jr., of Oklahoma; eight brothers, Charles Enoch of Oklahoma City, Chris Enoch of Edmond, Kenneth Enoch of Shawnee, Tyler Enoch of Oklahoma City, Joshua Enoch of Liberal, Kansas, Thomas Enoch of Edmond, Zachary Enoch of Oklahoma City, and Victor Enoch of Seminole; one sister, Stephanie Enoch of Oklahoma City; maternal grandparents, Charlotte Hill of Liberal, Kansas, Cheryl Laroque of Nevada, Claude Flores of Liberal, Kansas and Mildred Martin of Oklahoma City; paternal grandmother, Ilene Enoch of Seminole; and a host of other dear family and friends.
His mother, Evelyn Suzette (Strange) Enoch, precedes Michael in death.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, Feb 24, 2012 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel located at 1001 N. Milt Phillips Ave. in Seminole. Pastors Jim and Anita Moreland will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole.
Michael’s brothers and sister will serve as casket bearers.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
Bertha Evans
Bertha (Richter) Evans, 80
Jan. 22, 1932 - July 14, 2012
Seminole resident Bertha Evans passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the age of 80.
Bertha was born Jan. 22, 1932 in Schweinfurt, Germany to parents Christian Richter and Regina (Kropf) Richter.
Bertha moved to Seminole on Oct. 16, 2004 from New Mexico.
She was a member V.F.W. of American Legion and First Christian Church and a secretary for her husband’s business and a home maker.
Bertha married Glenn Ray Evans on April 30, 1952 in Schweinfurt, Germany.
Glenn preceded Bertha in death on April 12, 2012.
Bertha is survived by two sons, Glenn "Ray" Evans, Jr. of Seminole and Ronnie Evans of Hobbs, New Mexico and one daughter, Doris Allison and her husband Ronnie of Seminole.
She is survived by one sister, Gertrude Marx of Schweinfurt, Germany; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Bertha was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marga Siebenlist, Leinleni Kraus and one grandson, Travis Shad Evans.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Pence officiating.
Burial will take place at Little Cemetery.
Casket bearers are Cheyenne Allison, Caleb Evans, Robby Evans, Clint Hahn, Michael Cole and Marty Evans.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.
Lahoma Factor
Lahoma Jane Factor died Feb 29, 2012 at her home in Wewoka, at the age of 59 years.
She was born July 9, 1952 to Tony and Yannah (Emarthle) Factor.
She worked with the developmentally disabled for many years before retiring.
Survivors include her children: Christina Motley, Teyannah Roberts, Missy Roberts all of Wewoka, Amin Factor of Seminole, Leon Blackfox of Siloam Springs, AR, and Joni Harjo of Slidell, LA; Sisters Christine Factor of Wewoka, Mary Jane Morgan of Edmond, OK; Brothers Walter Factor, Charlie Factor, Chalin Factor, Edward Factor of Wewoka, Noah Factor Factor of Okemah, and Newman Factor of Prague, and seven grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents, infant daughter, nephews Sonny Factor and Adam Factor, sister Alma Ann Factor.
Wake service 6:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2012 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service 2:00 PM Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Middle Creek #2, Holdenville with Rev. George Harjochee officiating and burial to follow at Factor Family Cemetery, Limestone, OK.
