Mrs. Barnett died Oct. 28, 2005, at Oklahoma City. She was born June 17, 1908, at Fort Smith, Ark., to Robert Franklin and Lanie McPhetridge.
She was a charter member of Ashland First Baptist Church and member of Southern Hills Baptist Church.
She married Leon T. Barnett. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Billie Jane; four brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her children, Patsy Nan Winsor, Peggy Jean and Robert C. Williams Jr., Robbienelle and Ab Justice, and James Robert and Diane Barnett, all of Oklahoma City; a sister-in-law, Florence McPhetridge; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

SAN JACINTO, Calif. Military graveside services for Robert Lee Connick, 52, San Jacinto, were Oct. 21, 2005, in Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside.
Mr. Connick died Oct. 13, 2005, at San Jacinto. He was born Nov. 14, 1952, at Taft, Calif., to Bob and Mozelle Connick.
He lived in Taft nearly all his life before moving to the Riverside area a few years ago. He attended Taft school and graduated from Taft Union High School in 1970. He was active in band where he played the drums and was a member of Kern County 4-H Club, winning numerous awards for show animals. After high school, Mr. Connick joined the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from Taft College in 1975.
He worked in the oilfields and was employed many years with Mobil Oil and Shell.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, John Connick and Michael Connick; a sister, Cherie Connick; and an infant son, Eric Scott Connick.

Mrs. Adams died Oct. 26, 2005, at a local hospital. She was born May 10, 1937, at Pine, Okla., to Loyd and Ardilla Coffee Prince. She came to this area in 1974 from Muskogee. She was a homemaker and a member of 8th and Oak Church of Christ.
She married Dan Thomas Adams in April, 1996 at Tishomingo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Dan, of the home; one daughter, Phyllis Russell and husband Danny, Ft. Gibson; one son, Billy Dority and wife Dorothy, Ada; two sisters, Wilma Jordan and husband Walter, Stonewall, and Zoria Dougherty and husband Clifton, Newcastle; four brothers, Earnest Prince and wife Fern, Oklahoma City; David Prince and wife Tommie, Richard Prince, all of Stonewall, and James Prince and wife Donna, Galey; three grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Bearers are Doug Bennett, Ricky Prince, Edwin Jordan, Jamie Prince, Buster Prince and Cleaborn Guinn.

Mrs. White died Oct. 25, 2005, at a local hospital. She was born May 3, 1918, at Coalgate, to Robert Lee and Orathy Groves Northcott. She came to this area in 1980. She graduated from McAlester High School, attended Eastern A & M at Wilburton, and graduated from Southeastern at Durant. She was a retired teacher from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and taught in South Dakota, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Utah. Mrs. White served in the U. S. Army during WWII, serving in Washington D. C. She was of the Southern Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Robert Northcott.
Survivors include two sons, Gary WhiteDeer, Ada, and Josh White, San Francisco, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Jamison White, Stillwater, Chanasi Ingle, Quannah WhiteDeer, Jincee Whitedeer, Rachel Deatherage, Jesse WhiteDeer and Nashoba WhiteDeer, all of Ada; and five great-grandchildren, Kira, Brennen, Aliyah, Nicholas and Dakota.

Mr. Burns married Dorothy Ann Brewster Feb. 6, 1938, at Stonewall. She died Aug. 20, 1985. Mr. Burns was a service station attendant, attended the Oak Avenue Baptist Church and was a member of the Odd Fellows.
He was preceded in death by ten brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Dunham and husband Archie, Houston, Texas; a son, Cliff Burns and wife Mary Beth, Castle Rock, Colo.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a cousin, Mildred Yoakum, Ada; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Bearers are Jack Brewster, Roger Burns, Merle Burns, Mike Walker, Roger Reeves and Jim Lillard.
