Jose Manuel Vazquez, age 2, died Tuesday as a result of a car crash near Konawa.
Services were held on Friday at 3 p.m. at Criswell Chapel in Ada.
He was born Aug. 24, l994 to Lupe Vazquez and Jose Guadalupe Segoviano in Ada. He is survived by his mother, his sister, Mariesa Britanie Guitirrez of the home; and his grandparents, Manuel and Cuca Vazquez of Ada.

Curtis Webb
Curtis C. Webb, 75, died Friday at South West Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
Graveside funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Webb was born May 12, 1921 in Wetumka; his parents were H. B. "Bud" Webb and Ruth (Rutledge) Webb.
He lived most of his life in Seminole. He married Jewell (Steward) Webb on Jan. 8, 1947. She preceded him in death on Dec. 16, l989.
Webb served in the U.S. Army in the 3rd Army in Europe during World War II.
He was a member of the Methodist church.
Webb was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jess Webb.
Survivors include one son, Bill Morris of Tuskin, Calif.; one daughter, Joyce Yerby of Stillwater, and three grandchildren.

Minnie Wheeler
Minnie V. Wheeler of Wewoka died in Holdenville General Hospital on Sunday at the age of 100.
Funeral services are set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Stout Funeral Home Chapel. Dan Anderson will officiate.
Interment will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami.
Wheeler was born April 28, 1897 in Texas County of Missouri. She came to the Creek Nation area which is now Pryor at the age of six.
She later moved to Keefer and then moved to Preston where she and her mother ran a boarding house. Then she moved to Sasakwa and later to Cromwell in l932. She lived in Miami for ten years until her husband died. She returned to Wewoka area to live for 28 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Evert Wheeler and one son, Warren V. Wheeler.
Wheeler is survived by three children, Edna Stung of Moore, Margret Stephens of Miami and W. E. (Gene) Wheeler of Wewoka; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Shirley Whisnant
WEWOKA - Funeral services for Shirley Lorretta Whisnant, 60, of Cromwell, have been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Stout. Funeral Chapel. Bob Woodward and Darrell Smith will officiate.
Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.
Whisnant died Monday.
She was born on March 19, 1937, in Stroud to Nannie and William Roundtree.
Whisnant was raised in the Stroud and Prague area and lived in Sasakwa for two years. She had lived in Cromwell since 1950 where she graduated high school.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and attended the Pentecostal Church and taught Sunday school. She was a member of the Home Extension and an activeleader in 4H.
Whisnant was preceded in death by her father; brother, haward Lee Roundtree; and sister, Josehpine Stroud.
She is survived by her husband, Alva, of the home; sons, Dennis Whisnant of Oklahoma City, and Leslie Whisnant of Missouri; mother, Nannie Roundtree of Okemah; Brothers, Troy Roundtree of Cromwell, and Kenneth Roundtree of Blackwell; sister, Dollie Stanfield of Rankin, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Robert White
RUSSELL, Kan. - Funeral services for Robert C. White, 54, son of Seminole resident Maxine Myers, have been scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Revs. Charles Steier and James Grennan will officiate.
Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Pholman’s Mortuary.
White died Monday at Russell Regional Hospital in Russell.
He was born on April 2, 1943, in Downey, Calif., to Sam White and Maxine McConnell.
White moved to Hominy at an early age, where he grew up and attended school. He served in the U.S. Air Force in the Vietnam war, then moved from Oklahoma to Natoma, Kan., before moving to Russel. He worked for Koch Industries for many years and was currently a pipeline inspector.
He married Diane Marie Kraus in Hominy on Oct. 30, 1965. She was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, both of Russell.
White was preceded in death by his father and son, Chad White.
He is survived by his wife of the home; sons, Kevin White, Brad White and Charles White, all of Russell; daughter, Cristine White of Russell; sister, Barbara Hansen of Seminole; half-sisters, Kathy White and Karen Owens, both of Sonoma, Calif.; step-sister, Reba Yeksavick of Tulsa; mother and step-father, Maxine and Lee Myers of Seminole; step-mother, Dorothy White of Sonoma, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Helen White
Helen Bernice White, 72, of Sasakwa, died at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City on Sunday.
Services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Stout Funeral Home Chapel in Wewoka. George Jesse will officiate. Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.
White was born Feb. 2, 1925 in Tulsa. She was raised and lived most of her life in Sasakwa. She graduated from Sasakwa High School.
She was married to Oscar Aaron White on June 15, l943. She was preceded her in death by her husband, by one son, William Edmond White in l983, by one brother, Robert Smith and two granddaughters.
White is survived by three sons, Hershall Eugene White of Oklahoma City, Darrell Lynn White of Shawnee and John Frank White of Sasakwa; two daughters, Hazel Louise Phillips of Holdenville and Anita Sue Blevins of Sasakwa; one brother, William Smith of Indianapolis, Ind., 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Rosie Williams
Funeral services for Seminole resident Rosie Lucinda Williams, 77, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Swearingen Funeral Chapel. Rev. DeWayne Bobbitt will officiate.
Interment will follow at the Little Cemetery under the directions of Swearingen Funeral Home.
She died Saturday at Shawnee Regional Hospital.
Williams was born Oct. 31, 1919 at Alton, Mo., to Jack G. Price and Geneva Catherine (Cartee) Price.
On April 13, 1935 she married Edward E. Williams in Saddle, Ark. He predeceased her on March 20, 1981.
She is also predeceased by her parents and three sisters.
Williams moved to Seminole from Oklahoma City in 1974. She was retired as cook from Seminole High School in 1983. She is a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include one son, Lennit Edward Williams, Freedom, Ind., two daughters, Inez Looney and Donna Whisenhunt, both of Seminole, three sisters, Alma Smith, Kimberling City, Mo., Ruby Bussell, West Plains, Mo., and Fay Rader, Koshkonong, Mo., ten grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Linda S. Woods
A Bowlegs woman has died of injuries she received when she ran into a dump truck parked across old SH 99 last week.
Linda S. Woods, 46, died Saturday at Presbyterian Hospital, Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that Woods suffered multiple head, chest and internal injuries when the 1983 GMC pickup she was driving struck a dump truck driven by Donald Wayne Robertson, 52, Seminole.
Robertson was apparently trying to pull a car out of a ditch. He was not in his vehicle and was not injured.
The accident occured at about 10 p.m. Wednesday, 1.8 miles south of Seminole on old SH 99.
There was no flagman or lights to warn oncoming traffic of the roadblock.
Woods was pinned in her car for 20 minutes before being extricated by Seminole Fire Department and the Jaws of Life.
She was transported to Seminole Municipal Hospital and, at about midnight, was taken by Medicus, Seminole’s ambulance service, to the Oklahoma City hospital because fog had grounded Medi-Flight helicopters.
Hospital sources reported on Friday that Woods’ condition had been upgraded from critical to fair.
Woods’ husband said this morning that her condition worsened late Friday when she began to bleed internally.
Funeral services were scheduled for today at Highland Cemetery, Okemah, under the direction of Schumacher Funeral Home. Rev. Carl Clay officiated.
She was born July 19, 1950, in Okemah to John and Clora (Spain) Fisher.
She had lived in the Bowlegs area for the past four years. She was a Baptist.
She married Charles Woods on April 4, 1995, in Seminole; he survives her of the home.
Other survivors include her parents, John and Clora Fisher, Okemah; one son, Bryan Cain, Bowlegs; one daughter, Danna Helm, Oklahoma City; one granddaughter; and three sisters, Nancy Rowan, McLoud, Carolyn Chambers, Harrah, and Viola Wallace, Okemah.
