Helen Jeffers Donnohue, 96, died on Monday at Britthaven of Jacksonville in North Carolina. Graveside services are set for Friday at 3 p.m. at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home. Indus England will officiate.
Donnohue was born on Oct. 14, 1900 in Indianapolis, Ind., to Helen Jeffers Burger.
She married Grover Lawson in 1945. In 1960 she married C. E. "Jack" Donnohue.
She was preceded in death by both husbands and her parents.
Donnohue lived in Seminole County for 62 years.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Seminole Church of Christ, OES, American Legion Auxiliary and Royal Neighbors.
Donnohue is survived by two sons, Grover Lawson of Hobbs, N.M., and George Lawson of Topeka, Kan., a daughter, Mary Lockhart of Hubert, N.C., a brother, C.K. "Ken" Plotner of Midland, Texas, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Helen Tayloe Douthit
Funeral services for Helen Tayloe Douthit, 92, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday in the First United Methodist Church, Konawa. Rev. Nancy McCoy will officiate.
Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Edmond, under the direction of Pickard Funeral Home.
The long-time Konawa resident died Tuesday at the Jan Francis Nursing Home in Ada.
She was born on Jan. 26, 1905 in Shreveport, La., to Harry T. Styron and Mary (Bass) Styron. She moved to Konawa in 1927.
On Aug. 1, 1929, she married Roy Sanders Douthit in Konawa; he preceded her in death on Jan. 30, 1985.
A retired school teacher, she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta and an Oklahoma University graduate of 1926.
She was a member of the Pioneer Study Club, treasurer of the Methodist Church, and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She also served on the board of the Konawa Health Center, a board member of the Kenneth Library and a member of the Konawa Chamber of Commerce.
Survivors include one son, Styron Douthit, Konawa, on daughter Helen Lee Duckett, Oklahoma City, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family requests donations be sent to the First United Methodist Church, Konawa.
Pallbearers will be James Duckett, Chris Berghoff, Keith Simmons and Paul Douthit.

Silas Duncan
Funeral services for Seminole resident Silas "Sie" Duncan, 81, are pending with Swearingen Funeral Home.
Duncan died Thursday morning.

Silas Duncan
Funeral services for Silas "Sie" Duncan, 81, will be held in the chapel of the Swearingen Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate the service.
Duncan died in his home on Thursday.
He was born Oct. 2, 1915 in Earlsboro to Andrew Jackson and Florence (Turentine) Duncan.
Duncan moved to Seminole in 1934.
He was a veteran of the Coast Guard.
Duncan worked and retired from Wrangler.
He married Dortha "Dorothy" Houck Jan. 24, 1944 in Wewoka. She survives him of the home.
Duncan is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Jimmy Duncan, Earlsboro, and David Duncan, Seminole; one daughter, Mary Hagerty, Lexington; one brother, Ed Duncan, Seminole; and one sister, Bonnie Schlueter, Seminole.
Other survivors include seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tom Castle, George Howell, Richard Houck, Mark Schlueter, Thomas Marshall, and Joe Craig.
Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.

Lweda Joyce Eagleston
Graveside memorial services for Lweda Joyce Eagleston, 66, mother of Seminole resident Beth Wright, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Little Cemetary under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home.
Eagleston died Saturday in Shawnee.
Rev. Glenn C. Peck of First Baptist Church, St. Louis, Okla., will officiate the services.
She was born February 19, 1931 to Jodie and Etta Cora (Moorehead) Robbins in Eldorado, Okla.
She lived in Reydon Okla. where she graduated high school in 1947.
Eagleston lived in Amarillo for nearly 30 years, where she was the supervisor of housekeeping at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo for 17 years. Upon retirement, she moved back to Oklahoma and has lived in Tecumseh since 1994.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Ivan Leroy Eagleston III.
Survivors include one son, Gary Eagleston, Red River, N.M.; five daughters, Loretta Lyles, Red River, N.M., Beth Wright, Seminole, Jackie Marley, Madera, Cal., Mattie McSperritt and Etta Vawter, both of Tecumseh; three brothers, Roy Robbins, Tecumseh, James Robbins, Dumas, Texas, and Bill Robbins, Amarillo, Texas; and three sisters, Mildred Ballew, Lubbock, Texas, Nona Miller, Snow Flake, Ariz., and Ann Seba, Lubbock, Texas
Other survivors include 12 grandchildren.
The family has established a memorial fund at First United Bank of Tecumseh.

Sandra Easter
Funeral services for Sandra Easter, 48, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Seminole.
Dr. Kelvin Moseley will officiate, and burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Easter died Tuesday at Seminole Municipal Hospital.
She was born in Pryor Feb. 1, 1949 to Don and Jewell Raney.
She married Jerry Wayne Easter on Oct. 3, 1993, and she worked as a homemaker and a nurse’s aid.
Raney had lived in the Seminole area for 24 years.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seminole.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; her parents, of Seminole; one son, Nathaniel Moran of Columbia, Mo.; one daughter, Amy Moran of Talequah, and one brother, David Raney of Alexandria, Va.

Daniel Edwards
Daniel A. Edwards, 71, died at his home in Wewoka on Thursday. Graveside services are set for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka. Wayne Parker will officiate.
Interment will follow and is under the direction of Stout Funeral Home of Wewoka.
Edwards was born on Sept. 6, 1925 in LeFlore County in the Kiamichi Mountains to Doc and Victoria Edwards.
He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He lived in Houston and moved back to the Wewoka area in l973.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille of the home; two sons, Daniel Edwards and Haskell R. Streater of Wewoka; one daughter, Elizabeth Cordoni of Wewoka; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by on daughter, Georgia Lou Jane Edwards in August of 1978.

Charles J. Erwin
Funeral services for Charles J. Erwin will be held at Mission Home Baptist Church of Wewoka on Wednesday with Rev. Larry Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.
Erwin died Sunday at Shawnee Regional Hospital at the age of 80.
He was born on Jan.19, 1917 in Red Oak to Jack and Ethel Erwin.
He had been a resident of Wewoka since 1926.
Erwin became a member of the Mission Home Baptist Church in 1932.
He married Neva Crawford of New Lima in 1938.
The retired rancher and lumber company employee served as a Sergeant in the Army Air Force during World War II with the 9th Air Force Division.
Erwin was preceded in death by his daughter, Charleta Haskins.
He is survived by his wife, Neva, brother, Asa Erwin of Wewoka, sister, Jewel Eaves of Red Oak.
Erwin had two grandsons and two great-grandsons.
