OKLAHOMA CITY - Funeral services for Devona (Dee Dee) Branch McGee, 26, are scheduled for noon Thursday at Temple & Sons Chapel, 2801 N. Kelley in Oklahoma City.
Bro. Robert Rivers will officiate. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. in Westwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Dinner will be served at the Westside Community Center, 101 N. Seminole, in Wewoka.
McGee died Friday in Oklahoma City.
She was born April 20, 1971 in Washington D.C. to Lucile and Walter Branch.
She attended Butner Schools for grades 6-8th and graduated from Western Heights School in Oklahoma City in 1989.
McGee received an Associates Degree in accounting from Southwest Community College and was pursuing an education degree at the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond.
She is survived by her husband Zee McGee and one daughter Alexandria McGee, of the home.
Other survivors are her mother, Lucile Branch, Wewoka, a brother Julian Branch, Ft. Hood, Killeen Texas, three grandmothers, Lucile Hardin, Wewoka, Anna Gains, Oklahoma City, and Dorothy Branch, Glade Springs, Fla.
Pallbearers are scheduled to be Marvin Osborne Jr., Reginald O. Foster, Bruce M. Osborne, Clint Osborne, Charles Rogers Sr., and Collie Branch.
Honorary pallbearers are William Hardin, Carl Hardin, Andrew Osborne and Jamar McGee.

Russell McGehee
Graveside services for the grandson of a Bowlegs couple will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Russell "Rusty" Harold McGehee, 36, died Sunday at Eufaula.
Services are to be held at Mallette Cemetery, Eufaula, under the direction of Marritt Funeral Services, Eufaula.
Rev. Ronnie Drake will officiate.
McGehee was born Sept. 1, 1960 in Oklahoma City to Hubert Harold McGehee and Donna Carol Harris.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; one daughter, Brandi McGehee, Stidham; one son, John McGehee, Stidham; two sisters, Lessia Williams, Grand Prairie, Texas and Lezle Pierece, Porum, Okla.; one brother, Jay Demory, Van Buren, Ark.; and grandparents, John and Frankie Johnson, Bowlegs.

Estelle McJunkins
ADA ¾ Funeral services for Estelle McJunkins, 98, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Southwest Church of Christ.
John C. Netherton and Ronny Johns will officiate; burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery under the direction of Criswell Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
McJunkins died Wednesday at an Ada nursing home.
She was born Oct. 12, 1898, in Kings Mill, Ark., to Oscar and Martha Alice (Paden) Murphy.
She received a bachelor’s degree from East Central University. She taught third grade at Seminole and Prairie View Schools for 35 years. She moved to Seminole County in 1975.
She was a member of the Retired Teacher Association and active in the National Education Association.
She married T.O. McJunkins in 1916; he died July 25, 1982.
Survivors include one daughter, Alice Ruth Adams, Ada; one brother, Melvil Murphy, Bartlesville; one sister, Pat Hughes, Bartlesville; one granddaughter, four great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will include Yul Dotson, Ronny Johns, John C. Netherton and Bill Hargraves.

Charles McKay
Charles P. McKay, 78, of Del City died on Saturday. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bill Eisenhour S. E. Chapel with burial at Magnolia Cemetery in Bristow.
McKay worked for Haliburton at Seminole and Bristow for over 20 years; he retired in l971.
He owned and operated McKay’s Carpet Store in Bristow for six years, then he worked as a salesman for Green’s Liquefied Gas in Chickasha where he worked and lived until retiring in l988.
He moved to Del City in l988.
McKay is survived by his wife Naomi, of the home; three sons, Ron McKay of Enid; Charles P. McKay Jr. of New Braunfels, Texas and Michael McKay of Wewoka; one daughter, Connie Bond of Aubrey, Texas; and 11 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Kitty, parents, a sister, Inez and four brothers, Roy, Joe, Frank and George.

Garnet Morton
Garnet E. Morton, 79, died on Friday in Oklahoma City. Services were held on Monday at 10 a.m. at Cooper Funeral Chapel in Tecumseh. Dr. Jim Myers delivered the eulogy. Burial followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Morton was born Jan. 1, l918 in Powell to Robert Edward and Maggie Woods Scribner. She was raised in Powell and lived in Wewoka for 32 years prior to her relocation to Tecumseh in l970.
She married Richard J. Morton in Marshal County in October l934. He preceded her in death on March 27, l984.
Morton was a seamstress for Big Yank garment factory in Wewoka.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Guthrie Jones and Gladys Boles; and three brothers, Isaac, Earl and Walter Scribner.
Survivors included a daughter, Charlene Doris Young of Dallas; two sons, Wendell Morton of Stillwater, and Ralph B. Morton of Wewoka; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Violet Eppler of Madill, Lucille Sartin of Edmond; two brothers, Vernon Scribner of Kingston, and Aubrey Scribner of Tishomingo.

Gertrude Neal
Funeral Services for Gertrude Franklin Neal, 87, were held Saturday at the Upper Room Church of God in Christ.
Burial was at Westwood Cemetery.
Neal died Tuesday at Pioneer Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 12, 1908 in Sherman, Texas, to James and Mamie (Springs) Franklin.
Neal taught music in the Seminole School District, until she moved to Idabel, where she taught until retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tez Shaw, her first husband; Ed Neal, her second husband; one son, and one brother.
Survivors include one sister, Maggie Lee Smith.

Willie Lea Newby
Funeral services were held Thursday for former Seminole resident Willie Lea Newby, 94, at the South Colonial Chapel of Vondel L. Smith and Son Mortuary in Oklahoma City.
Interment was at Little Cemetery.
Newby died Tuesday.
She was born Jan. 24, 1903 in Baird, Texas, to John and Catherine (Green) Russell. She was a homemaker and a member of Southwood Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.
Newby was preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Newby; and two daughters, Evelyn "Boots" Gove and Betty Lounge.
She is survived by three sons, Bob Hutchinson, Lake Charles, La., Charles Edward Newby, Madill, and James Newby, Oklahoma City; one daughter, Anita McDonald, Ponca City; one brother, Cecil Green, Rome, Ga.; and one sister, Thelma Lewis, Davis.
Other survivors include 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

Gary Ogle
Graveside funeral services for Gary Lee Ogle, 50, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Little Cemetery.
Dr. Kelvin Moseley, pastor of First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 6-7 p.m. tonight.
Ogle died Monday at his home after a seven-month bout with cancer.
He was born Sept. 14, 1947, in Milan, Mo., to Ralph and Silvia (Neeley) Ogle.
He graduated from Browning (Mo.) High School in 1965 and served in the U.S. armed forces during the Vietnam War.
He worked for the Constitution Tribune in Chilicothe, Mo., for 14 years before moving to Seminole.
He was employed as production manager at The Seminole Producer for 14 years, retiring in December.
Ogle was a member of First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronnie Ogle.
Survivors include one son, Douglas Ogle, and his fiance, Carla Crossley, Blackwell; two daughters and one son-in-law, Dana and Steve Cunningham, Shawnee, and Cristena Ogle, of the home; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patty and Franklin Cartwright, Brookline, Mo., and Marsha and Darrell Coram, Republic, Mo.; one grandson, Alek Cunningham; one niece, Resa Trader, and one nephew, Robbie Coram.

Gladys Payne
Funeral services for Gladys Rose Payne, 77, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Pickard Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa.
Lizzie Jones will officiate, and burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Payne died Monday in Taft, Calif.
She was born Dec. 17, 1919 to George Van and Rebecca Danner.
She lived in Konawa most of her life, where she worked as a housewife.
Survivors include two sons, Virgil Payne of Oregon and Clyde Payne, Jr. of Arizona; four daughters, Gwendolyn Jones of Konawa, Nyoka Griffin of Newalla, Karryette Johnson of Arizona, and Betty Cloud of California; 13 grandchildren, and several great and great-great grandchildren.
