Funeral services for Travis Shad Evans, 19, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Swearingen Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Jackson and Rev. Lynn Plant officiating.
Burial will be at Little Cemetery.
Travis died Saturday at University Hospital in Oklahoma City.
He was born July 17, 1978 to Glenn Ray Evans and Brenda Sue Hall. He was a lifelong Seminole resident.
Survivors include his mother of Tulsa; father and stepmother, Angela Evans, Seminole; one brother, Caleb Evans, of the home; one sister, Micah Evans, of the home; grandparents, Ray and Pat Hall, Little, and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Evans, Eunice, NM; and great-grandmother Christina Hall, Prague.
Casketbearers include Jason Cross, Matt Allison, Cheyenne Allison, Steve Lemons, Scott Decker, and Rob Russell.
Honorary bearers will include Paul Pierce and Shawn Washington.

Ruby Ferguson
BEND, ORE. - Funeral services for former Seminole resident Ruby Lee Ferguson, 77, were held today at Pilot Butte Christian Church with Pastor David Parsons officiating.
A private family burial will follow under the direction of Deschutes Memorial Funeral Home.
Ferguson was born Sept. 6, 1920 in Sulligent, Ala. to Elijah A. and Effie May (Otts) Chaffin. Her parents moved to Seminole in 1921, where she attended school.
She married Chester M. Harris in 1941. Later divorced, she went to work for Pacific Telephone in 1943, and retired in 1977.
She married Duane E. Ferguson in Jan., 1960. He survives her of the home.
Ferguson was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, two brothers and one granddaughter.
Other survivors include one daughter Karen . Marthaller, Bend, Ore.; one son, Clifford D. Harris Sr., Long Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Nell R. Hall, Bountiful, Utah, and Johnie V. Parris, Tulsa; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Alex Fish
Funeral services for Cromwell resident Alex "Chief" Wilson Fish Sr., 61, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at the Sand Creek Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Jake Marshall and Rev. George Jesse officiating.
Wake services are scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday at Williamson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held at the Scott Family Cemetery.
Fish died Thursday at his home in Cromwell.
He was born June 9, 1936 in Wetumka. He graduated from high school and served four years in the military during the Korean War. He then became a truck driver for Dallas Corp. Carriers.
Survivors include two sons, Alex Wilson Fish Jr., Tecumseh, and John Fish, Oklahoma City; four daughters, Donna Anthamatten, Terlton, Laquita Roberts and Laverna Fish Kionute, both of Okemah, and Edna Donnell Fish, Oklahoma City; two brothers, Maxey Fish and J.B. Fish, both of Wetumka; two sisters, Virginia Whitetree and Diana Moppin, both of Wetumka, and 16 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Harold Wallace, Joe Clay, Jeremy Fish, James Scott, Larry Buckley and Curtis Scott.

Opal Foutz
Funeral services for former Bowlegs resident Opal Alyene Foutz, 65 are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Holdenville Cemetery.
Foutz died Thursday at Nan Travis Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Texas.
She was born April 20, 1932 in Roscoe to Lloyd and Ethel (Konawyer) Baughmen. She was reared in Roscoe and attended Bowlegs schools, graduating from Bowlegs High School in 1950.
She was married to Robert VanBrundt. She was married in 1953 to Jack Pierce, and lived in the Seminole area for many years. On Feb. 22, 1976, she married Rex Foutx in Ada. They lived in Seminole for one year, then moved to their current home in Jacksonville, Texas.
Foutz was a member of the Lady of Sorrows Catholic Chruch, Jacksonville.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Jackie Peace, in 1995.
Survivors include her husband, Rex, of the home; four daughters, Ruth Yancey, Bowlegs, Ruby Potter, Independence, Kans., Rita Peace, Jacksonville, Texas, and Rhonda Yeubanks, Maud; one stepdaughter, Beverly Ann Seaton, Little Axe; two stepsons, Rex Timmerman and Bobby Joe Timmerman, both of Pasadena, Texas; 17 grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will include Rex Stuck, Brad Hasbell, David Hasbell, Jason Phillips, Jamie Self, and Ronald Peace.
Honorary pallbearers include Brandon Hasbell, Ines Stuck, and Alonzo Peace.

Minnie Fowler
MAUD - Funeral services for Maud resident Minnie Bee (Williams) Fowler, 76, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Trinity Baptist Church. Rev. Robert Rogers will officiate the service.
Burial will take place at Wolf Cemetery under the direction of Knight Funeral Home.
Fowler died Wednesday at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She was born July 22, 1921 in Horn Town to David Pickens and Lillie Bell (Smith) Williams.
Fowler was a hairdresser for many years, owning and operating her own beauty shop. She retired from the profession in 1963 to become a homemaker.
She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.
She married M.D. Fowler on Nov. 22, 1939 at Pumkin Center. He survives her of the home.
Fowler was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Danny Fowler; three brothers, Austin, John and Howard Williams; and four sisters, Grace Bible, Jettie Hannon, Ora Cameron and Reba Pheiffer.
Other survivors include on son, Phil Fowler, Maud; one daughter, Aloma Rosamond, Weatherford; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Florence Frank
Funeral services for Florence Frank, 50, is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Arbekia Indian Methodist Church.
Wake services will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Stout Funeral Home. Officiating will be Billy Harjo, Marshall Harjo and Joe Lowe Jr.
Burial will be at the Frank Family Cemetery.
Frank died at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
She was born on Nov. 16, 1946 in Wewoka to Thomas and Misselda (Kaney) Johnson. She lived in Wewoka for 15 years.
She married Roger Frank on May 6, 1968. He survives her of the home.
She was a Certified Inspector with Chromalloy of Oklahoma.
Frank was preceded in death by one son, Dewayne Frank; her parents; one sister, Flora McGirt; and two brothers, Jimmy Johnson and Edward Johnson.
Other survivors include two children, Melissa Frank and Jammie Frank, Oklahoma City; two brothers, Tommy Johnson, Wewoka and Wilbert Johnson, Seminole; and four sisters, Katie Harjo, Oklahoma City, Juanette Johnson, Dallas, Texas, Abbie Louis, Dallas, Texas, and Cynthia Castro, Altus.
Pall bearers will be Ron Frank, Jr. Hinman, Butch Harjo, Anthony Salazar, Terry Bond, and Rodney Louis.
Honorary bearer will be Julian Yvarra.

Robert William Frazier
MAUD - Graveside services for former Maud resident, Robert William Frazier, 60, were held this morning at Cummings Cemetery, with Rev. Jack Thrower officiating.
Burial was under the direction of Knight Funeral Home.
Frazier died Sunday at Hurst, Texas.
He was born Oct. 14, 1936 at Wetumka to Dewie Burton Frazier and Virginia Viola (Jones) Frazier.
Frazier married Linda Tribbey on Feb. 2, 1963 in Oklahoma City; she survives him of their home in North Richland Hills, Texas.
He served 20 years in the US Air Force, retiring in 1975 as a Tech. Sgt. After retiring from the military, he taught heating and air conditioning until he retired in 1995.
Frazier was a member of the First Baptist Church, Choctaw. He belonged to the Oklahoma City Woodcarvers club; Midwest Woodcarvers of Nebraska, Eastern Oklahoma Woodcarvers, Texas Guild of Woodcarvers, Grapevine Heritage Woodcarvers and the National Woodcarvers Association.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
Other survivors include one son Richard Frazier, Grapevine, Texas, one brother, Jimmie Dale Frazier, four sisters, Mary Louise Pagencoff, Fla., Betty Lee Goodlett, Apache Junction, Ariz., Patsy Ruth Carver, Mesa, Ariz., and Carolyn Ellvington, Clovis, N. Mex., and two grandchildren.

Rita Earlene Fry
Funeral services for area resident Rita Earlene Fry, 53, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at the Pickard Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa with the Rev. Jackie Allen officiating.
She died Wednesday at her home in Asher. Burial will be in the Vista Cemetery under the direction of the Pickard Funeral Home.
Fry was born Sept. 9, 1944 in Byars, Okla to George Baker and Vera Lee (Stehr) Baker.
Fry worked as a beautician and was a Baptist by faith.
She married Ronald G. Fry on Dec. 30, 1971 in Seminole County. He survives her of the home.
