Graveside services for former Seminole resident Mary L. Strand, 84, were held Monday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hot Springs, Ark.
Rev. Curtis Abernathy officiated the service.
Strand died Thursday in a Texarkana, Texas hospital.
She was born July 10, 1913 in Seminole to Cleve and Lou Sissy (Knight) Main.
Strand was a member of the First Baptist Church in Nashville, Ark.
She was married to William "Bob" Strand. He preceded her in death in 1993.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one infant daughter, and one daughter, Marie Simmons, two brothers, Henry Main, Homer Main, and one sister, Pearl Grigg.
Survivors include three daughters and son-in-laws, Sharon and Don Campbell, Nashville, Ark., Wanona Kean, Santa Maria, Calif., and Norma Jean and Ed Wisner, Pixley, Calif.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Elmer and Ann Strand, Glennwood, Ark., and Robert and Janet Strand, McFarland, Calif.; one sister, Mamie Hill, Seminole; 19 grandchildren and numerous grandchildren.
Pallbearers included Bobby Campbell, Bryan Strand, Thomas turner, Randy Terry, Steven Terry, LaWayne Strand, Brett McGowen, Shane Abernathy, Robert Morris and Randy Lee Terry Jr.
Josephine Wise
Funeral services for Konawa resident Josephine Wise, 64, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
Rev. Houston Tiger will officiate at the service, assisted by Rev. Fred Lindsay. Interment will follow at the Wise family cemetery.
Wake services are set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the home, Rt. 1 Box 66, Konawa.
Wise died Thursday, Oct. 21, 1999 in Ada.
She was born April 6, 1935 in Henryetta to Martha (Riley) and William West.
A homemaker, Wise also was a seamstress, and lived in the Konawa area most of her life.
Wise was a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church, where she was a sisters leader for the past 20 years.
She married Walter Wise on Feb. 28, 1958 in Seminole. He survives her of the home.
Other survivors include five children, Linda Moreno, Konawa, Walter Wise Jr., of the home, Mary Jo Barnett, Holdenville, Vincent Wise and Kenneth Ray Wise, both of the home; and nine grandchildren.
Buster Wolf
Funeral services for Seminole resident Buster Cecilia Wolf, 70, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hitchitee Methodist Church.
Burial will follow at Hitchitee cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Wake services are scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday at Little River Mission.
Wolf died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999 at Shawnee Regional Hospital.
She was born July 12, 1928 in Seminole to Samsochee and Buster Cecilia Alexander.
A homemaker, she was a member of the Little River Gospel Mission.
She married Jack Wolf in 1947 in Seminole. He survives her of the home.
Wolf was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Joseph Wolf in 1959; one daughter, Gwendalyn Wolf, in 1982; and two sisters.
Other survivors include one son, Larry Wolf, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Patty Yeager, Seminole, and Jackie Wolf, of the home; one sister, Carol McNac, Okmulgee; and one brother, Andrew Alexander, Shawnee.
Anna Sullivan
Graveside services for Anna Carrie Sullivan, 95, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Maud Cemetery.
Rev. Robert Foos will officiate.
Sullivan died Sunday at Holdenville Nursing Home.
She was born November 9, 1902 in Newton County, Ark., to Samuel and Loretta Carlton.
She had lived in Allen for the past 10 years, where she served as a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Parker Sullivan; one son, Jim Sullivan, and two daughters, Maxine Brannan and Jean Weathersby.
Survivors include six grandsons and one granddaughter.

Odell Tarpley
Graveside services for Odell Tarpley, 78, are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Rev. Charles Troglin will officiate, and services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Tarpley died Sunday at Holdenville General Hospital.
He was born January 16, 1919 in Idabel to Roy and Bertha Tarpley. He married Ora Lee Joyce in 1959, and she preceded him in death in 1995.
He is also preceded in death by three brothers, Ed, George, and Chelsea Tarpley, and two sisters, Norma Hale and Inez McIntosh.
Survivors include one son, Gary Tarpley of Roseberg, Ore.; three brothers, Marvin Tarpley of Dotson, Tex., Jack Tarpley of Wewoka, and Verlin Tarpley of Norman, and two sisters, Mary Lou Waters and Wanda Hand, both of Wewoka.

Henry Taylor Jr.
SASAKWA - Funeral services for former Wewoka resident Henry Adam Taylor Jr., were held today at Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Burial was at Rock Springs Cemetery.
Taylor died Monday.
He was born Feb. 19, 1934 in Wewoka.
Survivors include five children, Marilyn Sue Hill, Oklahoma City, Genny James Taylor, and Henry Wayne Taylor, both of Midwest City, Sandra Ann Johnson, Choctaw, and Scott Wilson Martin, Canton, Ga.; one brother, Husky Powell, Taff, Calif.; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Russell Teehee
Funeral services for Russell Teehee, 35, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Swearingen Funeral Chapel.
Rev. Milburn Hall will officiate the services. Burial will take place at Little Cemetery.
Teehee died Tuesday at his Seminole home.
He was born Dec. 11, 1961 in Oklahoma City to Ross and Lottie (Marshall) Teehee.
Teehee did contract labor as a career. He was a member of Sand Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; two brothers, Jubon Teehee, and Terry Teehee, both of Seminole; four sisters, Josie Murry, Oklahoma City, Joann Tebe, Konawa, Betty A. Fraire, and Shirley Perez, both of Seminole; three nieces, 12 nephews and two great-nephews.

Annie Thomas
Funeral services for former Seminole County resident Annie A. Thomas, 76, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Yanda & Son Chapel in Yukon.
Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
Thomas died Thursday at her Yukon home.
She was born Sept. 26, 1921 in Konawa to Wesley and Allie Duncan, the oldest of ten children.
Thomas lived most of her life in Seminole before moving to Duncan in 1955, and then to Oklahoma City in 1968.
She married Cecil H. Thomas in 1939 in Ada. He preceded her in death in July, 1997.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Hokit, Yukon, and Betty Turman, Warr Acres; three brothers, three sisters, and four grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to cancer research or the charity of your choice.

Rance Thompson
Graveside services for Rance Lee Thompson, 26, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Little Cemetery.
Rev. David McDougal, Free Will Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Thompson died Friday at Nacogdoches, Texas.
He was born Oct. 6, 1971, in Lubbock, Texas, to David and Juanita (Gammell) Thompson.
He was an air conditioning and heating repairman in Plano, Texas, and a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Survivors include his parents David and Juanita Thompson of Grand Prairie; his grandparents, Jake and Mary Lee Thompson, Seminole and Zil Gammell, Fort Sumner, N.M.; and one brother, Richie Thompson, Lubbock.
