Graveside services for Taylor Ann Dixon, infant daughter of Maud area resident Rachel Dixon, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cummings Cemetery.
Rev. Bill Florez will officiate at the services. Arrangements are under the direction of Knight Funeral Home, Maud.
Dixon was born and died on Sept. 5, 1999 in Oklahoma City.
She is survived by her mother, of the home; grandparents Mark and Sabrina Dixon, Asher; and great-grandparents, J.W. Pierce, Macomb, Judy Lynch, Chickasha, and Alta Leona Dixon, Tecumseh.

Jack Burton Dixon
Graveside services are scheduled for former longtime Seminole resident Jack Burton Dixon, 71, at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Little Cemetery under the direction of the Swearingen Funeral Home.
Army Chaplain Capt. Martha Carson is set to officiate at the services.
Dixon died Monday, Dec. 28, 1998 in Oklahoma City.
He was born Oct. 9, 1927 in Seminole to Opal (Sylvers) and Oscar Dixon.
In April 1980 he married Florence Evelyn (Yates) Dixon at Tinker AFB.
He retired from the US Army as a Master Sgt. of the 11th Airborne Division and served in Vietnam as a Paratrooper. He was a 26-year veteran.
Dixon worked as a maintenance supervisor for American Building Association in Oklahoma City. He was also a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by both parents.
Dixon is survived by his wife of the home; four sons, David, Ken, Steve and Paul Dixon, all of Oklahoma City; one brother, Don Dixon of Houston, Texas; one sister Kay Squires of Springfield, Ark; and eight grandchildren.

Sarah Dodson
Graveside services for Sarah Michelle Dodson, the 12 day old infant daughter of Eddie and Nancy (Whisnant) are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Bearden Cemetery.
Bro. Larry Chesser, Sr. will conduct the service under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Okemah.
Dodson was born on July 21 in the Seminole Medical Center.
She died on Aug. 2 at Children’s Hospital at 12 days.
She is survived by her parents of Bearden; one brother, Nicholas James Dodson of the home; maternal grandparents, James and Faye Whisnant of Bearden and paternal grandparents, Johnny and Ellen Dodson.

Troy "Cojack" Dodson
Graveside services for Troy "Cojack" Dodson, 56, husband of former Wewoka resident Betty Ann (Carnes) Dodson, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sand Creek Cemetery.
Rev. Carl Clay will officiate at the service with Rev. Dennis Yeubanks assisting.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Okemah.
Dodson died Sunday, Nov. 7 at Creek Nation Hospital.
He was born April 27, 1943 in Okfuskee County to Charley Dodson and Lucy Smith Dodson.
A mechanic for most of his life, Dodson was a lifelong resident of Okfuskee County.
He had resided in Okemah Pioneer Nursing Home since Nov. 1995.
Dodson was a member of Skyview Baptist Church.
He married Batty Ann Carnes on Aug. 2, 1969 in Okemah. She survives him of the home.
Dodson was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Roy Dodson and Chamas Dodson; and one sister, Pauline Smith.
Other survivors include two sons, Troy Dodson Jr., and Roy Lee Dodson, both of Okemah; two brothers, J.B. Dodson, Tulsa, and Leo Dodson, Coweta; and two sisters, Jessie Worley and Betty Johnson, both of Okemah.

Ruby Doolen
Funeral services for Konawa resident Ruby Doolen, 97, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Vamoosa Baptist Church.
Rev. Keith Burden will officiate at the service, assisted by Asst. Rev. Wayne Patton. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Doolen died Wednesday, March 31, 1999.
She was born Sept. 5, 1901 in Francis to Alice and Abslom Hudson.
Doolen lived in the Konawa area for most of her life, and was a charter member of Vamoosa Baptist Church.
She married Roy "Babe" Doolen in Sasakwa on May 17, 1917. He preceded her in death April 1, 1959.
Doolen was also preceded in death by one daughter, Naomi Davis; and three sons, A.J., Jesse "Son", and Roy Dean Doolen.
Survivors include four daughters, Mildred Lancaster, Dealtha Stafford and Joann Rodgers, all of Ada, and Janice Ross, Ft. Gibson; 23 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Lois "Lorene" Drake
Graveside services for Lois "Lorene" (Anderson) Drake, 75, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Little Cemetery.

Drake died Friday, Sept. 24, 1999 at Seminole Estates Nursing Home.
She was born April 27, 1924 to Emmitt and Elizabeth Anderson
A homemaker, she married Walton Drake in March of 1942. He preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 1984.
Drake was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Judy Ann Drake Siler, and grandson Christopher Todd Siler, both on Aug. 4, 1972.
Her son, Tim Drake, Seminole, survives her.

Cletta ‘Joy’ Drennon
Funeral services for former Seminole resident Cletta "Joy" Drennon, 43, of Shawnee, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Galilee Baptist Church in Seminole.
Rev. Bobby Ray Curry will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Athans Cemetery in Ada under the direction of Keller Funeral Home.
Drennon died Sunday, July 25, 1999 at her home.
She was born Dec. 12, 1955 in Oakland, Calif. to Dorothy Lee Sharp Drennon.
Drennon was preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include one son, Chevis Sharp, Shawnee; two daughters, Sharrhonda Sharp, Kansas City, Mo., and Shanta Sharp, Shawnee; one brother, Dewey Drennon, Norman; and five sisters, Beilinda Anderson, Oklahoma City, Stephanie McDade, Denver, Colo., Denise Drennon, Shawnee, Regina Sharp, Norman and Jeanette Drennon, Norman.

Beulah Duley
Funeral services for Cromwell resident Beulah Hayes Duley, 90, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Cromwell Church of Christ.
Dr. Douglas Beck will officiate at the services. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.
Duley died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999.
She was born Dec. 28, 1908, next to the youngest in a family of 16.
Duley was preceded in death by her father, Enoch Luther Hayes; her mother, Nancy Naomi McGehee Hayes; and her husband, Alex M. Duley, of Cromwell.
Survivors include her brother, Rufus D. Hayes, Baton Rouge, La.; and longtime friend and neighbor, Will Douglas.
Pallbearers are listed as Calvin Carpenter, Norman Gilley, Steve Brewer, Steve E. Brewer, Ed Wesley, and Clay Wesley.

Elmer Duncan
Funeral services for longtime Seminole resident Elmer Elden Duncan, 75, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.

Duncan died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999 at Shawnee Regional Hospital.
He was born Feb. 18, 1923 in Heavener to Walter Ernest and Ida Mae (Teeter) Duncan.
A veteran, he served from Jan. 1943 through Dec. 1945 in the US Army during World War II.
A member of Bowlegs First Baptist Church, Duncan retired from Ft. Sill civil service and was also a carpenter.
He married Maxine Bonnie (Lawson) Duncan on June 6, 1952 in Oklahoma City; she preceded him in death Feb. 25, 1995.
Duncan was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors are two sons, Elmer and Robert Duncan, both of Seminole; one sister, Grace Woodruff, Lindsay; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Casket bearers are listed as Jerry, Larry, Tommy and Edward Minihan, O’Neil Duncan, Cecil Lockwood and Doug Atyia.
