Graveside services for Seminole resident Lewis Hall, 79, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Chris Stinnett will officiate at the service. Burial arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Hall died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999 at Seminole Estates Nursing Center.
He was born Oct. 11, 1919 in St. Cloud Minn. To Everet and Selma Lewis.
A veteran, he served in the US Army. He moved to Seminole in 1979 from California.
Lewis retired in 1979 from Lockheed Aircraft Plant in Burbank, Calif.
He is a member of the Church of Christ.
Lewis married Sarah Belle Jones Sept. 20, 1942 in Phoenix, Ariz. She survives him of the home.
He is also survives by several cousins.

Rev. Marvin Hamm
Funeral services for former Seminole minister, Rev. Marvin Edward Hamm, 76, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Hahn-Cook-Street and Draper Funeral Home, Oklahoma City.
Interment will follow at Matheson Cemetery, Piedmont.
Hamm died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999 in Willow Springs, Mo.
He was born Jan. 21, 1922 in Okarche to Martin Arthur and Mamie Colson Hamm.
A veteran, Hamm was inducted into the US Army in 1942, and was assigned to Co. C. 3rd Tank Battalion, 10th Armored "Tiger" Division, under the leadership of Gen. George Patton.
He drove a tank in the European Theater of Operations, where he participated in the Rhineland Campaign.
Hamm was wounded in action Nov. 21, 1944, near Saarbrucken, Germany, and was decorated with the Purple Heart.
He was separated from the Army in 1945, receiving medals for Good Conduct, American Campaign, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign, WWII Victory, Army of Occupation with Germany Clasp, and an Honorable Service Lapel Button WWII.
Upon leaving the military, he entered the ministry of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, and served as pastor in Seminole as well as Durant, Ada, Wagner and Okmulgee.
Hamm also pastored churches in Kansas, California and Missouri.
He served as Youth Director and Assistant Conference Superintendent during his tenure with the Pentecostal Holiness organization.
Hamm conducted revivals and held camp meeting across the United States.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian J. Hamm, Willow Springs; two daughters, MarVenea L. Rainwater, and Wanda J. Hamm both of Oklahoma City; one son, Edward L. Hamm, Toluca Lake, Calif.; one sister, Juanita Gaubert, Piedmont; one brother, Donald Hamm, South Gate, Calif.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mamie Hance
Mamie Lorene "Jean" Hance, 82, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 1999 at Pioneer Nursing Home in Seminole.
No funeral services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Hance was born Dec. 13, 1917 in Hominy to Alex and Elma (Eberhard) Hendrix.
After living in Portland, Ore., for many years, she retired and moved to Arkansas City, Kan. in 1989, then to Seminole in April, 1999.
While in Portland, she was employed as a seamstress for Pendleton Garment Company; she retired after 30 years with the company.
Hance was a member of the Lutheran Church in Portland.
She married Herbert Hance in 1977 in Portland; he preceded her in death in September, 1986.
Hance was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Florene Randel.
Survivors include two brothers, John Hendrix, Seminole, and Jack Hendrix, Newalla.

Chester Hand Jr.
Funeral services for Konawa resident Chaster Hand Jr., 38, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Richard Winters will officiate at the service. Interment is under the direction of Pickard Funeral Home in Konawa.
Hand died in an automobile accident near Sasakwa this morning.
He was born March 22, 1961 in Michigan to Honey and Chester Grant Sr.
Hand worked as a correctional officer, and lived in Konawa.
He had served 13 ½ years in the US Marines.
Hand married Kelly Hand on March 20, 1993 in Ada. She survives him of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Jody Kay Hand and Kasandra Denise Hand, both of the home; one sons, Charles Grant Hand, of the home, his father, of Wichita Falls, Texas; his mother, of Oklahoma City; one grandmother, Allie Taylor of Midwest City; one brother, James Hand, Wichita Falls, Texas, and one sister, Rhonda Henderson, Edmond.

Norman Haney Jr.
Funeral services for former Seminole resident Norman P. Haney Jr., 47, were held this afternoon at Seminole Hitchitee UMC.
Rev. Timothy Byington officiated at the services. Interment will follow at Seminole Hitchitee cemetery under the direction of Roesch Walker Funeral Home, Shawnee.
The National American Indian Movement Honor Drum conducted the traditional ceremony led by the founders, Vernon and Clyde Bellcourt.
Haney died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999 in McLoud.
He was born Dec. 8, 1951 in Claremore Indian Hospital, to Norman Sr. and Evelyn Brave Haney.
Haney graduated from Bethany High School in 1970, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Central State University in 1987.
He also earned a Masters of Criminal Justice Administration degree in 1989 from Oklahoma City University.
In 1973, Haney was the only Seminole defendant of the occupation of Wounded Knee, S.D., and was a lifetime member of American Indian Movement, and was also a member of Nagawee United Methodist Church, serving as lay leader.
Survivors include his parents, of McLoud; three daughters, Mignon Marie Hill and Mikala Lakota Haney, both of Yukon, and Lanae Lakota Haney, Dewey; one brother, Michael S. Haney, Glenpool; two sisters, Janet (Haney) Byington, Dewey, and Muriel (Haney) Wakolee, Shawnee; and four grandchildren.

Mildred Hankins
Graveside services for former longtime Seminole resident Mildred Hankins, 81, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Rest Haven Memorial Garden Cemetery.
Ralph Jones will officiate at the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Hankins died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999 at her home in Hobbs, N.M.
She was born May 6, 1918 in Homer, La. to J.T. and Myrtle A. Harris.
A homemaker, Hankins was a member of the Church of Christ.
She had lived in Seminole County from 1930-91.
She was married to Edward C. Hankins; he preceded her in death on July 8, 1981.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Floyd Williams; and one sister, Merle Deloach.
Survivors include one son, Edward Lee Hankins, Weatherford; one daughter, Shirley Lawson, Hobbs, N.M.; one brother, Ben Williams, Hobbs; and one sister, Gladys Lovell, Waukomis; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Jack Hanun
Funeral services for longtime Seminole County resident Jack Arnold Hanun, 91, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Swearingen Funeral Chapel.
James Choate will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery.
Hanun died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999 at Seminole Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 16, 1907 in Earlsboro to Bee and Mary Bell (Ring) Hanun.
A paint contractor, Hanun was baptized at First Baptist Church of Maud on March 20, 1938.
He moved to Seminole from Maud in 1949, and had attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since 1968.
Hanun married Jettie Marie William on May 14, 1932 in Bowlegs. She preceded him in death on April 21, 1967.
He later married Peggy (Edgell) Irwin on Nov. 30, 1993 in Seminole. She survives him of the home.
Hanun was also preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Jo Ann (Hanun) Riggs, on Oct. 12, 1977; and several brothers and sisters.
Other survivors include two stepdaughters, Marion "B.J." Irwin, Las Vegas, Nev., and Charlynn "Bo" Jones, Seminole; one brother, Arthur B. Hanun, Las Vegas; one sister, Cordilla (Hanun) Foster, Napa, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Casket bearers are listed as William I. Choate, Steven Choate, David Choate, Paul Choate, Eric Choate and Richard Lay.
Honorary bearers include Eddie Tiger, William W. Choate, Carl Watson, Kenneth "Sarge" Colvin, Bill Campbell and Marvin Matthews.
