Graveside services for Konawa resident Carlton "Montana" Moore, four month old son of Jalonna Waldron and Ronald Moore, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Konawa Cemetery.
Rev. Wesley Martin will officiate at the services. Arrangements are under the direction of Pickard Funeral Home, Konawa.
Moore died Friday, April 2, 1999 in Konawa.
He was born Nov. 16, 1998 in Ada.
Moore was preceded in death by one great-grandpa, Carl Myatt.
He is survived by his parents, of the home; one brother, Joseph "Dakota" Moore, Konawa; three sisters, Dalynn McGee, Konawa, Desirae McGee, Tecumseh and Alexia Moore, Tecumseh; grandparents, Mary Waldron, Bill Armstrong, both of Konawa, James and Linda Waldron, Oklahoma City, Alfred Moore, Konawa and Tom and Dena Breedlove, Choctaw; and great-grandparents Juanita Moore and Betty Myatt.

Cora Moore
Funeral services for former Wewoka resident Cora E. Moore, 89, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Stout Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Dan Anderson will officiate at the services. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Moore died Sunday, July 18, 1999 at the Methodist Home in Enid.
She was born April 11, 1910 in Okfuskee County to William and Julia Sturgis.
Moore lived in the Butner Community, then in Wewoka until 1952 when she moved to Silver, Texas.
She moved back to Wewoka in 1974.
Moore was of the Baptist faith.
She married Carl T. Moore on Dec. 24, 1929. He preceded her in death Feb. 7, 1981.
Moore was also preceded in death by one son, Mickey Moore.
Survivors include one daughter, Julia J. Wadkins, Drummond; six grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Lillian Moore
Funeral services for Wewoka graduate Lillian Esther Moore, 82, are scheduled for noon Friday at Union Missionary Baptist Church in Shawnee.
Rev. Clifton E. Broadous Sr. will officiate at the service. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery in Wewoka under the direction of Temple and Son Funeral Directors Inc., Oklahoma City.
Moore died Monday, July 19, 1999 at a Shawnee Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 27, 1917 in Corinth, Miss., to Dave Henderson Jones and Mary Galloway.
Moore was a graduate of Douglas High School in Wewoka, and also from Nila Jewel’s Cosmotology School.
She joined the Union Missionary Baptist Church and worked in many of the church’s auxiliary organizations, and also Excelsior Federation Women’s Club in Shawnee and the Heroines of Jerico.
Moore was also employed with Oklahoma Natural Gas Co., from which she retired.
A foster mother, she had five foster children, Danny, Karen Adams, King David, Davetta and June Washington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
Survivors include one daughter, Schelby Kay Carthen, of the home; four sisters, Barbara J. Maddox and Tommie L. Davis, Bakersfield, Calif., Ida Lewis, Detroit, Mich., and Marguerie Jones, Oklahoma City; one brother, William Henderson "W.H." Jones; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Cecil Moore
Funeral services for longtime Seminole resident Cecil Allen Moore, 84, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Carl Whitfield and Rev. Robert Hightower will officiate at the service. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Moore died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999 at Shawnee Regional Hospital.
He was born Aug. 26, 1914 in Pawnee to G.W. and Josephine (Allen) Moore.
Moore moved to Seminole in 1929 from Pawnee.
A mechanic and cattle rancher, he was also a Baptist and Mason.
Moore was married to Uela (Arthur) Moore. She survives him, and resides in Lindsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Mike Moore, Howard Moore, and Lloyd Moore.
Other survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Flossie and Raymond Spoonemore, Nephews Arthur and Joan Moore, Lindsay, Cecil and Joann Spoonemore, Larry and Jeannie Spoonemore, all of Seminole; and numerous great and great-great-grandnieces and nephews and numerous friends.
Casket bearers are listed as Kenneth Lail, Ted North, Kevin Taylor, Ralph Bell, Wendell Woody and Jeff Cavett.
Honorary bearers are listed as Dale Gibson, Max Waller and Frank Hester.

David Moore
Funeral services for former Wewoka resident David C. Moore, 53, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, Tulsa.
Burial and graveside services are set for 3 p.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
Moore died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1999 at his home in Tulsa.
He was born Aug. 2, 1945 in Pryor to Chester and Ruby (Smith) Moore.
The family moved to Wewoka in 1947.
Moore served in the US Navy as a corpsman in Vietnam and was a graduate of East Central University.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1987 and his mother in 1996.
Survivors include one daughter, Stephanie Moore, Stillwater; one son, Brian Moore, Broken Arrow; three brothers, Billy Moore, Edmond, Don Moore and Jim Moore, both of Wewoka.
Services are under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home, Tulsa.

Maxine Moore
Funeral services for Seminole County native Maxine Abel Moore, 65, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Fairview Baptist Church.
Rev. Chuck Utsler will officiate at the service with Rev. Richards Stillwell assisting. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Home.
Moore died Monday, Jan. 18, 1999 at a Shawnee hospital.
She was born Aug. 12, 1933 in Seminole County to Jesse and Della (Barnes) Abel.
Moore attended Prairie Valley Schools and lived in Shawnee for most of her life.
She retired as a bank teller after more than 30 years of service, and was a member of Fairview Church.
She married Jerry W. Moore on June 8, 1952 at Fairview Baptist Church, Earlsboro. He survives her of the home.
Moore was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Betty Yvonne Abel; and one brother, Adrian Abel.
Other survivors include four daughters, Sally Odom and Kathy Shropshire, both of Shawnee, Sue Moore, Dallas, Texas, and Lisa Sims, Norman; two brothers, O.K. Abel, Shawnee and Jesse Abel, Odessa, Texas; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family requests that memorials be made to Fairview Baptist Church building fund, or Hospice of Shawnee.

Capitolia Moran
Funeral services for former longtime Seminole resident Capitolia (Skillern) Moran, 83, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside committal is planned for 2 p.m. at Coleman Cemetery, in Coleman.
Moran died Wednesday, June 2, 1999 at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla, California.
She was born Aug. 13, 1915 in Milburn to Jefferson Otis and Essie (Quaid) Skillern.
A teacher, Moran retired after 42 years, 40 of those teaching in Seminole County.
She was a member of DAR and the Retired Teachers Association.
She married Howard Wilson Moran on Dec. 26, 1937 in Milburn. He preceded her in death on July 3, 1968.
Moran was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Survivors are one son, Howard Wilson Moran Jr., Huntsville, Texas; one daughter, Tanya Chen, La Jolla, Calif.; one sister, Eudean Beebe, Wichita, Kan.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Honorary casket bearers are listed as Kent Beebe, Pat Moran, Robert Reed, Steve Adams, George Beebe, Cameron Chen and James Beebe.

Ora Moreland
Ora R. Moreland, better know as "Mema," began life on Feb. 10, 1936 and left many loved ones on Sept. 30, 1999.
After a lengthy illness, Mema passed on at Presbyterian Hospital at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Mema was preceded in death by her mother and father, four brothers, two sisters, and one great-grandchild.
Survivors are her husband, "Porky" Jack Moreland, daughter Valerie Allen, grandson Patrick Green and her dog, Poo, of the home; her children, Robert and Paula Pierson, Oklahoma City, Samuel and Debbie Pierson, Midwest City, David and Charlotte Pierson, Meeker, Pamela and Michael Currie, Germany, James and Nita Moreland, New Lima, Linda VanZant, Wolf, Dennis Voelker, Seminole, Ray and Helen Harris, Valiant, Jeff Meeks, New Lima, Mark and Glenda Sanders, Maud, C.J. and Serena Vigil, Seminole, and 38 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Mema will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a bright ray of sunshine in everyone’s lives.
There wasn’t a person - man, woman or child - that Mema met that she didn’t consider her own child, grandchild or great-grandchild.
There will be a gathering at noon on Saturday at Porky and Ora’s house. After the gathering, everyone is welcome to follow the family to Blue River for a final goodbye to a "wonderful" wife, mother, mema and great-mema.
