Graveside services for Wewoka resident Opal Virginia Lee (King) Fleming, were held Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002 at Little Cemetery, under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home.
Rev. Dan Anderson officiated the services.
Fleming died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002 at Elmwood Nursing Home in Wewoka at the age of 81.
She was born to Robert Henry King and Clara Rosa Nicely King on Oct. 20, 1920 in Okataha.
Her family moved to the area when she was a young child.
Fleming was a graduate of Wewoka High School.
She married Lawrence Fleming in 1943 and they made Wewoka their home.
Fleming was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by one son, Larry Fleming; and one granddaughter.
Shirley Fletcher
Funeral services for Maud resident Shirley Louise Fletcher, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church of Maud.
Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate the services.
Burial will follow at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, under the direction of Knight-Swearingen Funeral Home.
Fletcher died Friday, July 19, 2002 at her home in Maud at the age of 66.
She was born to Ray Horner and Viola (Kemph) Horner on July 4, 1936 in Wakefield, Kan.
She married Joe Fletcher on June 1, 1955 in Manford.
Fletcher was a homemaker and mother, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maud.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jacqueline D. Fletcher on Feb. 4, 1963; one son, James Neal Fletcher on October 9, 1964; two sisters, Kretta Schultz and Marie Lee; and one brother, Leo Horner.
Fletcher is survived by her husband, Joe, of the home; two sons, Barry Fletcher, Maud, and Corey Fletcher, Shawnee; two brothers, Arthur Horner, Junction City, Kan., and J.W. Horner, Glendale, Ariz.; and one granddaughter.
Pallbearers are Ray Fletcher, Steve Fletcher, Cary Fletcher, Larry Fletcher, Tommy King, and Mike Stalnaker.
Elma (Phillips) Fogarty
Funeral services for Seminole resident Elma (Phillips) Fogarty are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Highway Baptist Church.
Revs. John Haddock and Cal Hunter are set to officiate.
Burial is to follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Fogarty died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002 at Seminole Estates Nursing Home at the age of 83.
She was born April 19, 1918 in Everton, Ark. to Temple Garrett and Audo Margaret (Swoffard) Phillips.
She attended Varnum High School.
Fogarty married John A. "Arch" Fogarty on Sept. 12, 1937.
She was a member of Highway Baptist Church and the Prairie Valley Home Extension Group.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one son, John G. Fogarty on April 10, 1993.
Fogarty is survived by one daughter, Margaret Brewer Lawson of Tulsa; one daughter-in-law, Margo Fogarty of Roswell, N.M.; a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and W.C. Mills of San Angelo, Texas; grandchildren, Robert Brewer and his wife, Haley, Chelley Davison and her husband, Mike, Heather Fogarty and Heath Chambers; and great-grandchildren, Magan Brewer, Lauren, Shannon and Jeffrey Davison.
Hobart Fowler
Graveside funeral services for Hobert Leroy Fowler, the brother of a Seminole resident, were scheduled for Tuesday morning at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
Services are under the direction of Barnes and Johnson Funeral Home of Midwest City.
Fowler died Friday, July 26, 2002 at the age of 85.
He was born Dec. 29, 1916 in Holdenville to Jim and Bertha (Adams) Fowler.
He was a World War II veteran and a superintendent for Tri State Building and Supply Company.
Fowler is survived by his wife, Raye; four daughters, Patsy Ann of Oklahoma City, Cheryl Yvonne of McKinney, Texas, Ramona Dawn of Midwest City, and Pamela Jean of Arma, Kan.; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one brother, L.C. "Pete" Fowler of Seminole.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, James; and two sisters, Hazel Gosey and Thelma Pearl Fowler.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the America Heart Association.
Reba Frazier
Graveside funeral services for Reba Ray (Sanders) Lott Frazier were scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Services were under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Frazier died Friday, March 22, 2002 at her home in Seminole at the age of 63.
She was born March 1, 1939 in Wetumka to Edward and Merle (Ray) Sanders.
She married Darrell F. Lott in 1963.
He preceded Frazier in death in 1996.
She then married Osbey Frazier in 1997.
He preceded her in death in 1999.
Frazier retired from Home Health Care in 1998.
She was a member of the Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her father; one brtoher, Ebert Sanders in 1987; one infant sister, Jenette Sanders; and both husbands.
Frazier is survived by her mother of Seminole; two sons, Stephen Lott of Okeechobee, Fla., and Jeffery Allen Mason of Corcoran, Calif.; one daughter, Katherine Boardman of Ogden, Utah; one brother, David Sanders of Seminole; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Clyde Freer
Funeral services for Clyde Earnest Freer were held Monday at Stout Funeral Chapel.
Rev. Leo Streater officiated.
Services were under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.
Freer died Thursday, May 16, 2002 at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville at the age of 86.
He was born in Chilton, Mo. on March 24, 1916 to Harry and Anna Odessa Daniels Freer.
He grew up in Oklahoma and attended Ong School.
Freer married Mildred Inez Thomas on Sept. 10, 1933 in Wewoka.
They moved back to Wewoka 32 years ago from Albuquerque, N.M.
He owned and operated Clyde’s Body Shop until his retirement.
Freer was preceded in death by his parents; one infant son, Jack in 1937; a son, Eugene in 1959; and one brother, Jim Freer.
He is survived by his wife of the home; one son, Jerry Freer of Wewoka; three brothers, Charles Freer of Los Molinos, Calif., Frank Freer of Chico, Calif., and Sam Freer of Durham, Calif.; one sister, Irene Freer Barrot of Corning, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Lenny Freer, Ray Freer, Jerry E. Freer, Ed Freer, Ron Walker, and David Smith.
Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Freer, Tony Johnson, and Donny Gleason.
Charlotte Frye
Graveside funeral services for Charlotte Geraldine Frye are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Frye died Thursday, May 23, 2002 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 67.
Frye was born May 8, 1935 in Wewoka to Eldon and Myrtle Dorothea (Jackson) Hodge.
She had been a Stroud resident for the last 10 years.
She was a homemaker.
Frye was preceded in death by her father and mother.
She is survived by her son, Ed P. Frye II of Sandston, Va.; one brother, Stan Hodge; one sister, Jo Wold of Oklahoma City; and four grandchildren.
Ester Fuller
Funeral services for Ester Wilson Fuller are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Chapel.

Burial is to follow at Vamoosa Cemetery under the direction of Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Home.
Fuller died Monday, Feb. 25, 2002 at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 78.
She was born Sept. 15, 1923 in Cully to Russell Harrison and Flora Jane (Owens) Payne.
She married Raymond Wilson on Nov. 4, 1938 in Wewoka.
He preceded Fuller in death on July 12, 1980.
She later married James Fuller on Sept. 23, 1988 in Lawton.
He preceded her in death on Nov. 1, 2001.
Fuller was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; one granddaughter, Dawnette Bruton; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Frank Wilson of Konawa and Curtis Wilson of Seminole; six daughters, Leona Hudson of Maud, Leta Gibson of Salem, Ore., Jane Cantrell of Ada, Ruth Bohn of Alexandria, Va., Patsy Baxter of Purcell, and Margaret Brown of Konawa; 45 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Marie Long of Konawa; and five step-children, Rita Cathy of Idabel, James E. Fuller of Crinth,Texas, Molly Guthrie of Lawton, Morgan L. Fuller of Houston, Texas, and Avery Lynn Fuller of Johnson City, Texas.
