Services for Evia Lee Pitt, of Antlers, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Spencerville Community Church in Spencerville. Internment will follow at the Spencerville Cemetery.
Evia Lee Pitt died Dec. 2, 2002 in Antlers. She was 87.
Evia Lee Pitt was born Sept. 20, 1915 in Haworth to Jim and Callie (Harris) Farley. She married Martin Hylo Pitt in June, 30, 1930 in Haworth.
Evia was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Pitt and her parents.
She is survived by three sons, Hal Douglas Pitt, Terry Dewayne Pitt and Tommy Michael Martin Pitt, all of Spencerville; four daughters, Georgia B. Patterson of Tulsa, Karlene Juanita Kalanak of Odessa, Texas, Patsy Ruth Pruitt of Spencerville and Carol Sue Baldwin of Rattan; one brother, Theo Farley of Shinewell; two sisters, Willie Mae Murray of Muleshoe, Texas and Elsie Harris of McKinney, Texas; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren.

Services for Norma Kay Davis will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Victory Baptist Church in Hugo. David Ballard will officiate the ceremony. A graveside service will follow at the Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Hugo.
Norma Kay Davis
Norma Kay Davis, 60, known to her family and friends as kay, went to be with her Lord Nov. 27, 2002.
Kay was born March 20, 1942 in London, Ark. to Clerance and Alma Griffin.
Kay was a friend to many and was widely known for her volunteer work with the Choctaw Senior Citizens of Hugo. She will be best remembered for her witty sense of humor, warm heart and generosity toward others.
She is survived by her husband, Homer “Bud” Davis of Hugo; her mother, Alma Martin of Russellville, Ark.; her children, Robert Lynn Gillespie of Hugo, Boyd Keith Gillespie of Russellville, Ark., Rhonda Kay Ozanian of New York City, Melissa Ann Phillingane of Richmond, Va., and her stepchild Leslie Michelle Harwell of Russellville, Ark.; eleven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.

Henry Graves
Services for Henry Graves, of Antlers, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Alberta Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo. Ronnie Amous will officiate the ceremony. Internment will follow at the Antlers Cemetery.
Henry Graves died Nov. 30, 2002 at the Alvira Heights Manor Nursing Home in Oklahoma City. He was 90.
Henry Graves is survived by two sisters, two sons, one daughter and eight grandchildren.

Josephine Whisenhunt
Services for Josephine Whisenhunt, of Soper, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Greenhill Baptist Church in Talihina. The Rev. Wayne Scott will officiate the ceremony. He will be assisted by the Rev. Ernie Baker. Internment will follow at the Greenhill Cemetery in Talihina.
Josephine Whisenhunt died Dec. 1, 2002 at the Pushmataha Hospital in Antlers. She was 73.
Josephine was born June 2, 1929 in LeFlore County to Emmett Hampton, Sr. and Louisa (Billy) Hampton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dosie Whisenhunt; a daughter, June Hampton, two sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by two daughters, Daisy Colbert of Antlers and JoAnn Colbert; two brothers, Emmett Hampton, Jr. of Talihina and Warren Washburn of Ardmore; one half sister of Lizzie David of Antlers and two grandchildren.

Francis Lindamood died Nov. 30, 2002 at his home in Finley. He was 63.
Francis Lindamood was born Aug. 23, 1939 in Sunkiss to Arthur Lindamood and Juanita (Bowers) Lindamood.
Francis is survived by one son, DeWyett Lindamood of Ringold; one brother, Arthur Lindamood of Antlers; three sisters, May Marie Shurm of Marietta, Shirley Lindamood of Hugo and Susan Morehead of Killeen, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Juanita Burnett Taylor
Services for Juanita Burnett Taylor of Hugo were at 10 a.m. Dec. 3, 2002 at the Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo. The Rev. Burgie Thompson officiated the ceremony. Internment followed at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo.
Juanita Burnett Taylor died Dec. 1, 2002 at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. She was 84.
Juanita was born March 30, 1918 in Calera to Wheeler Reece Sexton and Myrtle (Lewis) Sexton. She married Harrison J. Burnett Nov. 2, 1931.
She was preceded in death by her husband Feb. 29, 1976; one son, Joe Lee Burnett in 1988; one brother, Otis Sexton and two sisters, Ovie Fox and Altie Willis.
She is survived by one son, Bobby Don Burnett of Denison, Texas; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two nephews.
