Funeral services for longtime Konawa resident Brian Keith Smith are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Home.
Rev. Mitch Williams is set to officiate.
Burial is to follow at Vamoosa Cemetery under the direction of Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Home.
Smith died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002 at Valley View Regional Hospital in Ada at the age of 22.
He was born Aug. 9, 1980 in Ada to Margaret Ann (Wilson) Brown.
He was a self-employed painter and attended Konawa Public Schools.
Smith was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ester Wilson Fuller and his grandfather, Raymond Woodrow Wilson.
He is survived by his mother of Konawa; one son, Jason Keith Lynn Smith of Shawnee; one brother, Tommy Smith of Konawa; two sisters, Stephanie Stokes of Konawa, and Misty Smith of Ada.
Charles ‘Chuck’ Smith
A memorial service for Charles "Chuck" Smith is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at the Garnett Baptist Church in Tulsa.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Tonkawa under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home.
Smith died Monday, April 15, 2002 at the age of 47.
He was born April 24, 1954 in Ponca City to Max and Loretta Smith.
He attended Tonkawa Public Schools, Northern Oklahoma College, and Southwestern College in Weatherford.
Smith was employed in the oil industry with Shebester-Bechtel in Blackwell and Haliburton in Enid.
After he moved to Seminole, he was employed with Baker Service Tools.
After retiring early, he owned and operated Seminole Pest Control.
Smith is survived by his wife, Betty Carlene of the home; two daughters, Jaclyn Smith of Midwest City and Jennifer Campbell of Catoosa; two sons, Casey Smith of Oklahoma City and Jeffrey Campbell of Catoosa; his parents of Tonkawa; and one brother, Thomas Smith of Tonkawa.
Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Francis Hospice of Tulsa or the Tonkawa High School Football Field Fund.

C.C. "Doc" Smith
Mr. Smith was born to Morris M. and Elizabeth (Main) Smith on Jan. 26, 1927 in Tribbey.
He departed this life on Nov. 29, 2002 at the Norman Regional Hospital the age of 75 years.
Mr. Smith graduated from Tibbey High School in 1944 and enlisted in the U.S. Army.
Upon an Honorable Discharge, he enrolled in college at Oklahoma A&M. He attended college for 3 ˝ years.
On July 5, 1949, he and Eula McKiddy were united in marriage at Gainesville, Texas.
They made their home on the same farm that they purchases in 1954 east of Noble.
They were married for 48 years before she preceded him in death on April 26, 1998.
Mr. Smith was employed with Tinker Air Force Base Civil Service as a Production Engineer for 37 years.
He also enjoyed ranching, fishing, camping, knife-making, genealogy, and spending time with his family.
He was a member of the Noble Church of Christ for over 20 years.
Mr. Smith was Past Master of the Noble Masonic Lodge, 32nd Degree Scottish Rite of McAlester, Past Patron of the Order of the Eastern Star of Lexington, a past Deacon and Elder of the Noble Church of Christ, past Sunday School teacher, and retired caretaker of the Red Oak Cemetery east of Noble.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Eula; two brothers, Lonnie V. Smith and Veachel Ray Smith; and one sister, Patricia Keas.
Those who survive him include two sons and their wives, Terry and Cheri Smith of Noble, and Ricci and Pam Smith of Shawnee; one daughter and son-in-law, Conna and Darrell Nemecek of Ada; two brothers, Leslie Smith of Tecumseh and Rep. M. Dale Smith of St. Louis; six grandchildren, Aimee Nemecek, Heather Smith, Shelby and Jordon Smith, Cortney and Jarod Smith; his mother-in-law, Bernice McKiddy of Noble; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Seminole resident Don G. Smith were scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Leon Lutts will officiate the services.
Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis, Okla., under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Smith died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 59.
He was born to Benjamin Alex Smith and Ruth Helen (Rogers) Smith on June 30, 1942 in Wewoka.
Smith married Karen Gayle (Crouse) Smith on Sept. 29, 1961 in St. Louis, Okla.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s of science degree in Radiologic Technology.
Smith was employed as an X-Ray Technician at Seminole Medical Center for 15 years, and at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman for 18 years.
He was a member of the Westside Baptist Church, and was also a Baptist minister at the church for 13 years.
Smith was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Karen G. Smith, and one son, Brandon G. Smith, both of the home; one daughter, LaDonna Gayle, Shawnee; two brothers, Darryl Smith and Ronnie Smith, both of Seminole; one sister, Carol Keesee, Shawnee; and two grandchildren.
Casket bearers are Randall Trammell, Jessie Pye, Steven Keesee, Shane Bowling, Larry Hudson, and Chris Skillings.
Honorary bearers are Russell McAlvain, Ronnie Yerby, and Rowdy Bernard.

Donald Smith

He was born July 17, 1934 in Altoona, Pa. To Robert James and Sara Jane (Wilson) Smith.
He married Patsy Elaine (Stark) in Dallas, Texas.
Smith was an aircraft mechanic for US Airways.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force where he received the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal.
He held the rank of sergeant.
Smith was a union member and a member of the Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of the home; one son, Steve Smith of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Gwen Smith of Shawnee and Marion Smith of Norman; one brother, Allan Smith of Altoona, Pa. and one sister, Bonnie Harter of Altoona, Pa.; and one grandchild.
Eugene ‘DoDo’ Smith
Funeral services for Wewoka native Eugene "DoDo" Smith are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Davis.
Rev. Finis Steelman will officiate the services.
Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery, Davis, and will be under the direction of Fox Funeral Home, Davis.
Smith died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2002 in Stillwater at the age of 41.
He was born to Herman and Faye Smith on Oct. 11, 1960 in Wewoka.
Smith married Susie Bumgarner Smith on Nov. 18, 1994 in Texas.
Smith was a supervisor for C.D. Brown Construction and was employed with them for 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Herman Smith, Jr.; and one sister, Doris Ann Smith.
Smith is survived by his wife, Susie, of the home; two sons, Chase Smith, Sulpher and Jeremy Bumgarner, Davis; one daughter, Kim Lamb, Davis; two brothers, Dwight Smith and Grant Smith, both of Wewoka; seven sisters, Sue Dingle, Betty Sipes, Vicki Davis, and Shonna Porter, all of Wewoka, Angie Garreston, Waco, Texas, Pat Whelan, Seminole, and Kay Smart, Burns Flat; and five grandchildren.
Casket bearers are Richard Bland, Casey Brown, Corey Brown, Joe Don Leming, Jeff Wyatt, and Charlie Brown.

Smith died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2002 at Sunset Estates Nursing Center in Tecumseh at the age of 80.
She was born to Johnny Lee Vincent and Lily Mae (Tackett) Vincent on Sept. 10, 1921 in Sims, Ark.
She married Floyd L. Smith on March 6, 1937 in Seminole.
He preceded her in death on July 3, 1996.
Smith was a life-long Seminole County resident, was of Baptist faith, and was a homemaker, and a retired housekeeper with Pioneer Nursing Home in Seminole.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Floyd; one son, Leonard Smith; an infant daughter; two granddaughters, Misty Smith and Lisa Smith; and several brothers and sisters.
Smith is survived by two sons, Billy Don Smith, Seminole and Larry Smith, Dover; four daughters, Wanda Wagstaff, Shawnee, Carolyn Kolander and Judy Smith, both of Seminole, and Pat Moore, North Richland Hills, Texas; one sister, Daisy Davis, Wewoka; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
