Funeral services for Wewoka resident, Willie Faye Williams are set for May 17 at 10:30 a.m. at the Bethel Church, south of Wewoka.
She died Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at the age of 87.
She was born in Paradise, Texas, on February 13, 1916, to Oliver Buddy Pearce and Nina Sparks Pearce.
She grew up in Seminole County and attended Ong and New Lima Schools.
She married Ottie Arthur Williams on July 1, 1939 in Ft. Smith, Ark.
He preceded her in death on May 8, 1986.
She was a homemaker throughout her married life, and enjoyed cooking, gardening and quilting.
She was a member of Bethel Church since 1927.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Coody, Wewoka; Carol Tahsuda, Ft. Saint John, B.C., and Loretta Choate, Seminole, 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; her son, Gale Williams; and all of her 11 siblings.
Reverends Ed Wright, Doyle Gadberry, and Larry Chesser will be officiating the services.
Pallbearers will be Edmond Smith, Dennis Smith, David Barnhart, Shawn Williams, Jacob Brauning and Jedidiah Brauning;
Honorary pallbearers will be John Smith, Buddy Smith, Randy Cotton, Marvin Williams, Willie Williams, Shane Williams, Mark Barnhart and John Tahsuda III.
Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Kathryn Ellen Willingham
Funeral services for Kathryn Ellen Willingham, mother of Seminole resident Donald Willingham, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in El Reno.
Frances Snodgrass will officiate the services.
Interment will follow at the El Reno Cemetery, under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
Willingham passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003 at the Seminole Estates Nursing Center at the age of 94.
She was born to John Henry and Tennessee Angeline Bannister on March 6, 1909 in El Reno.
Willingham graduated from El Reno High School in 1927, and attended the Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha for a year.
She married Thomas Hugh Willingham in 1927 and had seven children.
Willingham was a long time member of the First Baptist Church, and taught Sunday School for many years in Seminole and El Reno.
She worked for 26 years as the Register of Vital Statistics for Canadian County until 1994.
Willingham was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Patti; a son, Thomas Hugh Jr.; and one brother, Ray.
She is survived by three sons, Donald of Seminole, Roger of Chicago, Ill., and Ken of Plano, Texas; two daughters, Susan Duvall, Seminole and Rita Millspaugh of Oklahoma City; 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Bessie Wise
Wake services for former Seminole County resident, Bessie Kay Wise will be held at Rock Springs Baptist Church at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.
She will be moved to Rock Springs Baptist Church in Sasakwa at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec.5 and her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 6 Saturday at Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Internment will follow at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, with Revs. Billy Coon and Timmy Coon officiating.
Wise, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003, at the age of 54 in Abilene, Texas.
She was born in Seminole on January 10, 1949 to Keley and Lillie Fixico Wise.
She was baptized at Forest Street Baptist Mission on Feb. 3, 1980 by Rev. Terry Walker.
Wise is survived by her five children Valerie Beets of Tulsa, Wallace B. Coon Jr. of Hoyt, Kansas, Lillian Shoopman of Edmond, Nancy Coon of Oklahoma City and Simon Coon of Lawrence, Kansas.
She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Rosie Smith of Wolf, Lucy Coon in Bethany, Terry Coon and Johnny Coon, both of Wolf, Billy Coon andTimmy Coon both of Okemah, Ruth Ann McGlory of Topeka, Eric Wise and Jerry Wise, both of Seminole, Joyce Williams of Konowa, Walter Coon of McAlester, Kathy Wise and Evangeline Wise of Tulsa, Kaylen Wise of Sand Springs, Allen Wise of Calif.; two half sisters, Cindy Griffith and Ruth McGlory; seven granddaughters; eight grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Keley and Lillie Fixico Wise and her brother Keley Wise Jr.
Pallbearers will be Eric Wise, Kaylon Wise, Olie Gunnville, Enrique Garza, Rene Garza, Reynaldo Garza, Captain Smith, Terry Coon, Melvin Lewis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Jimboy.
Wisey Emarthle
Funeral services for lifelong Seminole County resident, Wisey Emarthle of Konawa, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at the Criswell Chapel in Ada.
A wake service will be held on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Criswell Funeral Home.
Service will be officiated by Revs. Houston Tiger and John Shomo.
Interment will follow at the Emarthle Family Cemetery.
She died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at the age of 87 in a local hospital.
She was born Oct. 15, 1915, in Konawa to Marcus Emarthle and Lucy Frank Emarthle.
She was a lifelong resident of Konawa and attended school at Mekusukey Mission.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Baptist Faith and attended Cold Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Eastman Harjo; three brothers, Barney Tiger, Alex Emarthle and Jimmy Emarthle; three sisters, Susie Emarthle, Eliza Johnson and Yannah Factor and two grandchildren.
She is survived by three daughters, Emma Jean Harjo of Konawa, Geneva Douglas of Okemah and Lucy Tiger of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sons, Frank Harjo of Konawa, Dave Walters of Norman and Leroy King of Big Cypress, Fla.; three brothers, Homer Lee Emarthle and Johnny Emarthle, both of Konawa and Tommy Emarthle of Tulsa; 22 grandchildren, six whom she reared, Evette Yahola, Eunice Henson, Ricky Harjo, Cindy Hudson, David Harjo and Marcus Harjo; 22 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and many other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Alberson, Bruce Douglas, Marcus Harjo, Ricky Harjo, Michael Johnson and Jerome King.
Honorary bearers are Harry Douglas, Walter Factor, Frank Johnson, Thomas Yahola, Edward Factor, Nelvin Hudson and Isaac Johnson.

Interment is to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Stout-Phillips Funeral Home of Wewoka.
Wise died Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, following a lengthy illness at the age of 70 years.
He was born Jan. 30, 1933, in Seminole to Alfred Wise and Lucy Micco Wise.
He was a lifelong resident of Seminole County, and a member of the Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa.
Wise attended school at Bowlegs and the Chillaco Indian School in Arkansas City, Kan.
He was a veteran of World War II, and was employed as a seam presser until his retired due to his failing health.
He is survived by his sister, Sarah Helton, Sapulpa, and his brothers, Roley Henshaw, Jenks, and Harry Henshaw, Wewoka.
Wise was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Roscoe Henshaw.
Pallbearers will be members of his family.
Joseph Wise
Graveside services for Joseph M. Wise of Konawa are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3 at the Douglas family cemetery with Houston Tiger officiating.
Wake services will be held Sunday, Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Home in Konawa.
He was born and died Oct. 31, 2003, in Ada to Joel Medina Santos and Turquoise Columbus.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Visuete and Linda Wise Moreno; and Great grandfather, Walter Wise.
LeNore Wise
Wake services for native Seminole County resident, LeNore Wise are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Stout-Phillips Funeral Home New Chapel.
She died July 26, 2003, at the age of 46 in her home in Shawnee.
She was born May 18, 1957, in Wewoka to Henry Leroy ‘Skeeter’ and Fannie Tiger Harjo.
She attended Sequoyah Schools and also O.S.U. Okmulgee Tech receiving her associate degree.
She was a member of the Middle Creek #2 Baptist Church and was employed by Rods Cleaners in Oklahoma City.
She is survived by her mother, Fannie Harjo of Shawnee; one daughter, Morning Star Jumper of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; one brother, Herschel Wise of Seminole; four sisters, Leona Kernell and Leatrice LookingGlass of Oklahoma City, Letha Wise of Shawnee and Lou Ann Blanchard of Norman; two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Leroy "Skeeeter’ Wise; one sister, Lorene Wise; grandparents, Johnny and Emma Tiger and one uncle, Kenneth Tiger.
Pallbearers will be Jarrell Wise, Darren Kernell, Anthony Tiger, Nakoa Wise, Curtis Harjo and Emmain Spain.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Brown, Derrick Jumper and Kenna Fields.
Flower girls will be Rickita Jumper, Makaylia Wise, Louanna Fields, Emily Fixico and Martha Holata.
Wake services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel.
She will be taken to the Middle Creek #2 Baptist Church on Thursday at 10 a.m.
Revs. Steve Holata and Houston Tiger will officiate the service.
