Gayla (Robinson) Vrana died Dec. 30, 2002 in Ennis, Texas. She was 55.
Gayla was born July 7, 1947 in Hugo to James Earl Robinson and Flossie (Cody) Robinson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Ivana Robinson and one brother, Oran Robinson.
She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Vrana, four step-daughters, Pamela Kay Taylor, Dorothy Ann Burgan, Mary Rebecca Richardson and Belinda Gail Vrana; five sisters, Janice “Sally” Dennis of Fort Towson, Dorothy Dennis of Fort Towson, Myra Brownholtz of Hot Springs, Ark., Wolonda Estell of Hollylake, Texas and Emma White of New Boston, Texas; one brother, James H. Robinson of Hot Springs, Ark.; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Clifford Roebuck
Services for Clifford Roebuck, of Hugo, were at 10 a.m. Jan. 3, 2003 at the Church of Christ at 4th and Jackson in Hugo. The Rev. Jim Mac Roebuck officiated the ceremony. Internment followed at the Goodland Cemetery in Goodland.
Clifford Roebuck died Jan. 1, 2003 at Choctaw Memorial Hospital in Hugo. He was 94.
He was born Nov. 16, 1908 in Hugo to David B. Roebuck and Mary M. (Crowder) Roebuck. He married lois Reynolds on Sept. 7, 1932.
He was preceded in death by his wife on August 5, 1997; his parents; his son, David Roebuck on Nov. 24, 1998; his daughter, Billie Sue Owens on Dec. 8, 2002; one brother and one sister.
He is survived by one son, Jim Roebuck of Hugo, one brother, Sam Roebuck of Soper; two sisters, Maggie House of Soper and Essie Crews of Dexter, Mich.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services for Willie Dean Edwards, of Hugo, were at 2 p.m. Jan. 3, 2003 at the Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo. Brother Mutt Wallace officiated the ceremony.
Willie Dean Edwards died Dec. 31, 2002 at Choctaw Memorial Hospital in Hugo. She was 78.
Willie Dean Edwards was born April 8, 1924 in Range County, Texas to Sam Morris Butler and Cordellia (Eads) Butler. She married Roy Dee Edwards Oct. 31, 1924.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Linda Edwards and Ivy Dean Edwards and one brother, Richard Butler.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Dee Edwards of Hugo; one son, Roy Richeard Edwards of Brownfield, Texas; two daughters, Norma Holcomb of Brownfield, Texas and Martha Bevels of Hugo; two brothers, Archie Butler of Dallas and Tilman Butler of Texas; three sisters, Evelyn Isom of Golden, Texas, Marie McDonald of Dallas and Mattie Couch of Point, Texas; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Beatrice Inez Dodderer, of Valliant, were at 1 p.m. Jan. 2, 2003 at the Valliant Cemetery. Eddy Phillips officiated the ceremony. Internment followed at the Valliant City Cemetery.
The family received friends from 6-7 p.m. Jan. 1, 2003 at the Huckleberry Funeral Home in Valliant.
Beatrice Inez Dodderer died Dec. 29, 2002 at the Parkview Nursing Center. She was 89.
Beatrice Inez Dodderer was born Nov. 18, 1913 in Valliant to Samuel and Ethel Myers.
She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness of Valliant and graduated as the valedictorian of her class from Valliant High School in 1931.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hermon, in 1992, her parents, one daughter, one sister, one brother and two great-grandchildren.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Teresa Dodderer; one daughter and son-in-law, Raymond and Lois Roberts, of Valliant; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Capitola Riech of Eufaula and Leona Fikes of Valliant.
Honorary casketbearers will be Jay Dodderer, Doug Roberts, Butch Roberts, John Roberts, Shawn Farley and Billy Hardin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her granddaughter.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Robertson, of Hugo; one grandson, Greg Robertson and two great-grandchildren, Kalyn Robertson and Nicole Robertson.

Iva Lee Daniels was born Nov. 19, 1904 in Hugo to Mr. and Mrs. Chandler. She married Ed Smith and after his death, later married Joe Daniels.
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and her two daughters.
She is survived by five grandchildren.
