Kelley was preceded in death by two daughters, Karen East and Carol Nguwen; two brothers, Jack Poplin and Gerald Poplin; and her parents.
She is survived by her husband, David M. Kelley of the home; five sons, Patrick Howard Kelley of Oklahoma City, David M. Kelley Jr. of Farmers Branch, Texas, John R. Kelley of Corinth, Texas, James W. Kelley of Byers, Colo., Richard G. Kelley of Corinth, Texas; three daughters, Mary Kay Thompson of Plano, Texas, Cheryl A. Wise of Dallas, Texas, Joyce E Kelley of Carrolton, Texas; one brother, Leroy Poplin of Seminole; one sister, Billie Tipton of Missouri; step-mother, Lois Poplin of Seminole; 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Casket bearers are set to be David Stober, Daniel Kelley, James Thompson, Mikal Patterson, Darrel Patterson, Robert Stober, Steven Thompson, and Ben Thompson.
Benny Ray ‘Tanky’ Kemp
Funeral services for Wewoka resident Benny Ray "Tanky" Kemp are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Wewoka. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery in Wewoka under the direction of Amis-Kennard Funeral Home.
Kemp died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2005 at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was 23.
Kemp was born June 11, 1982, in Wewoka. His parents are Choquzer and Curtis Alexander and David Flemming.
Kemp attended Shawnee elementary and Wewoka Middle and High Schools. He played basketball, football and soccer.
He was preceded in death by his brother Breon, great-grandmother, Bennie Mae Doolittle; great-grandfather, Clyde Spencer; aunt, Alzelta Doolittle.
Kemp is survived by his grandparents, Louis and Ollie Kemp of Wewoka, Mable Alexander of Wewoka, Herlena Spencer of Wewoka, Geraldine Levier and Joe Flemming of Wewoka; sisters, Melissa Alexander and Alexis Alexander; brother, Curtis Alexander Jr., Eric Alexander, Derek Alexander all of Wewoka; children Jhmai, Tazala, Quiana, Rhake, and Aquaria; and special friend, Pam Powell.
Jesse C. Kernel
Services for Sasakwa native Jesse C. Kernel, also known as J. C. Factor, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, June 6, at Seminole Indian Baptist Church, Revs. George Harjochee and Kenneth Cooper officiating.
Burial follows at Carpitcher Family Cemetery.
Wake services are set for 6 p.m. Saturday at Criswell Chapel, and at 5 p.m. Sunday he is to be taken to Seminole Indian Baptist Church.
Kernel died on Thursday, June 2, 2005, at a local hospital. He was 74.
He was born July 30, 1930, at Sasakwa, to Eugene and Susie Mae Factor Kernel.
Kernel served in the US Army and was in Europe for three years. He was discharged on October 3, 1950.
He moved to this area in 1998 from Sasakwa.
Kernel worked as a concrete worker and laborer, as a farmer, and as a punch press operator.
He was a member of Seminole Baptist Church, and played baseball.
On Nov. 16, 1996, at Birdcreek Baptist Church in Sasakwa, he married Jackie Ann Harjo
Survivors include his wife, Jackie, of the home; one sister, Johnnie Mae West, of Wewoka; three step-children, Rhonda Narcomey, of Konawa; Charlie J. Harjo, of Oklahoma City; and Rhoda Camp, of Konawa; and ten step-grandchildren.
Bearers are Dennis Factor, Bunny Factor, Dexter Postoak, Jimmy Carpitcher, Travis Scott, and Michael Walker.

Norma Keys
Funeral services for Seminole resident Norma Sue Keys are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernal West to officiate.
Interment is to follow at Allen Cemetery under the direction of Criswell Funeral Home of Ada.
Keys, 64, died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born March 29, 1941 in Oklahoma City to Estil Ray and Ola Mae Palmer Hood.
She attended school in Ada and graduated from Ada High School. She married Elmer Keys on July 5, 1955.
Keys were a customer service manager for Dollar Saver Grocery until her retirement. She was a Southern Baptist and she moved to Seminole in 2005.
Surviving is her husband of the home; two daughters, Pam Jones of Seminole and Michelle Fitch of Tuttle; one son, Mickey Lee Keys of Tuttle; four grandsons and one brother, Don Hood of Moore.
Bearers for the services will be Darrell Jones, James Fitch, Evert Wall, Carl Tackett, Jimmy Frederick and Gary Starnes.
Jack Kiesel
Services for longtime Seminole resident, Jack Kiesel are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Wilburn officiating.
Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Kiesel passed away, Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005 at Tulsa Regional Hospital, at the age of 82. He was born March 21, 1923 in Pryor, Okla., he was the sixth of 13 children to W.M. "Bill" and Cora (Gumfory) Kiesel.
He married Mary Leggett on April 14, 1951 in Okmulgee, Okla.
Jack worked for Noble Drilling Company as chief mechanic for over 20 years before he opened his own business in Seminole until retirement. After which he began to farm, raise cattle and watch his grandchildren grow up.
His parents, three sisters and two brothers precede him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Mary of the home; three sons, Jack Kiesel Jr. of Oklahoma City, Ron and his wife Terri Kiesel of Seminole and Mike Kiesel of Seminole; four brothers, Fred Kiesel of Crowley, La., Lee Kiesel of Pryor, Joe Kiesel of Texas and Paul Kiesel of Gainesville, Texas; three sisters, Mary Dadohia of Calif., Louise Banfield of Tulsa, and Lena Hilliard of Claremore.
Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive him.
Marvin Kiker
Graveside services for longtime Wolf resident Marvin Leroy Kiker are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wolf Cemetery with Rev. Allen Wood and W.L. Lowe to officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Kiker, 93, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2005 at Seminole Estates Nursing Home. He was born Jan. 17, 1911 in Bethel to Lewis Robert Kiker and Myrtle Alice Johnson.
He married Agnes Flourine Braboy on July 14, 1934 in Maud. The couple has been married for 71 years.
Kiker has lived in the Wolf area for over 50 years and retired from Murphy Lumber Company after 20 years of service.
He was a member of Wolf Freewill Baptist Church.
One son, a brother, a sister and one great-grandson preceded him in death.
Surviving is his wife of the Wolf home; one son, Stanley Kiker of Seminole; one daughter, Carolyn Douglas of Wolf; sister, Elsie Kiker of Wolf; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Anna Mae King
Funeral services for longtime Seminole resident Anna Mae (Everett) King are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Swearingen Funeral Chapel with Rick Ham, Rona Ham and Rev. Roy Robertson officiating.
Interment is to follow services at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
King, 92, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Seminole Estates Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 30, 1912 in Stratford to Richard Nathaniel Everett and Winnie Gertrude (Brown) Everett.
She married Ted King Aug. 25, 1929 in Stratford and he preceded her in death in 1984.
King was a homemaker, who along with her husband, was a caretaker of Tiger Mountain Camp for many years. She also worked for "Granny Fern’s " restaurant for several years.
She attended school at Corley near Stratford and was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Seminole.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ted; one daughter, Helen Smith, who preceded in 1986; four sisters; two grandsons, Bobby Rawls in 1989 and Ronnie Laxton who preceded in 2001.
Surviving her is one son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Shirlee King of Ada; three daughters and sons-in-law, Roberta and Tom Hooten of Shawnee, Alberta and Gene McGinnis of Seminole and Linda Laxton of Seminole; one sister, Cleo McConnell of Paris, Calif.
In addition she has 15 grandchildren, Pam Reynolds, Paula Petree, Scott Smith, Rick Ham, Ronnie Ham, Rita Ham, Randy McGinnis, Cynthia Luce, Kent McGinnis, Debbie Lemons, Lisa Jacobson, Julie Bane, Carla Hardway, Stacy Glenn and Barbara Roberts; 31 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Her grandsons will serve as casket bearers and her great-grandsons will serve as honorary bearers.
Janice King
Funeral services for longtime Seminole resident Janice Annette (Goodspeed) King were held today at 2 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Chapel with Rev. Glen Pence officiating.
Burial followed the service at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Janice King, age 69, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2005 at her home. She was born August 4, 1935 in Okemah to Decie (Nowlin) and Buck Goodspeed.
She married James Melton "Jim" King on Dec. 25, 1953 in Weleetka, and was a homemaker and raised horses.
Her husband Jim King on June 21, 2001; her father Buck Goodspeed and her son Mark Allen King in 1972 preceded her in death.
Surviving her are two sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Janis King of Shawnee and Mike and Tina King of Midwest City; six grandchildren, Kay Lyn (King) Ray and husband Eric, Lindsay King, Ashley King, Kristen Johnson and husband Kyle, Mark King and Michael King.
In addition are three great-grandchildren, Cody Ray, Cory ray and Braden Johnson; one brother, Sonny Goodspeed of Garber and one sister, Judy Goodspeed of Wetumka.

Leroy King
Graveside services for longtime former resident Leroy King are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Little Cemetery with Rev. Carl Whitfield to officiate.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
King, 93, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at Four Rivers Home Health in Caldwell, Idaho. He was born Sept. 2, 1911 in Walnut, Ark. to John Tilden King and T. Docia Williams.
He lived in Seminole for many years before moving to California to live with his daughter and son-in-law and the recently moved to Caldwell, Idaho.
King served in the United States Army during WWII in the Philippines and occupied Japan after the bombing.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was the head operator of C&H Sugar Refinery in Crockett, Calif. and retired on Sept. 1, 1975.
His parents; wife, Thelma King (1990); twin brother, Coy King; two brothers, Arthur King and Terrell King; three sisters, Eva Stratton, Ola Clagg and Lena Hester; and one son, Stanley King preceded him in death.
Surviving is his daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and Ken Heuser, of Caldwell; two grandchildren, Zachary Zizi of Benicia, Calif and David Zizi of Caldwell, Idaho; and two great-grandchildren, Ryan Zizi or Caldwell, Idaho and Austin Zizi of Bencia, Calif.
