A memorial service for Cromwell native Eddie Arletta Nash Lively is scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday at the Quinton Christian Church in Quinton, Okla.
Lively, 70 of Stigler, died in Stigler on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born Nov. 17, 1927 in Cromwell to Ed and Hester Nash.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Noel Dale Lively; her children, Catherine Lively Favret and her husband, Bob of Tillamook, Ore., Larry Lively and his wife Susan of Del Rio, Texas and Ted Lively and his wife Rhonda of Sunset Beach, Ore.; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Nash Alexander of Mannford, Okla. and Edith Nash Warrington of Cromwell.
A sister, Agnes Nash and three brothers, Danny Nash, Harry Nash and Dick Nash preceded her in death.
Arletta and Dale moved to Seaside, Ore. in 1948 where they lived for 15 years before moving to Colorado and then Wyoming. They returned to Oklahoma to live in 1974.
During her years in Seaside, Arletta was active in Home Extension, PTA and the Seaside United Methodist Church. She was a Cub Scout den mother, led a troop of Brownies and was a 4-H leader.
Her home was always filled with children.
While living in Stigler she volunteered with the Firemen’s Auxiliary and attended the Quinton Christian Church.
Arletta was accomplished with textiles and needlework and taught porcelain doll making. She and Dale put in a large garden each year, a source of great enjoyment.
The Flower Barn in Quinton is accepting flower bouquets and donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Eugene Loeffelholz
A mass of Christian burial has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Norman with Rev. Edward Menasco for Eugene Loeffelholz.
A wake service will be held tonight at 7 p.m. at Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman.
Interment is to follow funeral services at St. Joseph Catholics Cemetery in Norman under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
Eugene (Gene) Loeffelholz, of Norman, passed away suddenly on Sep. 11, 2007, at the age of 75. Gene was born April 16, 1932, to Barnie and Mary Loeffelholz in Norman.
Gene served in the Army Air Reserve and in 1958 bought the Midway Barber Shop at 213 E. Main in Norman, which he operated until his retirement in April 2004.
Gene was a very active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Gene loved gardening, riding his Gold Wing Honda, traveling, his family and longtime friends, OU football and enjoyed life itself.
He was a wonderful father, husband, grandfather and friend.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Frances and Mary Josephine (Reiger) Loeffelholz; brother, James Loeffelholz; sister, Theresa Loeffelholz; his maternal and paternal grandparents; mother-in-law and sister-in-law.
Survivors include his wife of the home, Evelyn Loeffelholz; brother, Paul Loeffelholz and wife, Jeanie, of Wewoka; sister, Mary Lou McCorkle and husband, Bob, of Norman; eight children, Deborah Ann Sheffield and husband Robert of San Antonio, Texas, John Michael Loeffelholz and wife Leona of Noble, Steven Charles Loeffelholz and wife Robin of Norman, Jerry Folks and wife Dana of Norman, Marsha Folks and Lynn Melton of Norman, Candace Belsher and husband Adam of Canada; Tracy Duke and wife, Shelley of Tuttle, Okla., and Sid Duke and wife Misty of Lexington; previous wife, Delores Loeffelholz of Norman; eighteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Don Logan
Memorial services for longtime Wewoka resident Don M. Logan are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday in the New Life Church in Wewoka, with Rev. Larry Chesser, Jr. officiating.
Services are under direction of Fisher Funeral Home of Holdenville.
Logan died at his home in Wewoka on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at the age of 67 years. He was born on March 21, 1940 in Wewoka to Arthur ‘Art’ Logan and Anzel (Rowe) Logan.
He was raised in the Wewoka area and attended Wewoka Schools, where he was an All-State football star.
Logan graduated from Wewoka High School in 1958, and then attended Oklahoma State Tech at Okmulgee for two years.
On June 1, 1979 he married Jimmie Lou Lawrence in Shawnee.
He lived most of his life on the family farm west of Wewoka and enjoyed farming and farm animals in particular.
Logan was a minister who loved to preach and loved to study his Bible. He served as guest minister in many area churches, and he and his wife many times opened up their home for church services.
His parents, and an infant daughter, Terri Lynn preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jimmie Logan, of the home; five children, Daniel Logan and Jeff Logan, all of Wewoka, David Logan of Ada, Laura Ford, of Holdenville, and David Snead of Norman; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two sisters, Sharon Hutchison of Lancaster, Texas, and Lana Senechal of Edmond.
Herbert Loudermilk
Funeral services for longtime Maud resident Herbert Lee Loudermilk are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday at The People’s Church (formerly known as St. Mark’s United Methodist Church) in Maud, Oklahoma.
Rev. Vance Bowman will officiate the service and be assisted by Rev. Roy Moss. Interment will follow at Cummings Cemetery in Maud.
Services are under the direction of Knight-Swearingen Funeral Home, Maud.
Loudermilk, 89 year-old, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2007 at his home in Maud. He was born May 27, 1918 in Dewer, Okla., to James Amos Loudermilk and Nettie Jane (Simmons) Loudermilk.
Herbert married Opal Driscoll on Sept. 16, 1939 in Norman, Okla., and together they moved to the Maud area from Fairfax, Okla., in 1947.
They are members of the United Pentecostal Church of Shawnee. Loudermilk retired from Phillips Petroleum as a truck driver in 1977.
His parents, three brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren preceded him in death.
Surviving is his wife of the home; three sons: Amos Lee Loudermilk of Maud, Bill Loudermilk of Bartlesville and Tommy Loudermilk of Mounds, Okla.; and one daughter, Phyllis Hurst of Houston, Texas.
Other survivors include 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Casket bearers will be grandsons, Tony Hurst, Tim Hurst, Jason Loudermilk, Ryan Loudermilk, Dale Loudermilk and Brandon Loudermilk.
Patricia Loudermilk
Funeral services for Maud resident Patricia Irene Loudermilk are scheduled for 1 p.m., Thursday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole.
Interment will follow at Cummings Cemetery in Maud. Rev. M. Cornwell and Rev. V. Bowman will officiate the service.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
Patricia Loudermilk, 57, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 30, 2007 at her home in Maud. She was born Nov. 12, 1949 in Mound Valley, Kan., to Finis David Good and Mildred Irene (Scobey) Good.
She married Amos Lee Loudermilk on May 26, 1979 in Benton, Kan. She retired from Westar Energy in 2002 where she was a customer service representative in Wichita, Kan.
Patricia was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Shawnee.
Her parents (her father died, Jan. 20, 1987 and her mother died, Oct. 28, 2000), and one brother, Franklin J. Good, preceded her in death.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Amos Lee Loudermilk of the home; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Herbert and Opal Loudermilk of Maud; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason L. and Maria Loudermilk of Killeen, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Lezlea L. and Mike Creason of Okmulgee; one brother and sister-in-law, David L. and Donna Good of Benton, Kan.; one sister and brother-in-law, Frances L. and Don Stearns of Fridley, Minn.; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Phyllis and David Hurst of Houston, Texas and two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill and Bobbie Loudermilk of Bartlesville and Tom and Sue Loudermilk of Bixby.
Six grandchildren, Kayla Loudermilk, Whitney Creason, Kimberly Carter, Lacey Creason, Lindsey Creason and Katelyn Creason; three great-grandchildren, Mackenzziee Creason, Dennis Carter and Isaac Carter, and a host of other family and friends survive Patricia.

Avyannah Louie
Graveside services for the infant son of Wewoka residents Romero Louie and Aqua Burris are set for 2 p.m. today, July 17, 2007, at the Jackson-Cudjo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home of Wewoka, with Pastor Charles Southern officiating.
Avyannah Taray Louie died July 13, 2007, in Shawnee.
She was born June 20, 2007, in Shawnee, to Romero Louie and Aqua Tee Burris, both of Wewoka.
Preceding Avyannah in death was her grandfather Romero Louie Sr.
She is survived by her parents; grandmothers Leslie Williams and Peggy Jones; grandfather, Doug Burris; a brother, Sylis Dain Edwards; and a sister, Azia Nelson.
Aubrey Love
A graveside service for former Seminole resident Aubrey Love will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville, S.C.
Aubrey Arlie Love, 82, of Ladson, S.C., a retired United States Air Force TSgt., and widower of Earlene Hicks Love died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007 at his residence.
Mr. Love was born April 25, 1925 in Porum, Okla., a son of the late Charlie Cuthbert Love and Virginia Mary Ritchie Love.
After graduating from Mount View High School in Seminole, he joined the United States Navy. Upon receiving an honorable discharge he then entered the police academy and became a police officer in Kirkwood, Mo.
He re-entered the military and joined the United States Air Force and served his country until he retired in 1973 as a TSgt.
Mr. Love was an honorary member of the Masonic Blue Lodge #234 and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Summerville.
Surviving are two daughters, Arliene Love Sports and her husband, David of Charleston, S.C., and Belinda Love Readdy of Summerville; two sisters, Glenda Carr and Delores Gartman, both of Texas; three grandchildren, Lee Sports, Kristine Sports and Kevin Sports and one great-grandchild, Kailyn Sports, all are of Charleston.

Antonia Lovett
Graveside services for longtime Seminole County resident Antonia K. Lovett are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Little cemetery with Jason Yarbrough officiating.

Lovett, 49, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 in Holdenville. She was born Aug. 16, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to Billy Joe and Ramona L. (Byford) Cordell.
On Nov. 10, 1975 she married Rickey Lynn Lovett, Sr. in Seminole. She was a pre-school teacher and a homemaker.
Her father, Billy Joe Cordell, and one son, Bradley Scot Lovett, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband of the home; mother, Ramona Lee Cordell of Seminole; son, Rickey Lynn Lovett, Jr., of Muskogee; three brothers: Ricky Lee Cordell of Seminole, Robbie Keith Cordell of Holdenville, and Billy Joe Cordell of Wewoka; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Ricky Cordell, Robbie Cordell, BJ Cordell, Harley Lovett, Rickey Lovett, Jr., and Garrett Cordell.
Honorary bearers will be: Billy Barnes, Bobby Barnes, Craig Wilson, Jody Wilson and Gary Cordell.
Helen Loving
Funeral services for longtime Wewoka resident Helen Faye (Coates) Loving are schedule for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment is to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
Loving, 71, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007 at Seminole Medical Center. She was born Aug. 15, 1935 in Hoxie, Ark. to George Coates and Ethel (Spargo) Coates.
She is a former Seminole resident and has lived in Wewoka for the past 22 years. Loving was a nurse who worked for Oakridge Nursing Home, Wewoka, for 25 years.
Loving is a member of the Church of God.
Surviving is her husband, Bobby Loving of Wewoka; two sons, Ricky Strayhorn of Seminole and David Wayne Strayhorn of Guthrie; daughter, Donna Kay Garrett of Texarkana, Texas; one stepdaughter, Allison Loving of Norman; one stepson, Robert Joseph Loving of New York; three sisters, Mary Everett of St. Louis, Okla., Nellie Lemmons of Sasakwa and Juanita Most of Fullton, Mo.; one brother, George R. Coates of Concord, Calif. and five grandchildren.
