Funeral services for former Wewoka resident Homer M. Weston are scheduled for Dec. 4 at 10 a.m. in the Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service.
Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in the Wewoka Cemetery.
Weston, 87, died Nov. 30, 2007 in Midwest City.
He was born on May 24, 1920 in Mt. Ida, Ark. To Joseph and Alice Weston.
He served in the United States Army during World War II as well as an Auto Parts and Service Manager.
Weston was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Wewoka for over fifty years.
Weston is survived by wife, Imogene; three children and spouses, Ronald Weston, Oklahoma City, Mary Collies and Don Weston, Midwest City, and four grandchildren.
Lloy White
Graveside services for longtime Seminole resident Lloy Dean Smith-White are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Maple Grace Cemetery with Rev. Allen Wood officiating.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
Smith-White passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at the age of 72. She was born Aug. 30, 1934 in Holdenville to Lloyd and Willene (Lee) Moss.
She married Thomas E. White on July 22, 1999 in Bartlesville; he survives her of the home. She is preceded in death by her first husband, John Berry Smith, on March 10, 1989.
She was a director at the Heritage House in Seminole for many years. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxillary.
She is survived by her husband Thomas White of the home; her mother, Willene Moss of Holdenville; son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Diana Smith of Jessup, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Dianah and Curtis Bundy of Okmulgee; and one brother, Edwin Moss of Holdenville.
She is also survived by three grandchildren, Ava Petrimoulx, Angie Anderson and Lee Ann Bundy and eight great-grandchildren, Sierra Smith, Wyatt Petrimoulx, Triston Anderson, Trey Anderson, Bobby Petrimoulx, Jimmy Petrimoulx, Kourtney Petrimoulx, and Taylor Petrimoulx.
Loreeta White
Funeral services for former Seminole and Oklahoma City resident, Loreeta (Dickerson) White are scheduled for 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Seminole, with Dr. Tommy Clark officiating.
Interment will follow at the Kansas Cemetery, located west of Edmond.
Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
Loreeta (Dickerson) White passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007 at Rose Manor Nursing Center, Shawnee. She was born in Piedmont, Okla., on May 24, 1921, to Ernest and Maud Kessler.
She was a graduate of Piedmont High School and attended Central State College in Edmond.
Loreeta married Harry Dickerson in April of 1940 in Piedmont and he preceded her in death in August of 1979. She married John White in May of 1981 and he preceded her in death in July of 1983.
She resided in Oklahoma City for 48 years before moving to Shawnee because of her failing health in May of 2007.
Loreeta became a Christian as a teenager and was an active member of Meridian Ave. Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. She sang in the choir and taught adult ladies Sunday school class for many years.
Loreeta loved to cook for her family and enjoyed yard work and had a green thumb for all kinds of flowers. She looked forward to family gatherings and will truly be missed by her loved ones and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Claude Kessler and one Sister, Vella Emma Pickard.
Loreeta is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Jimmy and Harriett Howard of Seminole; one son and daughter-in-law, Vernon and Cindy Dickerson of Yukon; three grandchildren, Terry Howard and his wife Cherry of Seminole, Tony Howard and his wife Helen of Coppell, Texas and Kathi Ackerman and her husband Jeff of Plano, Texas; and nine great-grandchildren, Lee, Victoria, Laura, Sarah, Angel, Gabriele and Jayden Howard and Alexis and Carson Ackerman.
Also surviving Loreeta is her twin sister, Lorraine Biggs and her husband, Lloyd, of Piedmont, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Terry Howard, Tony Howard, Wayne Kessler, and Kenneth Briggs.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Russell Feland, Harley Miller, O.D. Miller, Jack Miller and Pete Petty.

Mary White
Funeral Services for Seminole native Mary Waltina White are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel with Rev. Phillip Mullins and Chaplain Glen Pence officiating.
Burial will follow at Tate Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka.
Mary Waltina (Ledgewood) was born Sep. 14, 1939 in Seminole to Walter Carl and Mary Vivian (Squires) Ledgerwood. She passed away Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007 in Holdenville.
She attended Wewoka Schools and received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from SWSO. She was member of Midway Baptist Church, Wewoka.
On Dec. 6, 1963 she married Dr. John White in Las Vegas, Nev. and to this union one child was born.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband Dr. John White, Dec. 17, 2000.
Survivors included her daughter, Debra King and husband Matthew of New London, Conn.; sister, Pat Barkhimer of Wewoka; brother-in-law, Loyd and Jean White of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law, Margie and Tony Woodall of Sapulpa and aunt, Minna Lo Squires of Seminole.
Pallbearers for the services will be Glen White, Carl Barkhimer, Blaine Barkhimer, Seth Barkhimer, Cliff Cook and Jeff Cook.
Honorary pallbearers are Charley Troglin, Doug White, Pat Comstock, and James Orsbourn.
J.C. Whitlock
Funeral services for longtime Wewoka resident J.C. (Demps) Whitlock will be at 10 a.m. Monday at New Life Church, Wewoka, with Bro. Jerry Orsborn and Rev. Freeman Whitlock officiating.
Interment is to follow at Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka.
Whitlock died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007 at his residence. He was born Nov. 18, 1922 in Wewoka to Charlie and Sarah (Smith) Whitlock.
He attended Tate and Justice schools. Whitlock attended Holdenville Pentecostal Holiness Church and worked in the oilfield most of his life.
On Feb. 17, 1941 he married Noreen Parks in Wewoka and then later married Mary Gibson on Feb. 6, 1999.
His parents; wives, Noreen and Mary Alice; three sons, Jimmy Whitlock, Dean Whitlock, and Michael Whitlock; granddaughter and grandson preceded him in death.
Surviving is son, Greg Wayne Whitlock of Wewoka; brother, Harlan Whitlock of Seminole; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Jerry Tucker, Frankie Tucker, Jared Whitlock, Tyler Whitlock, Shane Whitlock and Corey Whitlock.
Honorary bearers will be: Michael Whitlock, Kevin Whitlock, Travis May, Gregory Whitlock and John Lucas.
Wesley Wilkerson
Funeral services for lifelong Seminole resident Wesley "Elroy" Wilkerson are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Pat Coffey officiating.
Interment is to follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
Wilkerson, 60, died Monday, May 28, 2007 at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City. He was born Feb. 18, 1947 in Seminole to parents Hershel Woodrow Wilkerson and Lois Lee (Summers) Wilkerson.
He enjoyed travel and attending gospel signings.
His father (Nov. 12, 1997) and his mother (Aug. 26, 2000) preceded him in death.
Survivors include two brothers, Ormal Dee Wilkerson of Seminole and Jimmie Wilkerson of Shawnee.
Carl Williams
Funeral services for lifelong Vamoosa and Konawa resident Carl Edward "Cotton" Williams are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Swearingen Funeral Chapel in Konawa with Rev. Michael Vallandingham and Rev. Drew Isaacs officiating.
Interment is to follow at Vamoosa cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Konawa.
Mr. Williams passed away on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007 at his residence in Vamoosa at the age of 90. He was born Sept. 15, 1916 in Sacred Heart, Okla., to Sam and Laura Williams.
Carl enlisted in the United States Army on Jan. 9, 1942 and he served during World War II with the Company F 179th Infantry, 45th Division.
He fought in campaigns in Sicily, Naples-Foggia, South France, Rome-Arno and Rhineland. He received numerous medals and ribbons including the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Medal, European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one Silver Star, WW II Victory Medal, Combat Infantry Badge and WW II Honorable Service Pin.
Williams received an honorable discharge on July 4, 1945.
Carl married Wanda Lou (Goodrich) on Aug. 24, 1961 at Kingfisher, Okla. and she preceded him in death on May 17, 2007.
Carl worked as a roughneck and pumper for many years in the oilfield. He was a farmer and raised cattle for several years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ada and the American Legion.
He is survived by two step-sons and their wives, Freddy and Cindy Carpenter of Konawa and Frank and Betty Sue Carpenter of Seminole; four step-grandchildren, Shawn Green and his wife Tasha, Jeremy Green, Kerri Cheatwood and her husband Jason and Patricia Carpenter; six step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and special care-giver, Evyleen Lemmings.
His parents; one brother, Charlie Williams and three sisters, Cleo Holman, Flora Tennison and Ora Jones, also preceded him in death.
Serving as casket bearers will be David Green, Tracey Brooks, Darrell Mackey, Ray Woody, Benny Edwards and Dr. Benjamin Edwards.
Honorary bearers will be Bob Harrison, Lloyd Mosley, Floyd Van Clayton, C.L. Bounds, Bill Rains and Dewayne Lemmings.
Dustin Williams
Funeral services for Wewoka resident, Dustin Daniel Williams will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Factor officiating.
Burial is to follow at Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka.
Dustin passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007 at his residence in Wewoka. He was born Jan. 28, 1982 in Oklahoma City.
He attended Wewoka Schools and was a member of Akasvmkv Baptist Church, Wewoka.
Dustin loved his family and idolized his grandparents Glenn and Shirley Williams. At the age of thirteen he was taught by his grandfather Glen Williams to be a Butcher.
On July 20, 2002 he married Kristina Darnell and at present he was working for Top Hand Company as a construction worker.
Preceding Dustin in death his grandparents Glenn and Shirley Williams.
Survivors include his mother, Glennda Belcher and stepfather, Michael Belcher, of Wewoka; his children, Jaidyn, Tawna and Dakota; maternal great-grandmother, Jewel Bradley of Wewoka; cherished brother of love, J. R. Murphy of Cromwell; stepbrothers, Vernon Belcher, Stigler and Mitchell Belcher, Evansville, Ind. and a host of other relatives and friends in the tri-city area.
Pallbearers will be: Dustin Hair, J.R. Murphy, Mitchell Belcher, Lester Bryant, Paul Factor and Stan Wallace.
Honorary bearers will be: Billy Williams, Cris Murphy, Raymond Ward and Tom Kiker.
