Bill C. Poe was born April 18, 1939 to John and Ann Poe in Stonewall, Okla.
He passed away at his home March 19, 2015 at the age of 75 after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Johnny and Doyle.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory beloved wife Donna and his children, Billy Poe of Antlers, Lynn and husband Todd Martin, Weatherford, and three grandsons.
He and Donna Pope were married January 8, 1960.
After graduating from Maud High School, he joined the Navy.
He achieved the rank of BT2 and spoke often of his service there.
He worked in the finance industry from 1963 to 1974.
He and Donna moved to the Broken Bow area in 1972 with their two children Billy and Lynn.
He worked in the Power House at Valliant as a Boiler Technician and retired from Weyerhaeuser after 26 years of service.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, March 23, 2015, at First Baptist Church, Broken Bow, OK, at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will be held at Cummings Cemetery, Maud, Okla. at 4:00 p.m.
Ronald Postoak
Ronald "Ronnie Ronch" Postoak, age 56 of Wewoka, departed this life Friday, March 13th, 2015 in Holdenville, Okla.
He was born June 28, 1958 in Los Angeles, Calif. to the late Leonard Wade and Elizabeth Thomas Postoak.
Ronnie was a graduate of Hartshorne high school and received an associates degree from Okmulgee Tech.
He previously worked for C & C Tank Service as a truck driver.
He was a member of Tom Palmer’s band.
Preceding Ronnie in death are his parents, brothers Terry Postoak, and Walter Williams, one sister Peggy Johnson.
Survivors include his wife Robin Miller of 30 years, Wewoka, Okla.; children Catherine Postoak, Kyle Postoak, Luke Postoak, and Jeff Miller all of Wewoka, Okla., three grandchildren, brothers and sisters Winston Postoak of Oklahoma City, Edward Postoak of Seminole, Timmy Postoak of Holdenville, Linda Postoak of Wetumka, and Johnnie Postoak of Oklahoma City.
Wake service will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2015 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel.
The body will be taken to Spring Baptist Church Sasakwa Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. for a 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service with Rev. Leon Postoak officiating and burial at Postoak Family Cemetery, Sasakwa, Okla.
Pall Bearers will be Richard Bruner, Thompson Postoak, Paul Postoak, David Postoak, Brian Postoak, and Victory Colungo.

Sherry Qualls
Sherry Kay (Wright) Kilcrease Qualls, 75 year old, longtime Velma, Okla. resident passed from this life on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at Country Club Care Center in Duncan, Okla.
She was born Au. 9, 1939 in Maud, Okla. to parents, Thelma (Parnell) Wright and M. Ector Wright.
Sherry moved to the Duncan, Velma area in Stephens County in 1972 from Moore, Okla.
She was a homemaker and had attended Calvary Baptist Church near Marlow, Oklahoma. Sherry had been a member of the Red Hat Society.
Sherry leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Gary Kilcrease of Velma, Okla., Lee Kilcrease of Duncan, Okla.; one daughter, Teri Drye of Hanford, Calif.; two brothers, Jerry Wright of Ft. Worth, Tex., Bill of Columbia, S.C.; seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Sherry is preceded in death by her parents, Thelma and Ector Wright, by her first husband and the father of her children, Wayne Kilcrease who died in 1998, by her 2nd husband, Joe Qualls who died in 2010, by one brother, Marvin Wright and by one sister, Helen Marie Smith.
Memorial services for Sherry will be announced at a later date.
Elwyn Rainwater
Elwyn Lonnie Rainwater, 63, longtime Seminole County resident, died Sunday, March 1, 2015 in Seminole, Okla. Elwyn was born April 2, 1951 in Holdenville, Okla. to Jewell Nadine (Pruett) and Chester Otto Rainwater.
Elwyn attended and graduated from New Lima High School in 1969.
He was a plumber and had worked with his father in the family business, Rainwater Plumbing Company in Wewoka, Okla. for many years.
He will always be remembered as a good natured person, easy going and kind to all.
He loved the outdoors and watching old western movies, especially John Wayne. He loved to follow OU Football and annual softball finals.
He is survived by three sisters, Sharon Campbell and her husband Charles of Eufaula, Okla., Marilyn Rainwater of Seminole, Okla. and Wanette Coker and her husband Boyd of Checotah, Okla. and a brother Rollie Rainwater of Seminole, Okla., along with several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Okla. from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Darrel Reeves
Darrel Lyn Reeves, 61 year old long time Seminole County resident passed from this life on Monday, March 30, 2015 in Oklahoma City.
He was born April 12, 1953 in Konawa, Okla. to parents, Quilla (Pratt) Reeves and Roy Reeves.
Darrel lived in Maud and Seminole where he had worked in the oilfield, as a truck driver and in the hay fields.
On June 23, 1979 Darrel married Nancy Lee Stidman in Ada, Okla.
Darrel is survived by one daughter, Rebecca Reeves of Seminole, Okla.; by one son, Justin Reeves of Oklahoma City; by two sisters, Shelba Crist of Athens, Texas, Sylvia Jo Elliott of Glenpool, Okla.; two granddaughters, and a host of other family and dear friends.
Darrel is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Reeves who died Nov. 26, 2010; by his mother, Quilla (Pratt) Reeves; by his father, Roy Reeves; and by one brother, Gerald Reeves.
Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Little Cemetery.

Sharon Rhodes
Sharon Kay Rhodes, 62, longtime Seminole resident, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015 in Seminole, Okla. Sharon was born Aug. 7, 1952 in Shawnee, Okla. to Joyce L. (Timmons) and Charley A. Lackey.
Sharon grew up in Seminole and attended Seminole Public Schools and graduated from Seminole High School in 1970.
Sharon married John Rhodes on July 1, 1972 in Seminole, Okla.
Sharon worked for Wrangler in Seminole for over 18 years in the Pressing Department before her retirement in 2001.
Sharon was a very active member of the Temple of Praise Church in Seminole.
Sharon loved to be with her grandchildren as much as possible.
She is survived by her husband, John Rhodes of the home, her daughter Angela Callahan and her husband Robby of Seminole, Okla. and two sons Gary Rhodes and his wife Nakia of Oil Center, Okla. and Troy Rhodes. Of Oklahoma City, her grandchildren Joshua Callahan, Caleb Callahan and Harley Callahan all of Seminole and Kya Rhodes of Oil Center, Okla.and Morgan Miller of Wetumka, Okla., and great granddaughter Isabella Baker, her sister Carolyn Hinesley and her husband Virgil of Earlsboro, Okla., along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and her sister Bernice Jody Pack.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at the Temple of Praise Church at 11100 N. University in Seminole. Rev. Jeff Nance will officiate at the service. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery.

Karen Richardson
Karen Marie Posey-Richardson, 73, longtime Seminole resident, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Wewoka, Okla.
Karen was born May 10, 1941 in Enid, Okla. to Marie (Mitchell) and R. J. Posey.
Karen moved to Seminole forty years ago from Plainview, Tex.
She had owned R.C.’s Café in Maud, Okla. and The Coffee Barn in Seminole, Okla., also Apollo Oil Tools in Seminole, Okla.
She was always known as one who loved working.
Karen was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Seminole and was an adjunct accounting/business teacher at Seminole State College.
She loved her dogs, traveling, country western and gospel music.
Karen graduated from Enid High School, Seminole State College and Graduated from East Central University in Ada, Okla., with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
She is survived by her husband Bill Wilson of Seminole, Oklahoma, two sons, Dusty Gaff of Nash, Okla. and Matt Cone of Seminole, Okla. and her daughter Shawn Baxter of Bowlegs, Okla., two brothers Al Posey of Enid, Okla. and Jack Posey of Ft. Worth, Tex., five grandchildren, Dakota and Cheyenne Gaff, Collin and Caleb Cone and Chris Richardson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Trinity Baptist Church of Letha, Okla.
Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate at the service.

Vincent Riley
Vincent John Riley was born Oct. 25, 1953, and passed away Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Jean Howell of Konawa; sisters Denise Coon of Seminole, Johnnie Howell of Las Vegas, Nev., Sue Howell of Shawnee, Anita Howell of Sasakwa, Alisha Howell of Konawa, Sheila Howell of Seminole, Shelly Watson of Bethel, Mary Howell of Shawnee, Betty Miller of Byng, Teresa Riley Jeannie Riley, Felicia Riley, all of Tucson, Ariz., Lara Riley of Las Angeles, Calif., Edletha Riley of Tuscon, Ariz.; brothers Irvin Riley of Bowlegs, Franklin Riley, Dino Riley, Wayne Riley and Gary Riley all of Shawnee, Karl Woods of Oklahoma City, Sammy Howell of Pink, William ‘Dub’ Howell of Tecumseh, Danny Howell of Ringling; and daughters Shannon Cully of Konawa, Eliza Botone of Yukon and Morningstar Botone of Binger.
Preceding Vincent in death are his father, Edmont Riley of Bowlegs; brothers Randall Riley of Shawnee and Jesse West; and sister Arlene Riley of Denver, Colo.
Services for Vincent will be Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Creek Eufaula Church.
Burial will follow at the Riley home in Bowlegs, and a meal will be served for the family at 11:00 a.m.
Patsy Roberts
Shawnee resident, Patsy Ruth Roberts, 76, passed away at a local nursing home Monday, April 27, 2015.
Services for Patsy are scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Walker Funeral Service Chapel.
