Nell Marie Myers, 91, of Elsee Drive, Orlando, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999. She was born in Jeannette, and moved to Florida in 1949. She was Protestant by faith. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford L. Myers. She is survived by two daughters, Duella M. Ray of Orlando, Fla., and Patricia N. Copeland of North Huntingdon; a son, Clifford L. Myers of Leesburg, Fla.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson. There will be no visitation or services. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, Erin, Jimmy, Beth, Johnny, Pete, Mara, Ashley, Matthew, Emily, and Dana Le. RUSSELL W. GELOSH
Russell W. Gelosh, 76, of Monroeville, formerly of Scottdale and Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999, in AUH-Forbes Regional Medical Center, Monroeville. He was born May 2, 1923, in West Overton, a son of the late George Adam and Ruth Marie Wheeler Gelosh. Mr. Gelosh worked for U.S. Steel Corp. prior to his retirement. He was also a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps., Dental Division. He was a member of the Calvin United Presbyterian Church of Scottdale. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret L. Chalender Gelosh; his loving daughter, Deborah Slusser and her husband, Dennis, of Monroeville; and his loving granddaughter, Carolyn Slusser. No public hours of visitation. Private interment

Ora Grace "Betty" (Lindsay) Horvath, 79, of Uniontown, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born June 9, 1920, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Franklin and Myrtle (Bittner) Lindsay. Mrs. Horvath was a retired registered nurse and instructor of obstetrics at the Uniontown Hospital School of Nursing for over 35 years. She was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church of Uniontown and the Eastern Star. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., 139 W. Fayette St., Uniontown.

Belavic Jr. (Nora) of Edgewood, Mary Lou Zezza of West Mifflin, Rita Harrell (Jim) of Greenville, S.C., and Ruth Galvin (Gary) of Downingtown, Pa. Mother-in-law of Ronald Zezza of Rankin. Also, 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Rita Burke and Edna Malus, and the late Dorothy Dachofsky; and a brother, Joseph Pillar. Megan Ashlee Ashbaugh Koontz, 7, of Smithton RD, (Fitz Henry), died at her home, Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1999, after a two-year battle with cancer. She was born Nov. 7, 1992, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of Michelle Ashbaugh of Smithton RD (Fitz Henry) and Mark Koontz of West Newton. Megan was preceded in death by her great-uncle, Roger Gath; and three great-grandfathers, William Henry Ashbaugh, Harold Gath, and Glen Curran. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Mike and Shirley Ashbaugh; three great-grandmothers, Mary Ashbaugh, Mary Curran, and Virginia Gath; two uncles, Mickey Ashbaugh and Harold Ashbaugh; an aunt, Chrisy Way and a cousin Rebecca Way. Family and friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the L.L. BARTHELS FUNERAL HOME INC., Second Street, Smithton. Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Herman Frohnhofer officiating. Interment will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery.

Irene M. Maskrey, 87, of Orchard Park, N.Y., formerly of Stoneboro, Pa., Ellwood City, Pa., and Pittsburgh, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1999, in Buffalo, N.Y. She was born May 16, 1912, in New Castle, to Ira and Birdie (Bollinger) Perry. She was married to the late Harley C. Maskrey. She is survived by a son, Robert and daughter-in-law, Maureen Maskrey, of Aurora, N.Y.; a son, Fred and daughter-in-law, Judy Maskrey, of Pittsburgh; three grandchildren, Eric, Ellen, and Brian Maskrey; and a great-grandchild, Samantha Paltrineri. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and three brothers. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. in ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME, 1154 Walnut St., Stoneboro, PA 16153, with the Rev. Ron Swartwood, of the Emmanuel Christian Church, Stoneboro, officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Sandy Lake. Viewing hours will be Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home.
