Edwin Lowell Miller, 70, of Plum died Feb. 19, 2000.
Born in Blairsville, he was the son of Ethel (Mikesel)l Miller and the late Walter Miller Sr.
He was a retired senior system analyst with Peoples Gas Co. and a Navy veteran.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Miller.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his children, David, Scott and Susan Miller; brothers, Charles and Dale Scott Miller; sisters, Bonnie Moore and Jane States; and three grandchildren.

Rebecca R. Reichard, 80, of Penn Hills died Feb. 26, 2000, at Columbia North Side Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Born Jan. 4, 1920, in Oakmont, the daughter of Frank and Beulah (Jennings) Gordon, she was a retired baker with Penn Hills School District.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Edwin Reichard; daughters, Barbara Lee Sheehan of Seminole, Fla. and Ruth Ann Wedoski of Verona; a son, Edwin K. Reichard of Chicago; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Fred W. Roth, 80, of Penn Hills died Feb. 22, 2000.
Born in Johnstown, the son of Frank and Loretta (Saun) Roth, he was a retired agent with 35 years' service with the Internal Revenue Service, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Roth.
Surviving are his children, Kathy Menzietti, David Roth and James Roth; a brother, Francis Wallace; and six grandchildren.

Born in Wilkinsburg, the son of Arthur and Elizabeth (Jenkins) Smith, he was a retired custodian with Penn Hills School District.
Mr. Smith was a member of Verona Moose No. 250 and Verona Eagles No. 1634.
Surviving are his wife, Sheila (Simon) Smith; a sister, Eliza-beth Tierno; and a brother, Charles Smith.

Nicholas J. Tolomeo, 83, of Penn Hills died Feb. 25, 2000, at Forbes Regional Hospital.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Joseph and Rosalie (Fera) Tolomeo.
Mr. Tolomeo was a member of Plasterers Union Local No. 31 for 59 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth (Gambino) Tolomeo; his children, Irene Guerrera, Vincent Tolomeo and Nicolette Germain; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Born in Newfield, she was the daughter of Shirley (Ever) Kerr and the late Frank Kerr.
She was a bartender and cook and a member of Penn-Plum VFW Post 6836.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her children, Patrick Whitney and Shirley Jean Hernadez; stepchildren, William, John, Jay, Ronald and Rose Marie Blackburn; a brother, Nick Kerr; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Born in Harmar, the son of John and Jennie Citrone Bellini, he was a truck driver with Fuhrer Co. and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
