Surviving are his wife, Grace Arthur; his son, Donald Arthur and his wife, Carole; nieces and nephews, Carol and Ralph Ritter and Dorothy and Ralph Master; a brother, George Arthur; a sister, Eva Smith; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Soxman Funeral Home in Penn Hills.
Services will be at the funeral home 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment will follow at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Mary Lou Berkowitz, 69, of Pittsburgh died Nov. 26, 2000, at St. Margaret Hospital.
Born Feb. 21, 1931, in Pittsburgh, she was a retired banquet manager with 40 years service with Pittsburgh Field Club.
Surviving are her son, Stephen Berkowitz, owner of Brr-Kees Ice Cream in Oakmont; a daughter, Mary Lou Buzzard of Florida; and a grandson, Joshua Buzzard of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Berkowitz.

Lawrence F. Bowman, 92, of Oakmont died Nov. 26, 2000.
Born Aug. 25, 1908, in Tunnelton, Pa., he was the son of Lawrence and Ethel Forbes Bowman.
Mr. Bowman was a retired industrial engineer for Scaife Steel Fabricating.
He was a charter member of Oakmont Elks BPOE 1668 and a past exalted ruler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Yeckley.
Surviving are his children, Beatrice Oliver of Oakmont, Lynne Basista of Kittanning and Jean Donatelli of Monroeville; and five grandchildren.

Robert Horne Frazier, 59, of Oakmont died Nov. 28, 2000, in Forbes Hospice.
Born Nov. 24, 1941, in Falls River, W._Va., he was the son of John Thomas Frazier II and Hazel Horne Frazier.
Mr. Frazier was a cost analyst for Bessemer Lake Erie Railroad.
Surviving are his wife, Georgia Adams Frazier; his children, Susanna Frazier of Springdale and Georgina DeTar of Penn Hills; brothers, James, Chester and Alexander Frazier; and two grandchildren.

Gilda "Honey" Green, 77, of Verona died Nov. 26, 2000.
Born Sept. 27, 1923, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of William and Lena Izzo Conte. Mrs. Green was a retired computer operator with Sears.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and its Christian Mothers.
Surviving are her son, Robert Green of Penn Hills; and sisters, Mary Gambogi, Norma Wilding and Clara Weiler.

Born Nov. 20, 1917, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of George and Emily Kydd Eiler. Mrs. Moritz was preceded in death by Edward Moritz; a daughter, Sandy Kraus; and brothers, Gilbert and George Eiler.

Elizabeth "Betty" Neil, of Rossiter, Pa., formerly of Verona, died Nov. 27, 2000, at Punxsutawney Hospital.
Born July 4, 1903, in Latrobe, she was the daughter of Robert and Mary Kahl Schultheis. Mrs. Niel was a retired foreman in the printing and advertising industry. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Rossiter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Niel; brothers, George, Louis, Joseph and William Schultheis; and sisters, Gertrude Ritter, Kathryn Peffer and Marie Guckert.

Born March 31, 1914, in Bolton, England, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Mary Jane Knowles Kirkman.
She was a member of Rosedale Methodist Church in Penn Hills.
Surviving are her daughter, Donna Rodgers of Penn Hills; and two grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Smith.

Gertrude P. Sullivan, 75, of Penn Hills died on Friday, March 31, 2000, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.
Born May 25, 1924, in Johnstown, the daughter of Jay and Ruth McColdrick McFeaters, she was a self employed dog trainer. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of Coalition for Safe Dogs and Children, German Shepherd Dog Club of Western Pennsylvania, North American Police Work Dog, Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Sullivan.
Surviving are her sons, Howard R. II of Penn Hills and James J. Sullivan III of Penn Hills; four daughters, Nikki Somplasky of Houston, Texas, Virginia Jones of Leechburg, Stacy Kitsko of Penn Hills and Leslie Flether of Leechburg; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
