Lehane
William F. Lehane Jr., 64, of Plum Borough died Feb. 23, 2002, in St. Margarets Hospital.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of William and Gertrude Lehane. Mr. Lehane was a mechanic with Plum Borough School District.
Surviving are his wife, Gail (Cole) Lehane; his children, William F Lehane III and Phyllis Green; stepchildren, Joseph, Andrew, Heather and Laura Festa, Jackie and Jessie Oliver; and five grandchildren.
Friends were received at Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home.
A service was at St. Bartholomew Church.
Interment was at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Mower
Claire K. Mower, 74, of Florida and Grove City died Feb. 24, 2002, at United Community Hospital in Mercer County.
Born June 16, 1927, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Norman and Irene (Truitt) Regelman.
Mrs. Mower was the retired manager of Mower Hardware in Plum Borough.
She was a member of St. Petersburg (Fla.) Garden Club, Boca Ciega Sail and Power Squadron of Treasure Island, Fla.
Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Ephraim Mower; her daughters, Cheryl Podwika of Wyoming, Pa., Janet Helms of Destin, Fla., and Kathleen Churilla of Plum; sons, Roy, Ephraim IV, James and Ronald Mower; and a sister, Dorothy Schultz.
She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Jamison Funeral Home in Harrisville, Pa.

Sandor
Dorothy Sandor, 60, of Plum Borough died Feb. 19, 2002, at Woodhaven Care Center.
Born in Lincoln Place, she was the daughter of Helen (Andriso) Gazdacko and the late Steven Gazdacko.
She was a retired secretary with Pittsburgh X-Ray Imaging Co.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, William Sandor; her daughters, Susan Rich and Denise Yonek; and a brother, John Gazdacko.
Friends were received at Maurice L. Knee Funeral Home.
A service was at Our Lady of Joy Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert Cedolia officiating.
Interment was at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Hendry
Mary E. Hendry, 89, of Plum Borough, formerly of Penn Hills for 40 years, died Feb. 15, 2002.
Born Oct. 28, 2002, in Fernigaire, Scotland, she was the daughter of John Smith and Jean (Cook) Esson.
She was a member of Verona Presbyter-ian Church, Eastern Star, Penn Hills Old Timers Association, and Verona Eagles.
She was also a member of Penn Hills YMCA and Blackadore Avenue Women's Association at Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband, William Hendry Sr.; children, Jean Wynn, William Hendry Jr., Malcolm J.C. Hendry and Mary Panza;11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Friends were received at Burket-Truby Funeral Home.
Interment was at Mt. Royal Cemetery.
McGaughey
Lewis O. McGaughey, 76, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Plum Borough, died Feb. 22, 2002.
Born in Birdville, Pa., he was a steelworker with Edgewater Steel.
Mr. McGaughey was a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II who served aboard the USS Nicholas. He was a lifetime member of VFW.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite (Wieser) McGaughey.
Surviving are his children, Marguerite Slaczka, Lewis McGaughey and Lois Wydra; and five grandchildren.

Interment was at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Bogus
Frank R. Bogus, 83, of North Braddock died April 11, 2001.
Mr. Bogus was a streetcar operator for Pittsburgh Railway and later retired as a bus driver for Port Authority.
He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
A member of Good Shepherd Church, he belonged to its choir and Men's Club and was a Eucharist minister and visitor to patients in Braddock Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Kaclik Bogus; his children, Ralph Bogus of Penn Township and Darlene Hoover of Turtle Creek; a sister, Mildred Bogus;several nieces and nephews; and four grandchildren.
Carr
Gertrude J. Carr, 75, of Braddock Hills died April 9, 2001, in Forbes Regional Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Carr; a sister, Marie Carr; a brother, Joseph Byers; and a great-grandson.
Surviving are her children, Paul Carr Jr. of Texas, Michael Carr of North Versailles, David Carr of West Virginia, Madeleine Carr of New Kensington and Phyllis Holler of North Versailles; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Castro
Hilbert "Chick" Castro, 76, of Braddock Hills died April 12, 2001, in Forbes Hospice.
Born Jan. 8, 1925, in North Braddock, he was the son of Manuel and Benigna Esteban Castro.
Mr. Castro was a retired head of maintenance for Jemeco of New York.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Raganchik Castro; his son, Gilbert Castro; stepson, Kurt Raganchik; sister, Celia Clugston; brothers, Manuel and Alexander Castro; and two grandsons.

Interment was at William Penn Memorial Cemetery.
Clark
Earl R. "Skinney" Clark, 69, of North Versailles died April 14, 2001.
Mr. Clark, a well-known country and western musician, was a retired employee with 32 years of service in Mayview State Hospital's transportation department.
He was a vocalist and electric and acoustic guitar player who performed for 20 years at WWVA.
Mr. Clark performed with many headliners, including Merle Haggard, George Jones and Tammy Wynette, and played for many years with the Country Harmony Boys.
He later formed his own band, The Country Caravan.
An amputee, Mr. Clark played many benefit concerts for Mayview State Hospital, veterans hospitals and disabled people.
Mr. Clark played golf with the Over the Hill Gang of East McKeesport and with his best friend of 30 years, Elroy Face.
Surviving are his wife, Irene Clark; his children, Mary of California, Larry of McMurray, Jody of Reno, Nev., Barry Clark of Georgia, and Kathy Mantia of Brookline; a brother, Robert Clark; and sisters, Geraldine Daniels and Wanda Clark.
Arrangements were handled by Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home.
Interment was at Brush Run Cemetery.
