Elizabeth F. Stocker, 84, formerly of Forest Hills, died July 25, 2001.
Mrs. Stocker was a former employee of the accounting firm of Ernest Lawrence.
Surviving are her husband, Harry Stocker; her children, Thomas Stocker of Denver, Jean Nielson of Mesa, Ariz., Robert Stocker of Greenville, S.C., Blair Stocker of Washington, Pa., and Grace Casey of Collingswood, N.J.; a brother, Samuel Frazier; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Interment was at Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park.
Joseph
Johanna R. Joseph, 68, formerly of Braddock, died April 12, 2001, at Forbes Regional Hospital.
Born May 24, 1933, in Brad-dock, Mrs. Joseph was the daughter of Frank and Mary Cortese.
Surviving are her husband, John Joseph; her children, Denise, John, Deborah and David Joseph; a sister, Bernadette Rockovich; and four grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Ronald V. Lucas Funeral Home.
Straw
A. James Straw, 61, of Monroeville died April 13, 2001, at West Penn Hospital.
Born in Braddock, he was a retired tool and die maker with Westinghouse.
Surviving are his wife, Velma Straw; a son, A. James Straw Jr.; and a grandchild.
Friends were received at Gene H. Corl Funeral Home.
Services were at St. Bernadette Church.
Interment was at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
Robertson
Verne H. Robertson, 78, of Monroeville died July 23, 2001.
Born in Turtle Creek, he was the son of George and Catherine (Kautz) Robertson.
Mr. Robertson was a postal worker for 40 years in the Turtle Creek and Monroeville post offices.
He was a veteran of World War II, including the Battle of the Bulge.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Louise (DeBray) Robertson.
Surviving are his stepchildren, Anita Clark and Cathy Holland; brothers, George and Ben Robertson; sisters, Margaret Bailie and Leona Robert-son; five grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

Services were held at First Baptist Church of Monroeville.
Soxman
Thomas Joseph Soxman, 57, of Penn Hills died July 24, 2001.
He was the son of Thomas Soxman and the late June Rose (Fisher) Soxman.
Mr. Soxman was the owner of Soxman Funeral Homes, Roth and Morasco chapels.
He graduated with a degree in psychology from John Carrol University.
Mr. Soxman served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
He went on to graduate from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1971.
Originally, he was employed by Waples Funeral Home in East Liberty.
Mr. Soxman formed a partnership in 1978 at Morasco Chapel and another in 1979 at Roth Chapel.
He was a certified funeral service practitioner, certified preplanning consultant and an ambassador for Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice.
Mr. Soxman was a member of National Foundation for Mortuary Care, National Funeral Directors Association and Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, and served two terms as president of Allegheny County Funeral Directors Association.
He was a founding member of Professional Funeral Planners Association and received the Pursuit of Excellence Eagle Award from National Funeral Directors Association in 1999 and 2000.
Mr. Soxman also was recognized as a lifetime member in "Strathmore's Who's Who" which is limited to those who demonstrate leadership in their profession.
His community memberships included Kiwanis Club of Penn Hills, YMCA board of directors, Knights of Columbus No. 4242, Penn Hills Chamber of Commerce and Penn Hills Planning Commission.
Mr. Soxman was president of the board for Plum Senior Citizens Center; a member of Universal Golf League, Universal Loyal Order of Moose and American Legion Post 351; a past board member of Camp Shining Arrow; and a volunteer fireman for the Churchill VFD and Penn Hills VFD No. 5.
As a member of St. John the Baptist Church, he served as Eucharistic minister and on the pastoral council.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Soxman; his sons, Brian and Mark Soxman; siblings, Nikki and Phil Blough of Rhode Island; and 10 nieces and nephews.
Friends were received at Soxman Funeral Homes Mor-asco Chapel.

Hopkins
William B. Hopkins, 83, of Chalfant, died July 25, 2001.
Surviving are his daughter, Lynn Hopkins; and sisters, Margaret Morrow and Eliza-beth Patton.

Nicholas P. Santoro, 84, died July 24, 2001.
Mr. Santoro was the former owner of Percy's Sandwich Shop on Lincoln Avenue.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Angeline (Persichetti) Santoro.
Surviving are his daughter, Gloria McNavish of Wilkins; a brother, Sam Santoro; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mass was celebrated at St. Bernadette Church.
Interment was at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Kellogg
F. Dwight Kellogg died July 28, 2001.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Kellogg; his daughter, Meghan Passalinqua and her husband, Michael; a son, Maxwell Kellogg; a sister, Susan Keating; and three grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Kellogg residence.
A memorial services will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, at Beulah Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Alice Petersen officiating.
Interment will be in Beulah Church Cemetery.

Millie Brletic, 86, of Turtle Creek died July 27, 2001.
Born in North Braddock, she was the daughter of Frank and Agnes (Spritz) Knapp.
Mrs. Brletic was a homemaker and member of Frank DiNinno Council No. 70 Sons of Columbus of America.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Brletic.
Surviving are her daughters, Marlyn Marusko of Turtle Creek and Janet Blend of North Versailles; a brother, Charles Knapp; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
