Faye (Bowman) Montgomery, 76, of Plum Borough died Feb. 11, 2003, at Forbes Regional Hospital.
Born in Verona, she was the daughter of W. Clyde and Grace (Toy) Flick. Mrs. Montgomery was a retired telephone operator with Universal Atlas Cement.
She worked during World War II at Engels as a welder. She formerly worked as an attendant at Boyce and Holiday Park laundries.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Bowman and Charles Montgomery.
Surviving are her children, Robert Bowman Jr. and Timothy Montgomery; sister, Lois Bowman; brother, Richard Flick.
Friends were received at Maurice L. Knee Funeral Home. Interment was at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Pivirotto
Albert E. "Babe" Pivirotto, 63, of Plum Borough died Feb. 11, 2003, at Forbes Hospice.
He was the son of Agnes (Yedlaicka) Pivirotto and the late Oliver Pivirotto. Mr. Pivirotto was a truck driver with Stover and Company. He was a member of Renton Club.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Dona (Nesbit) Pivirotto; children, Albert and Bruce Pivirotto; sister, Elsie Smilely; and two grandchildren.
Friends were received at Maurice L. Knee Funeral Home. Interment was at Plum Creek Cemetery.
Varuolo
Margaret Varuolo, 87, of Penn Hills died Feb. 10, 2003.
Mrs. Varuolo was a longtime member of Hebron Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Varuolo.
Surviving are her daughter, Denise McCutcheon and her husband, Bud; her grandchildren, Jennifer and Chris McCutcheon; brothers, Richard and Alexander Carlisle.

Kennedy
Mary Ann Kennedy, 55, died Feb. 21, 2003.
She was the daughter of Johanna Small and the late William Kennedy.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sisters, Shirley Howard, Cathy Tworek, Johanna Murock and Donna Grey; brother, Bill Kennedy; stepsister, Marsha Sbaffoni; step-brother, Chris Small. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Harry Small.

Pugliese
Louis S. Pugliese, 52, of Plum Borough died Feb. 21, 2003.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Dolores (Carlo) Pugliese and the late Samuel Pugliese Sr. Mr. Pugliese was an equipment operator with U.S. Steel. He was a member of Our Lady of Joy Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rosemarie (Rossi) Pugliese; a daughter, Tara Pugliese; sister, Sandra Canavan; and a brother, Samuel Pugliese Jr.

Righi
Roy Righi, 77, of Plum Borough died Feb. 20, 2003.
Mr. Righi was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his brothers, Earl and Chuck Righi; sister, Evelyn Righi-Dunn; and 11 nieces and nephews.

Marian Ruth Ryan, 62, of Penn Hills died Feb. 17, 2003.
Surviving are her husband, David Ryan; children, Debbie Seaman, Daniel Jones, Donna Broccoli, Dale Jones, Dwane Jones and Heather Vargo; a brother, Robert Floyd; sister, Carol Hancock; and nine grandchildren.

Danner
George J. Danner 69, of Plum Borough died Feb. 17, 2003, at Forbes Regional Hospital.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Gorge and Mary (Bishop) Danner. Mr. Danner was a retired technical writer with Westinghouse and Rockwell Corp. A graduate of Duquesne University, he was a member of the Pittsburgh Experiment Christian Busi-men’s Committee, Stephen minister at Presbyterian SeniorCare in Oakmont and Holy Name Society at his church, Our Lady of Joy Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Joane Danner; his children, Stacey Hickman and Christine Ruggiero; sisters, Mary Weltz and Rita Donnely; brother, Anthony Danner; and four grandchildren.

Gabrielis
Joseph G. Gabrielis, 67, of Pittsburgh died Feb. 22, 2003.
Mr. Gabrielis was a retired senior auditor for the City of Pittsburgh.
He was the son of Gustav and Julia Gabrielis.
Surviving are his sisters, Eleanor Gibson of Penn Hills, Olga Kleinfelder of Dorseyville and Rose Mary Skledar of Ocean Pines, Md.

Harnden
Robert G. Harnden, 80, of Monroeville died Feb. 27, 2003.
He was a retired Conrail supervisor of the auto terminal. Mr. Harnden was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II where he flew 35 missions with the 8th Air Force and was awarded the nine-oak leaf cluster air medal. He was a member of American Legion Post 0820, Norwin BPO of Elks, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite and Dietrick Lamade Lodge.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Janice (Bender) Harnden; his children, R. Douglas Harnden of Monroeville and C. Robin Baleno of Plum Borough; 10 grandchildren.
